You ask yourself what did the teaching hospital do when the stuff spoilt in the first place. The teaching hospitals dont even have enough money to buy more essential items, talk less of ventilator repairs |

Politics › Re: Coronavirus: Ministry Of Finance Begs For Ventilators On Twitter by blowjohn(m): 11:11am On Apr 02, 2020 |
Squillionaire: Guys, let's not criticize for the sake of it. Ventilators are very scarce around the world now, and even with your money, you might not find to buy.
Yes, we can castigate the Nigerian government for not making healthcare a priority over the years but under the current circumstances, every government is trying its best to lay its hand on as many ventilators as it can. Trump had only a few days reached out to Putin and received a number of Ventilators from Russia as well.
This is not the time to be proud, we need all the help we can get at this time. Inoosoon said they can make them. |

Here is my country, a teaching hospital have refused to attend to patients cos they fear it could be Corona. See doctors running away from their duty. One of them told me that "nobody wan die quick"... But before they became doctors, am sure they were aware of the occupational hazard, so why running away now.
What happened to isolating every patients that they admit now in a separate room where they can be observed cos chasing the patient away will only make the matter worst.
If it is to go on strike while demanding for a better pay, they will do it with one mind. U have forgotten that right at the point of meeting the patient, u can contract the virus. What happened to equipping our hospitals with personal protection equipments? |

crafteck: What a long article filled with nonsense, you've tested too few people for you to draw any logical conclusion, you either want us to assume that men are more prone which is nonsense. We've grown to depend on other countries for the smallest items especially when it comes to health since our"leaders" simply travel out when they have issues. We have next to nothing to fight or prepare to dodge this virus, all our leaders do is create panels of leaders to deliberate(share bribe and act like they are working) on issues, waste time and do nothing. Truth is our government doesnt even know how to react to the coming problem, they dont know what to do, for once in their lives they cant just run to another country to dodge a problem. These people are watching cnn and doing low budget mimics to make us feel like they know what they are doing eg the video of nigerian leaders asking gardeners to spray insecticide on roads they refused to tar years ago. All we can hope for is our weather not been good for the virus's survival. Long story short.... WE ARE FUXXKED.. He's right. Same thing in the western world. More Males affected. |

Ordinarily, I would have joined to bash and insult the guy. But check it, which would u prefer?
1. Atiku donates 50 million to fight Corona virus 2. Tinto dikeh( in pics) gives out hand sanitizer and face masks to residents to combat the spread of Corona virus. 3. Dangote donates 500 million naira to federal government to tackle Corona virus. 4. Desmond Elliott donates bucket and water with soap to his constituency for hand sanitation purposes. 5. Adeboye donates icu unit complete with ventilators to hospital( with pics?
I will insult the life out of Atiku and Dangote and heap praises on Tonto Dikeh and Desmond Elliott and Adeboye.
With all the money they have donated, have u guys seen anything tangible from it? |
