I'm At Akure. If i go to Abuja to Submit my Visit Visa Application. Will I still go back to Abuja to pick it up when it's ready, Or it Will be Delivered to me. I don't want to go to Lagos because of long queue.

Abuja vfs isn't crowded like Lagos but hey, they close strictly by 2pm

You can pay from January...if you didn't use it,you can ask for refund or use it for the next session.
As for accommodation,you can book hotel lodging online and choose prices that you can afford. Be careful of who you meet online. Joburg is a isn't that safe Meanwhile be ready to wait for a long while for processing e.g 4 months except you are just plain lucky or you know an insider. The slow processing at the high commission is something else. It's obvious they don't want us in their country. Even the dependants of diplomats posted there are not having a smooth ride getting visas now.

Hello guys, please I want to submit my study visa application for PhD program at wits university. Do I have to pay for medical insurance from January 2021 to December 2021? Since I'm still In Nigeria. Would it be wise to pay for April 2021 to March 2021 with the hope that my visa would be out and I would leave in April.

Getting admission into medical courses as an undergraduate is difficult as an international student except you were brought up in South Africa. You have to write their matric examination to be able to make an entry. They have the SADC community they give preferences to. And more so the number of students they admit generally is small.
It's postgraduate degrees are easier to get MSc and PhDs ...it's even tution free especially if it's research based provided you have a supervisor

Hustle is not really so good in SA but at least it pays the bills Your best bet is to apply and get a funded postgraduate scholarship from your school. Also, your professor (supervisor) might be nice enough to offer you a graduate teaching assistant role. My professor was really helpful on this particular matter. However, if you want to hustle, your best chance is to get a small car when you are in SA and register as an Uber eats driver or Mr Delivery driver. I'm currently driving for Uber and I work between the hours of 4/5 pm - 8/9 pm everyday. That is how I have been able to survive SA so far.

On Accomodation: For your first few months, its always good to stay around university environment but once you are well adapted to the clime, you can decide to live a bit further from school area to reduce your accomodation cost. Before you conclude an apartment payment, please try and take note of the environment. Those ETA boys are not playing

On Money spending: Please try and live below your means. Don't get me wrong, live comfortably but avoid unneccessary spendings. Its easy to get carried away with the goodlife, malls, clothing stores etc.

On Life generally- SA is a beautiful place and depending on the city you are, you are opened to different but limited opportunities after studies. Be careful with the Wena Girls , Open your mindset and network with people strategically while in school.

On Xenophobia- Been here for 2 years, I have never experienced it and I don't think I will. It all depends on the environment you decide to live in. Xenophobia mostly happens in the location areas. I live in Port Elizabeth and I have never smelled Xenophobia.

II just didn’t want to argue with the person who said it’s 160k. Airpeace that collected close to 400k from me during evacuation will never charge less than 250. Based on my findings, asky is still the cheapest though it has no inflight entertainment.
