Apparently the fire in Island was a result of generator exploding.

According to news, there was an order last year after the fire that every occupant should pull there generator down, some people bribed some people who helped them cover it up and they continue using the generator. Now them don put a lot of people for debt for that market.

Two things I think may be cause of the frequent fire on that axis are :

1. The electric wiring of most buildings in that axis are defective. If u look up while passing some of those buildings and u see their electric wires, u can guess fire outbreak can happen as a result of those defective wiring that is even glaring to someone like me who knows little or nothing about electrical engineering.

2. Most shop owners and warehouse managers keep their generators on their floors instead of keeping it on the ground floor due to lack of space. Now if a generator sparks on the 5th floor with petrol stored on that same 5th floor, how do u want to extinguish it considering the buildings in that axis are closely clustered.
