Initially I thought he had a rightful claim to mess her life up by reporting her to ICE as per the arrangee marriage; until the weyrey say na traditional marriage they did before she travaled abroad.

From my own personal opinion he may not be able to 4ck her life up since they didn't do a civil/registry wedding that has document backing the marriage up. They had a traditional marriage which may be binding in Nigeria but not necessarily binding in the US.

I think the biggest mistake he made which later resulted in a chain of reaction gbag culminated to the marriage collapse was leaving his comfort zone in Calabar (where he claimed he was a making cool money and living like a king) to relocate to Lagos all in the name of love.

That relocation affected his finances. He struggled to make money in Lagos as a nearly wedded man which was bad for marital life.

That period he was struggling it appears the wife was the one doing the heavy lifting of the bills in the house. He was not the provider in the home for that period and on top of that, he was still womanizing (which explains the wife's complain about the "small small" girls he was chatting on phone).

Perhaps that was what made him not do anything about that 2017 chat he snapped on her phone. Nigggga was financially incapacitated which also explains why he consented to her relocation to the US and subsequent arrangee marriage abroad.

I think he was hoping she would bring him to America after getting that green card. That was the only logical reason he could've agreed to the arrangee marriage in the first place.

His problem started from the foundation of their marriage. He met her in May, proposed in September and got married in September of same year. The lady told him in passing that she was once married and this guy didn't for once ask further questions about the failed marriage. He never asked whom she was married to, what was the cause of the marriage crash and other pertinent question. He went ahead to marry her because she's his spec. 🤦‍♂️

They were married for about 4 years till she travelled abroad. Within that 4 years were having marital issues o yet he went ahead to give approval to her travel to the US via arrangee marriage. While in the arrangee marriage she made him delete all their naija marriage pictures off his social media.

His wife bought a house in the US after getting her green card, took in a male house mate and was always limiting the number of times they had conversation like couple in log distance relationship.

This guy still kept sending money to her and was holding on to the so called marriage. He was making naira and sending to her even when she works as a financial analyst in the US.

The guy said he did all of that because of love 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯.

I think the guy was lying to himself in the so called margiage for a long time. There was a part of the snippet ( not included in this one, but from the same podcast) where he read a WhatsApp the lady sent to a friend. The lady complained about his bedmatics skills and said she cannot keep enduring in the marriage. I don't want to believe she didn't pass some of these concerns to him in the past either in serious conversation or jokingly.

He mentioned calling her while she was abroad and she won't return calls for days. If you ask me; I will say he saw the signs but ignored them, hence why he saw wonders at the end of the day.

That’s why I always insist on my receipt. Sometimes dem go even bring you another customer receipt because dem believe say person don manya. I make sure to check the date, time and items on the receipt to make sure it matches what I bought and I see the disappointment in their faces

Sometimes they would give you the correct receipt that shows the right amount for what you purchased. What they normally do is they always make a deal with the storekeeper who allows they to swap the fake drinks with the originals that was stocked by management.

I was once a victim. I visited a friend who requested we go chill at the lounge of an hotel close to his area. We ordered Hennessy which my friend discovered was fake. The waiter swore by all the gods that it was authentic but we requested for the manager whom we asked to drink it and confirm if it was fake or original.

The manager confirmed it was fake and ordered for it to be replaced. The replacement also turned out to be fake which the manager also agreed with. At this point the manager was already threatening the supervisor that he and the other workers will bear the loss because he has once rebuked them for carrying out the scam in the past after they were caught. The third bottle was brought and that one was original and that was the only one we paid for.

The manager then told us the staff have done the scam before and some of the bad eggs were dismissed. He didn't know those remaining had learnt the scam from those that left.

Those employees are crashing their employers business while those ones will be writing big grammar online when customers call them out for selling adulterated drinks.
