Sports › Re: Real Madrid Are Struggling After Losing Ronaldo To Juventus - Luka Modric by blowjohn(m): 4:56pm On Mar 05, 2019 |
lexy2014: Pls lets look at d present Madrid side. In terms of quality& even without a Ronaldo, are d players in Girona better than Madrid players? D quality in Madrid is far greater than that in Girona so d absence of ronaldo isn't an excuse. Modric is supposed 2b d best player in d world based on d last balloon d'or. How can d best player in d world b saying cos of Ronaldo, he& his team mates can't score goals? How did he take Croatia 2d finals of d WC? Was it with Ronaldo? Who in d Madrid side isn't a proven goalscorer or leader? One rule in football is that even if u aren't scoring, don't concede& that is something modric& his team mates are aware of. So y are they conceding goals? There was always a time Ronaldo was going 2 leave Madrid. It was inevitable. His leaving shouldn't b an excuse 4 non performance cos Madrid still has d quality. If those guys are still crying cos of Ronaldo, then they don't deserve 2b Madrid players There is something about Ronaldo, and even messi. Their eyes for the ball. Ronaldo's hunger for ball is second to none. His eyes a d legs are consistently aiming for the goal, something other strikers don't have |

koppa: Gonna make this short....
Started feeling pain exactly a year ago during NYSC at Kano on my right breast, did some online inquiry and suspected Gynecomastia, as i wasn't so sure, i went to the community hospital and the Doctor said it's what i suspected, and said it was as a result of Hormonal imbalance, he gave me drug prescription, which i took to the Pharmacy and sadly they had just one of the three, as i wasn't sure of taking an incomplete dosage, i didn't buy the drug... Sadly while packing my stuffs at the end of the service year i left the drug prescribed for me at Kano, now it seems the Gynecomastia won't go, although there as been no real increase in the size, but i still can't wear tight hug shirts like i used to...... need an advice on what to do, and by the way am 23..... although a medical friend said it will go away with time, he's still a medical student though..
Pictures attached Professor Awe, CMD, igbinedion university teaching hospital can perform the surgery I can assure you that. Even, the small incision procedure is a walk in the park for him compared to the numerous complex surgeries he's done |
Health › Re: Gynecomastia help needed.. Photos attached by blowjohn(m): 9:52am On Feb 23, 2019 |
Jakumo: My operation was carried out by a doctor whose office was at the time located on North Mountain Avenue, in Ontario, Southern California, not far from Ontario Airport.
That said, there are bound to be competent doctors who can carry out the procedure in absolute safety if you happen to live in Nigeria, though you will need to exercise due diligence in selecting the doctor to perform this simple procedure with the precision that is essential, to prevent complications post-surgery.
My surgery was done under local anesthetic, so after being given a couple of small injections on the chest, I could sit up fully conscious to observe the process, which was accompanied by a loud repetitive scraping noise, as the doctor separated my skin from the underlying tissue with a blunt instrument, while a steady stream of blood was vacuumed off by the nurse. It is vital the surgeon ensures ALL the fatty tissue beneath the nipple is cleanly removed, including the two narrow string-like structures called "tails" that extend upwards toward each armpit, along the lateral edges of the chest (pectoralis) muscle.
For week or two at the most after the surgery, the doctor will leave a tiny drain-pipe in the stitched-up cut through which the surgery was performed, to empty out fluids as the healing takes place under a light wound dressing. When that dressing comes off, and the tiny drain-pipe is extracted, there will still be some minor swelling that will subside completely in another week or so, at which point this minor medical condition that has inconvenienced you for so long, will cease to be a part of your life, forever.
Once again, do NOT pick an doctor whose reputation cannot be thoroughly investigated, because the are are risks of nerve damage or even infection that can ONLY be minimized by putting yourself in the hands of the most highly qualified and experienced surgeon one can afford.
All the best, my brother, and remember, don't allow anyone to steer you into hormonal treatment. That chit is really bad news to the human body. Surgery is your ONLY viable and SAFE option, if handled by the right doctor. Professor Awe, CMD, igbinedion university teaching hospital can perform the surgery I can assure you that. Even, the small incision procedure is a walk in the park for him compared to the numerous complex surgeries he's done |
