Anyway nothing concern me and my christian tribe igbos. We will only come here to symperthise with the minority yoruba christians when the jihadist party start giving them the middle belt treatment. In 2015 we warned the north centre christians about the imminent danger of voting the othoman danfodio islamic party apc but they didnt listing, today is it not them that are suffering it. Where did you read that prior to the 2014 Osun gubernatorial election, Aregbesola was owing seven months salaries? You all just come up with figures from the air. |

InHim4Him: This is a preview of 2019 in Nigeria. People are screaming PVC up and down, but I bet you, those won't matter. APC has done its homework well. But the pains of Ekiti people and indeed Nigerians is yet to begin. It is not about Fayose or Fayemi. Speak for yourself. It is your pain that is yet to begin. As a matter of fact, it has begun with the victory of Fayemi. I wonder why anyone will even pick a thug like Fayose over a refined politician like Fayemi in the first place. |

Mendelssohn: Some of us have inexorably postulated, sometimes against the risk of sounding platitudinously hundrum, that electoral contests are not won on social media or by mere reliance on linguistic concoction of some indolent entities in terms of some housewife tales woven together with contemporary lexicon and anachronistic threads of beer parlour analysis with speculative deductions. Interestingly, most of us who have considered all the aspects have had the uncanny prescience of the impending eventuality and have sat back to enjoy all the noise and Political acalculia by many of our lazy and noisy brethren hoc loco (on this platform) that is. We have had enough reasons, occasioned by many experiences that the likes and shares here amounts to nothingness when the real deal evolves. I believe if same noise and hypocritical rants characterized the 2015 election, the Anambra, Ondo, Edo and now Ekiti elections in the social media space and the results showed many have wallowed and foolishly domiciled in the fools paradise, then the best resort for them is to bury their heads in shame and talk less when they know nothing. 2019 election is very close by and same scenario will surely play out even if they cry to the core of the earth and further to nibiru. |

khalhokage: "Christ didn't say we shouldn't judge. He only said we shouldn't judge if we know we are partaking in the same kind of sin."
This was where I stopped reading, you're just deperately trying to justify your vices.
Jesus said he who is without sin should cast the 1st stone, not he who is without the same sin.
As a human you have no right to judge another human, you're not omniscient only God is, don't presume to do his job for him. What are you saying? Don't you know that it is people who use the thou shalt not judge verses that are actually covering their vice? And concerning the example you made, Christ was not talking about judgement in that case. He was talking about condemnation. The woman was condemned to death and Christ asked anyone who has no sin to begin the stoning. Listen, since we are not totally free of sins, we cannot condemn someone to death. It is not like we can't judge bad behaviors. |

post=69394701: YES, Jesus said so..... Luke 6:37.
Christ didn't say we shouldn't judge. He only said we shouldn't judge if we know we are partaking in the same kind of sin. It's the same as a thief judging a thief, or a rapist judging a rapist. If you are the type that loots company's money, you have no right to judge politicians who loot public funds because you are alike. If you open your mouth to state that a politician should be jailed for looting, then same will be your punishment for looting.
Well-said. However, those verses are constantly being twisted. |

Ishilove: Fayemi failed in his first term for a reason- incompetence and corruption. Fayemi was neither incompetent nor overly corrupt in his first term. If you asked those who voted for Fayose in 2014, they will give you mundane reasons for why they didn't vote Fayemi. Many thought Fayemi was not close to the people and that his structure (especially restructuring the civil service) was insulting because people concerned were not duly carried along. Fayemi was accused of knowing too much because he lived in the United States for a while. No one would tell you that he didn't vote for Fayemi because he was incompetent. |

So all those are dividends of democracy? Demolition of houses is very necessary if a place is not well-planned and I can say with all certainty that there is not one Nigerian state that is built according to a masterplan. Fashola demolished houses and businesses, banned Okada and yet gave the dividend of democracy by expanding roads and cleaning up some slums. |

A Candidate has being Declared....
But What does Coming Elections hold with this kind of Elections....
30,000 Policemen will not be deployed because Elections will be going on concurrently!!
With What was displayed in Ekiti state, Our Elections might be a Blood bath......
President Buhari has set a very bad template for Elections in Nigeria......
Nigeria needs the Hand of GOD much more than Ever ...
Many are Laughing at Gov. FAYOSE, but if a sitting Governor can be Molested the manner he was, then what befalls the Citizens...
My Advice: Everyone should Get closest to GOD ALMIGHTY, submit totally to HIM, surrender to HIM... That's the only way to Safety now!

Anyway, if Ekiti ppl allows APC to win (if at all they can) then that's their fvcking business, herdsmen will just take over their land and butcher them... Fayose has tried to protect them You missed a simple point. Fayose has no moral right to criticize Buhari. If he had any shame, he wouldn't even be criticizing. Someone owing months of salaries criticizing someone who has done far better with people's salaries. |

Welrez: During the last administration, there were those who believed that GEJ was behind the Boko Haram problem, and it was a reason quite a number of northerners voted against him. I was in in the north at the time, precisely Maiduguri, though I am from the south, so I am informing you from experience. So tagging or associating the alleged herdsmen attacks on others with Buhari is not new. It is perennial to Nigerisns! I think it is quite different. Boko Haram killings began under Yar'Adua/GEJ and since Yar'Adua was sickly, it would be safe to say that it all began under GEJ and then the killings intensified. Moreover, it was not only Goodluck that was accused. Even Buhari was accused and is still being accused. But surprisingly, no one ever thought GEJ was behind the Fulani herdsmen killings. In 2014, according to the Global Terrorism Index report, Fulani militants killed more than 1,200 people and then headed the list of the most fanatical terrorist groups in the region, according to the BBC. However, many notable persons in Nigeria have stated that these attacks were carried out not by Nigerian Fulani herdsmen but, by herdsmen from other parts Africa and the Middle-East. https://www.naija.ng/1151632-history-fulani-herdsmen-nigeria-todays-crisis.htmlSuddenly in 2015 upward, they have suddenly become the president's nephews simply because the president is Fulani. |

gladisa7: The thought that a human being in this country is still supporting this Buhari n tinubu led APC ..Makes me want to throw up...if u like all this killing by buhari's nephews called herdsmen..LET YOUR RELATIVES BE KILLED BY THEM..AMEN!!! That one supports Buhari does not mean one enjoys the unfortunate and senseless killings carried out by the Fulani militia. It is rather sentimental of you to call the Fulani militia Buhari's nephews. Under GEJ, the group was named the 4th deadliest terrorist group in the world. You people are throwing blames because a Fulani man is presently in power. Instead of praying (since you have not shown any zeal to help in other ways other than call for the president's head), you are throwing blames and refusing to see that this problem has been around for a long time and will not go away with sentiment. |
