Habiyo: because you know too well Emir or Sultan is not traditional title but religious title. The End of Fulani is very very close. they must go with their religion of war. You don't know the Traditional titles simply has a religious component? Lol you weirdos love speaking for the Hausas like they have no agency. Lol I dont even care for the existence of monarchies. Titles of nobility are pointless. Its only you weirdos stressing yourself over vestigial institutions. |

kufre2010: Yes they do, as I am typing this, they are agitating to break away from Fulanis. They called themselves middle belt.
Islamic Tradition cannot replace African Tradition, never. it is a matter of time. Ok son you're not hausa but you're speaking for them. Africans adopted Islamic traditions dont make such a simple issue difficult to understand. Calling yourself middle belt doesn't mean a thing. Traditional titles are administrated by the state governments the can alter and abolish them at will. If they really wanted to end it would be done just like how it was in Kano with little to no effort. The fact is this whining starts and stops on nairaland. |

kufre2010: It will be a mistake to consider Islamic chiefs against real African Traditional leaders or Chiefs when drafting the new constitution Did the Hausa living in this area tell you they do t want their current monarchs? Why do you feel the need to decide for them what is African and not African enough? Again why even bother with a monarchy in this imaginary scenario. |

Decentralizing police and prisons still a good thing long term. The federal lawmakers are dumb. This issue can be solved by the by simply deleting the offending section. After that the state assemblies will simply do their jobs and figure out the rest. Part I: Exclusive Legislative List

BluntCrazeMan: Now is your turn to explain what the “Mines and Minerals” in the exclusive legislative list means. As far as the happenings in this country are concerned, the Federal Government is only interested in Petroleum and Petroleum-Related Products.. It means they have legal jurisdiction. People are simply violating the laws laws on the books just like they do with illegal bunkering and stealing oil for illegal refineries. Whats the point of this thread? |

Got to love it when idiots decide to burn their bridges. Masari is probably a simp for these weirdos. The demographics of the criminals do matter because it informs the police who to look out for and if there's wrongful discrimination. “The bandits are criminals, why should you attach tribe to it? That’s why we are not happy. You don’t need to attach a tribe because it will affect an innocent person. We do need to know who they are. People like to make claims they're mainly foreigners but can't tell you their nationalities or explain why they're never deported. Its also interesting to not how this small group represents a larger portion if crime. They should find solutions, create ranches for these herders and accommodate them. You can land and create your own ranches today. Nobody is stopping you. |

Even if its legalized on a federal level we all know certain states are well within their authority to ban it. I wish polling agencies would study the issue. The issue will be more popular in certain places and among certain demographics.
BTW he may also be against it for his own financial reasons. The agencies budget can be scaled back if they legalized weed. |

palsenator: Please try to get my point... USA bleeped up big time with this untimely evacuation that left several deadly equipments in the hand of the terrorists.
The United clearly stated that they disarm SOME take note of that ... There were some regions that were taken over before any disarmament could take place .. So as expected, they have had access to some weapons.
Thirdly, these weapons can only be used on their soil against their own people. You definitely know that those weapons can never in anyway pose a threat to any far nation other than to fight against any intruder.... Again, one they run out of war heads , there is no way to replace it atleast for now.
Those weapons are obviously on the wrong hand and the people I pity the most are the citizens who are perceived as anti Taliban or pro West.. I can agree with most of those points. The US leaving its stuff behind just leaves do open for it to be sold off to enemies who have the capability to reverse engineer it. The US is no danger for taliban unless the go fight on their turf. |
