This means that you can only make a total of N50,000 worth of contactless payments in a day, and no single contactless payment can be worth more than N15,000.

Contactless payments are those that are made by tapping your card or phone against a contactless reader. They are becoming increasingly popular because they are quick and convenient. However, the CBN is concerned about the security of contactless payments, and this limit is an attempt to mitigate those risks.

The CBN has said that higher value contactless payments that exceed the limits will require "appropriate verification authorisation." This could mean entering your PIN, using a token, or providing biometric verification.

The CBN has also said that banks will be able to set their own limits for contactless payments. This means that some banks may have lower limits than the CBN's recommended limits.

The new limits for contactless payments came into effect on June 27, 2023.

Lets assume for a second that the above statement is not true. That sexually transmitted diseases do not exist.

Based on biology alone, the lady would be more careful so as to prevent pregnancy. Because she alone carries the burden of pregnancy.

This makes females more careful in mate selection, hence they screen for the best mates to maximize pleasure in the short run and maximize protection and care for both herself and her offspring in the long run.

Both men and women are born with the same level of sexuality. But, societal conditioning and the cost of being sexual for women forces them to hold back from expressing their sexuality to the fullest.

A consequence of this is that males then demand for sex more than their females counterparts are willing to supply.

Take for instance girls going for youth service in a location that they are not know. They let out their inner slut.

Or when they go to a male strip club. They harrass the male strippers. They are more wild than males in female strip clubs.

Finally, most men would sleep with any woman, but most women would rather masturbate than engage in sexual fraternization with any man that doesn't meet some hypothetical conditions set in their mind.

The problem is not resources, the thing is, I do lose focus and tend not to complete each tutorial and thereby clustering everything and making it hard for me to understand, hence my need for mentorship and maybe a partner

You have made a wise decision to gather your tools for the trade.

The next decision you have to make is to make plans to follow the courses one at a time.

Please, refrain from doing all three courses at once. Peradventure, you encounter any challenge, google is your friend.

To be able to follow a particular course, I would suggest that you set aside a specific chunk of time for study everyday. For sake of argument, lets say you set aside two hours every weekday and four hours every weekend day to work towards your goal. At the end of the week, you would have accumulated 16 hours of study time or progress towards your goal.

The idea is steady continuous progress.

In most private schools, the school fees paid by one class is enough to pay all the teachers in the school their salary for the term; including holidays.

But will they pay, nope. They don't find it dignifing to pay their staff on time.

They would have to wait until the moral of the staff has ebbed before they pay.

Exposing his identity would not amount to justice.

The most she can get is a tokenistic form of social justice that doesn't really do anything to the accused.

If we must punish offenders of this vile crime, let's do it in a way that still protects those that are wrongfully accused of crime.
