This reminds me of Osaze Odewengie in 2012. Osaze had been on Keshi's provisional list to the AFCON 2013. Osaze gave Keshi two demands, one of which was his decision to shuttle between South Africa (where the competition would be taking place) and England (where his club was at that time). Keshi removed him from the list. Nigeria went on to win the 2013 AFCON.
