A lot of undergraduates always sleep on internship while the few smart ones make moves silently and get ahead of others.

Around January a guy chatted me on LinkedIn about needing internship placement where I work. I inquired from HR when they will start taking internship application and relayed their response to him. During the application process they requested he provides a staff ID of whoever is recommending him within the organization; I gave him mine and his application was successful. He passed the aptitude test and was shortlisted eventually.

I was really impressed that despite the fact that he's still in school he already knows his way around how to get jobs that are not advertised just by networking his way around the same internet others dey use watch TikTok and Instagram.

Like that guy now, the hands-on experience he will gain as an engineer in training will come a long way when he is done with school and starts applying for engineering roles.

They are all good courses. With any of those courses up there he can make it to any of the top paying firms in the oil & gas/energy sector. What he makes out of whatever course he decides to study eventually is what matters.

His priority should be getting good grades, positioning himself for internship while he is in his penultimate year and positioning himself to get graduate trainee roles when he is finally a graduate.

It is not as easy as you think. I've seen people change 5, 6 maids till they got tired and stopped hiring.

Me Personally I don't like third party in my space/home, so the idea of maids is not something I really fancy.
