Even if we qualify for world cup, they should still sack this coach. The last match we had two big strikers in Arokodare and Osimehn upfront yet there was no cross into the box all through the first half and nothing was done about it.
Now see Chukwueze cross and Osimehn scores. Shey a decent coach no supposed know that from inception? |

When I first saw the news of the demolition..I doubted the property belonged to him, until I saw a recent news I skimmed through the link in your post and this part caught my attention "All necessary building approvals, operational permits, dealership licenses, and environmental levies for the property were duly obtained from the Lagos State Government", he said. One thing most pro-givernment people always say when government carries out such demolitions is that the buildings are illegal and don't have necessary approvals. Here this man is saying he has all necessary approval, yet the property was demolished. I know the man (list most people in his shoes) will not bother taking up the case legally because it's obviously going to be an exercise on futility. Fighting state government will obmy make him incur legal expenses on top the loss he already suffered. Just see how easily he resigned to fate by saying tbey are working on building a new and improved facility. |

Sunday Dare's statement is not unexpected. The man holds a sensitive position, and sometimes white lies are needed to prevent instability while a long-term solution is being sought. Ditto the case of COAS. It is well. I hope he survives and gets to spend more quality time with his family members. |

izzou: Not trying to take away any point from the discussion, but I laugh when people compare these parts of Lagos during the demolitions. It shows you people don't know Lagos.
Firstly, Alabarago is 90% shanties. I'm not trying to insult Northerners, but that place was just a market for buying foodstuff, and a park to travel. You can Google Alabarago, and prove me wrong by showing me the beautiful buildings there.
A middle-class Northerner does not live in Alabarago. These are people who trade on the expressway, and have virtually occupied the last lane of Lagos/Badagry expressway, with their sales of second hand furniture and mattresses. That is what LASG went to clear out.
If you contravene the laws of any place, you face the consequences. Emenike should swallow the pill and move on. But anyone comparing Alabarago to Festac is just either ignorant, or deliberately trying to be funny
If you meet 100 educated, middle class Northerners in Lagos, the chances of 1 living in Alabarago is a big Zero. Beyond all the above, Alaba rago is a hot bed for crime and illicit drug trade. All kinds of drugs you can think of are on full display at Alaba rago. As far back as 2010 I have always told anyone that cares to listen that a place like Alaba rago should nit exist in a state like Lagos. |

In medical practice, are there evidences of people surviving stroke and Coming back to work in offices as stressful as that of a country's finance minister or even CFO of a company? I thought the whole thing was a rumor but this one that Sunday Dare yesterday was claiming " I just got off phone with him..... I discussed with him over a plate of Amala....etc " is looking exactly like the COAS Lagbaja's case. That was how it was rumored the COAS was sick around October only for the chief of defence staff to claim he was hale and hearty and that he spoke with him on phone same October. Fast forward to November the man's demise was announced. |

Talking about crypto crash; the building in the picture below was used as Cbex Lagos office. It is located along the express that goes from Iyana Ipaja to Lasu/Iyana Iba road.
After the Cbex crash, I drove past there and noticed EFCC sealed the building as part of their "investigation" into the Cbex crash. Recently I drove past and noticed the building is still under sealed .
Mind you, the building is a very new complex that had tenants who may not have anything to do with Cbex occupying it too. I don't even know if the building actually belonged to the promoters of Cbex or not.
Now my question is what will be the fate of other tenants who rented either office or shop space in the complex? Do they have any hope of ever recovering their rent from whoever owns the building?

WhoDeyHause: Even these ones can pack up on a very bad day egbon especially if a crook has access to the funds in their establishment or other reasons, it's just that crypto is more volatile by far cause of several market factors affecting it, anything digital currency or trading is always more susceptible to losses, ajebo Danny said he lost $500,000 during the Bitcoin crash years ago. Those ones are safer compared to all these digital currency/ trading that don't have any real leg to stand on. Anything that has regulator/government hand in it will always be relatively safe and less susceptible to manipulations compared to non-regulated terrain. |

Na to focus on physical business and treasury bill them jejely like this.. At times I do feel like I'm the one among my peers who doesn't really know much about crypto. I know a whole lot of things but u see crypto; I know next to nothing about it. The good thing is I have a personal principle to never invest in anything I don't have a full grasp of its intricacies. Most times I see people posting about crypto , forex and and those digital "investment" stuff I just face my front to avoid this kind of stories. One of my former colleagues literally used crypto money to relocate abroad with his family. His crypto investment swelled but that didn't make me chook my head into it because I know if I put my widow's mite into it and the thing crash, I fit craze from the loss. I would always take investment vehicles that are properly regulated by government or its agencies like Treasury bills , mutual funds, bonds, etc over crypto and dem forex any day any time |

My goodness 😡😡😡 There's everything wrong with the list. See this one again, a senior military officer sold arms and a munitions to militants/terrorists but now he's been pardoned. This list is an indictment on the person of Lateef Fagbemi the AGF. The Kelvin kidnapper guy kidnapped his fellow SAN ; Mike Ozekhomen and somehow he forwarded a list that included the kidnapper to the president for pardon. Now we are learning he also forwarded a list that had the name of a saboteur military officer who sold arms that was used to kill our military men. izzou: Another fact that this Presidential pardon exposes is how weird the convictions are.
You sentence a 70 year old man to 15 years for selling Cannabis, and then a 30+ year old to 5 years for a similar offense.
Also, our anger should be channelled more to the committee that created the list. AGN, CAN, and all of them who didn't see it worthy to release a man that was defending himself from his attacker, but released Maryam.
Well, nothing spoil. One day, One day. What If they included him in their recommendations but his application was not approved by the presidency? The report, presented to the council of state in Abuja, showed that 175 inmates were interviewed and 294 applications reviewed. Just saying; In this country, the weight of the person pushing for you also matters. 294 apocations were received and submitted and 175 made the cut eventually. What if the guy who acted on self defense was amongst those who didn't make the 175 list? Come to think of it, a presidency at its infancy that used fake bishops to to give the current president's campaign endorsement tells you they included CAN in the committee doesn't make you think the CAN they are referring to may be the same agbado bishops who don't really give a 4ck about Sunday Jackson? Finally, the overview of the 175 that made the list shows their fate was already predertmined. Even if me and you were allowed to nominate people who would make the list ; those 175 people will still make it one way or another. It is what it is! |
