[s]You are a mumu o!
What is support and what is solidarity?
Was that ever the onus of this thread?

SS states showed support to Rivers, everyone expects SE to follow suit. Then you are here to tell me that SE support is not needed, to which I asked you why then did Rivers need the support of other SS states?

Rather than answer the above question, you turned it into a cyclical argument.

But SE will remain Neutral,
Jump into ocean if you like.[/s]
Mumu you said they were dragged then admitted they did it out their own self interest. My point stands you're not needed stay out the way. The courts will see who has the better legal arguments.

FakeUnity:
You sound pained, ain't you the buffoon who use to open useless propaganda pro-fulani threads, telling the fulani-run FG administration does not seek to marginalize anyone. Why are you now crying over VAT?

Do you remember you thread on Eastern seaports which you claimed were fully developed and were not impeded by nepotism, sectional and tribalistic policies?
Again why are you crying now for VAT against the fulani/north? grin

You yorubas never learn, you defend evil when it happens to others, it comes to bite you in the azz, then you start looking for allies after burning bridges supporting the same evil previously. grin
[/s]

Lol yes I did debunk your lies then as I did now. I even posed the port stats that you idiots couldn't refute. Who asked you to join mumu? I already said you weren't needed but you have to feed your ego somehow. Lol you brother debunked himself like a mumu showing the states are joining based on their mutual interest.

Igboid:
They dragged them by appealing to their sense of shared interests.
Common sense.

Lol this weirdo crying like a wounded animal because you're not needed in the court case. How did rivers and lagos drag the other states clown? Did they threaten to cane the other governors or economic sanctions. They're simply showing solidarity because they feel its in their interest but you're too dense to see the obvious.

You are a jellyfish or a fish with rotten brains.
I can't be the one interpreting simple English with you.
Other SS states would'nt be talking about VAT if Rivers was not championing it, so Rivers "dragged" the rest of SS in.
Likewise Lagos for SW.

Common sense!

But when you are a witch, you lose your sense at the mention of SE, and you come here talking off tangent.

See. I have indulged your empty skull enough. Move along. Let me reason with reasonable people.
[/s]

They were dragged because they were working in their common interest mumu? Lol I'm glad you idiots are dragging the group down. I already told you stay neutral but you can't help but cry about about it like deranged mumu. They wouldn't talk about vat until rivers filed the suit is irrelevant. Its still in their interest as you admitted.

I can't be spoon feeding you.
Oh so you admit they joined because it's in there interest like I said in the beginning mumu. Lol you clowns are too stupid for your own good. Appealing to shared interest is called dragging them in your idiotic mind.

The supreme Court doesn't care who joins, yet Rivers dragged the rest of SS and Lagos dragged the rest of SW into the suit, while peeps expect SE to follow suit? grin So that you can run along with North vs South Agenda.

Sorry it will not Agend.

SE will remain neutral.
Go hit your face on the wall, no one cares, we maintain neutrality!
Lol tell us how they dragged them mumu, with cane or sanctions. Stay neutral you dont matter so you can stop crying and asking me dumb questions. The court will hear the case regardless. This is a legal battle not a vote.

Who talked about threat here?
Are you okay at all?

Why are you running around like a pained witch because I said that SE will not show support to any of the waring party?
You dragged your dead body here to tell me how SE is not important bla bla bla bla!

How is that any of your concerns how we intend to play our politics on this matter of national importance?

SE is not important, ngwanu leave my thread since we are not important, mba! You are here Crying like a baby bush.
I told you it doesn't matter if SE now you're crying cause you were exposed. The supreme court doesn't care who joins. Why are asking mumu questions like I told you what the SE must do? Lol mumu don't forget to tell us how rivers and lagod forced the other governors to join. Did the cane them or sanction them?

Did take your meds today?
So you mean Rivers State was stupid in dragging other SS states along and Lagos was stupid in dragging other SW along?

If the presence of other SW and SS states other than Lagos and Rivers will not influence court outcome, why then did the governors meet?

Are you saying the Governors are stupid while jellyfish like you are wise?

Ewu Gambia, sit down let me lecture you.
This is not just a legal case, this is a political face-off.
Know this and know peace.
You want to turn it North vs South.
But this is not SE battle, we have nothing to lose or gain in this battle, so we will play the Neutral game.

And should the North need an alliance, we would be willing to offer it, once they are ready to trade on our own terms.
We should be eyeing the return of all Igbo speaking territories carved into SS from Imo and Abia (Egbema and Oyigbo) as a starting point. cool

This is the type of sophisticated politics SE Should be Looking to play to get even.

Not victim or sympathy politics where by we support ingrates and people who ganged against us in the past to feather their own nests!

Go and hit your head on the wall of you are angry.
I hope we have PAs and Aides to SE governors taking notes here.

You don't know more than Wike and Rivers State who went and dragged the entire SS states into the suit.
Neither do you know more than Lagos that has dragged the entire SW into the suit.

And Yes! Should play the Neutral role here and watch things from the sidelines.

That's the most rational thing we should be doing.
There will be no emotional or sympathy support to SW/SS coalition from us.

We are for everyone and for no one!

That's sophisticated politics 101 . grin
Lol long mumu rants after your foolish logic was exposed. Your presence isn't demanded or needed. Join the FG if you like supreme court will hear the case shortly. You weirdos just like inflating your egos about irrelevant stuff.

The VAT is issue is unlike anything in the past.
Nothing is guaranteed here.
If victory is sure for Rivers, they wouldn't be dragging the rest of SS along!
Don't come here talking nonsense.
The Unity of NIGERIA is the foremost principle guiding every aspect of Nigeria.

If such rulling threatens the unity of the country, supreme Court will not give it.
Nothing is guaranteed in life. Nobody was dragged they came on their own based on their own interest in the case. Ok we'll wait for the ruling. Just sit by your presssence is not needed or demanded.

How will Rivers win nah?
Who controls the supreme Court judges?

If the FG see a United South and a possible Political crisis should Rivers lose the case, they will yield.
This is why Rivers went to tag along other SS states.
It's not just a legal battle, it's a political face-off.

SE can offer a soft landing to the North on the political angle, if they give us some concessions of course.
The will win the same way they always do. They've beat the FG multiple times in the supreme court regarding revenue. You're just trying to form important for nothing like you don't understand how courts work. Can you even name all the judges on the supreme court.

The SE joining makes no difference in the courts decision so it doesn't matter. The better argument will win the day. It's a court case not a vote.

This why I support the atheist lawsuit against using state fund to build churches. These religious zealots all over the country would rather waste money in these pointless projects. The appeal court in Calabar is taking long to assign a new date for the hearing. I'd like to see this issue get to the Supreme Court by next year.

Lol you're here arguing instead of solving the border issue you whining about? Lol everyone here like debating endlessly online because they know people are fine with the status quo in real life. That's why its gets silent when someone like me tells yall the constitutional process to solving this issue.

horsepower102:
I have been exploring google maps and i cannot come to terms with the state lines drawn around the south east.

The state line between:

Imo state and rivers state doesn’t make sense.

Abia state and rivers state doesn’t make sense.

Ebonyi state and cross river state doesn’t make sense

Arochukwu areas of Abia state and cross river state and Akwa ibom is very questionable.

Anambra north and kogi doesn’t make sense

Enugu and Ebonyi northern areas doesn’t make any sense.

Whomever drew those map after the civil war and during state creation really really really hated igbos and wanted to desperately limit their geography in the future Nigeria. This is why you have igbos clans forcefully carved into neighboring states. This is injustice and pure wickedness

I urge everyone to study those boundaries on google map and tell me if those lines make any sense.

We usually have rerun in cares where voters were prevented from voting and not as a result of voter apathy.

So you see, you can’t stall the election. A winner will still emerge whether you like it or not.
This is same way these clowns thought sitting at home would stall the Amambra election. Seriously who's cares if they vote or not. The process will carry on with sweep being more likely than a run off.

If there is no election in south east , which have a total voters of 9 million plus and the difference between first n second is less than 9 million first can't be declared president simple

Untill those people are given opportunity to decide you can't declare a president
You're regurgitating the same lie over and over it's boring. The government is not stopping the SE from participating in the election maybe ipob terrorists are. If they are sitting at home on their own volition then there's simply going to be run off elections if need be. The constitution states the 3rd and final round goes by a simple majority. Let them sit and home and don't bother them.

134. section 5. In default of a candidate duly elected under subsection (4) of this section, the Independent National Electoral Commission shall, within seven days of the result of the election held under the aforesaid subsection (4), arrange for another election between the two candidates to which the subsection relates and a candidate at such election shall be deemed to have been duly elected to the office of President, if he has a majority of the votes cast at the election.

How would the President regulate food prices?. Does he control food production and chain supply?
Lots of farmers in several IDP Camps in their thousands with no hopes of going back to farm in sight, what is he doing about it?
Borders have been shut for about two years despite food shortages, what is he doing about it?
I thought some paid agents were previously denying the high rates of food.. e go reach everybody.
Notice the fault never lies in their policies. It can never be that under any scenario. Tomorrow they will tell you about their agricultural revolution in rice and flood you with pictures. I wonder why they dont eat all the cheap food being produced now. If you dont laugh you'll cry.
