For those living in Portharcout, i know a well packaged Airtel Agent Shop where this is done till this day.

If you are late to pay by just 24hrs or less, they will start using their agbero like tone to embarrass you on phone, send whatsapp Medsages to all your contacts telling them that you are a scammer and frauster on the run. Im talking about just 24hrs late from your payment due date.

Even when you try to speak with their staff calmly, they will reply you with insults. The female customer care staff raises her voice, speaks in pigeon english like an olosho raging at a customer who refuses to pay for short time xxxx. Thats how they sound.

I have a loan of #9000 which is due tomorrow but I already paid yesterday, yet the dashboard hasn't cleared, while I was making research I realize they do that to customers often so they can pay more on interest.
Pls if you have been in this situation, how did you navigate through?
