If you want them to have matching wears you have to buy in two's! same sex is easier cos they can share some things unlike mixed where you have to sound it to the seller if they have the item you intend to buy in pink and blue.

the only thing my twins shared is cot and my womb everything else is double.

Worst is one of my boys leg has always been bigger than his twin! I get frustrated looking for identical shoes in different sizes.

its easier when they are much younger cos you can dictate what you offer to each, unlike when they become vocal and insist on having their own individual items.

Don't think of the cost just buy as you please biko! it all boils down to your pocket and preferences.

P.S....no leave request will be granted for December, expect I start now and end it in December

Mama don't forfeit your leave days, especially of its paid leave pls just close eye use the 6 weeks and let it end December, you need the rest you can continue exercise when you resume work biko.

Remember he doesn't have much space to do all those somersault like before but please if you have any fears, visit the Dr. Don't feel you are over doing it, take this from someone who did at least 18 scans when she was pregnant.

I've done 8 scans and I feel I've over done even when I just need to be reassured I keep telling my self I've done more than enough, with this I think I'll just give in and do one this week.

As per second trimester you can say that again, I feel so healthy and if not for the bump I don't feel pregnant at times in all God has been good.

Hi Mama, no p. I believe your prenatals are 3: pregnacare, calcium (both daily) and Daraprim (the one written once weekly). If yes then that's your antimalarial, they don't give one off doses like most hospitals do

They didn't give me daraprim o, only pregnatone, calcium then Ventolin was added yesterday. Thank you.

Please did you have to remind Dr S of IHL before he treated you for malaria while you were pregnant? I went for antenatal yesterday and I was not given anti malaria at 23. 3 days, I didn't remember to ask dem too. Sorry to bother you please.

So tested and trusted now.
Ginger, honey and lime juice for cough.
Personally I don't use this mix for my kids cos I'm not too sure they will accept it. I've never used it for my kids.
I use the palm oil and sugar for them


For catarrh for adult o, I use mint leaves, fresh or dried (no need to enter Spar, all these mallam that sell salad stuff sell it too, boil water, pound the leaves including the stalk and put in the hot water, allow to steep, sieve and add honey. Drink and watch the catarrh fly away, cap it with vapor rub on the bridge of your nose.

Nobody shuu comman be asking me extra questions o, how many tablespoons of honey, lime or lemon, how many should I squeeze, how many times in a day, can a one day old baby use it,can a breastfeeding mom use it, can a pregnant woman use it?

I actually used lemon and no line cos I feel lime is not safe in pregnancy and it worked for both the cough and catarrh.

For the cold. Use paracetamol and vitamin c, lots of fruits and you can do steam inhalation.

I can't really say how much it cost as my HMO covered it but HMO referred me from one hospital ( don't know if it's wise to divulge the name here to another one) cos they insisted on collecting 250k which I think is too expensive. I was peeping thru my file one day and I saw the agreement form where my current hospital agreed to to collect 85k from HMO.

I'm not on any form of bedrest o in fact my job requires me moving around a lot but I try as much as possible to rest from time to time. I rested for about 4 days and Norma life continued and so far no issues. You can pm me for the hospital name if you are in Lagos though I have no idea about self pay charges.

Hello mama. Let me share the little I know and I've experienced. I did mine on 28th Sept at 18weeks, its a short procedure let's say like 30mins to 50mins and you are done. I was under general anaesthesia for the procedure and discharged same day I did it, im 23. 3 days today and doing fine. congratulations in advance cos u will carry your baby to term, I hope I answered your question well.

Garlic helped me. Pound maybe 4cloves of garlic and put in hot water, sieve it and drink the hot water. I did it and woke up next morning with no cough...garlic is disgusting sha.
It's also safe for pregnancy.

As little as a teaspoon of lemon juice can be added to a glass of water.
