If Ibiyeomi was a true lover of God, he wouldn't have allowed such manipulation of the Law just to punish Kemi.

In a sane society, defamation, as the one Kemi should have been sued for, can never be regarded as criminal defamation. You sue someone who has defamed you and you can only win if you can prove well enough that the article the person published was full of lies.
