It's not much, it's very cheap considering a lot of factors....
1 their rate is one of the cheapest (they use Aboki rate)
2 reliability, they have been around for quiet a while.
3 their cc is top notch, they serve and respond to you as if their life depends on it.
4 the 4 usd is just once till the card expires (3 yrs validity), paying 4usd for a card u would use for 3 yrs is not bad.

You should use PayDay Visa cards, not Mastercard. Card creation fee is 1 dollar and you need a minimum of 5 dollars to fund your card. That's what I started using recently.

I use it for Youtube Premium subscription.
