Honestly you have to do this yourself and the other option left is consulting a reliable agent, google will be off help here, search for universities and colleges in Australia offering your choice of course and check their requirements.

You can even secure admission with a 3rd class, all depend on your choice of course, school and other factors, countless ppl have secured admission for masters with 2.2 without stress while a pathway may be needed for 3rd class. Your transcripts will determine whether you had the basic knowledge of your intending post graduate course, in short transcripts is the major determinant factor.

Medicals varies depending on your intending course because those going for health related course pay more than others due to additional test, budget around 45k, X-ray #5,700, yellow card at port health in airport is 1k while it's 3k at fatai williams, biometrics is #7,430, the visa fee is AUD535 you pay online using a dollar master card due to the fluctuating exchange rates budget 180k.

Don't base your calculations on that, first convert your fee from AUD to USD by multiplying your fee with 0.765 to give you the amount in USD, then multiple what you get with 306 to give you the naira equivalent, that's how formA works because all foreign transactions are done in USD.
Note: your transaction will be done base on the exchange rate of the day, so make sure you fund your account more than your estimated figures to avoid your formA bouncing back.

You getting it wrong, a spouse of Msc student can also work for unlimited hours, restrictions are for diploma, tafe etc.

For your own convenience, easier processing and to get your eCOE on time wire all the fund at once because you won't get your eCOE until the school confirm your initial deposit of both tuition and OSHC.
For police clearance, I only know of Alagbon in Lagos and police headquarters in Abuja don't know if you can get a clearance in other states.

You get your eCOE less than a week after the confirmation of your payment.
You can front load your medical to speed up your visa processing time.
The illness am aware that can delay your visa outcome is Tuberculosis.

Pay for your semester fee as well as OSHC as stated on your offer letter in order to get eCOE.
Documents required are certified copy of eCOE, B.sc cert, passport data page, test of English, yellow card, transcripts etc
You open an immi account, upload your docs & pay for the visa fee using a dollar master card budget 180k for that due to the current exchange rate, proceed to teleperformance (with #7,430 present charges) for your biometrics.
If the docs you upload ain't sufficient, you will be contacted for additional docs.

Don't waste your time because its won't fly no TAFE school will give you admission showing your B.Eng certificate & if you are lucky to get one, you will have issue while lodging for your visa because your B.Eng certificate is higher than TAFE so kindly go for M.sc or any post graduate studies my 2cents.
