This just reminded me of what happened today. I was moving on the aisle of an aircraft and this lady was standing on the way. She saw me and moved aside, her body was truly out of the way but her bakassi was just hanging there. I just pointed at the bakass and she started laughing, and then moved away properly.

Health › Hearth Attack: 10 Things Your Doctors Never Learn. by bobkezel(op): 8:36am On Mar 04, 2015
10 simple but highly effective ways for Heart attack prevention: what docs don't learn.
These are simple, low-cost tips to help prevent/reduce the chances of having an heart attack.
1)The most powerful medicine: food
-have at least five cups of vegetables a day.
-drink three cups of (green, black) tea a day. It reduces cholesterol level, regulates blood sugar, and soothes inflammation.
-if you must eat meat, eat it naked. Avoid processed meat like hot dogs, sausages and bacon. Opt for grass-fed animals, which have more heart-healthy omega3 fatty acids than grass-fed animals.
-choose smash fish (sardines, mackerel, anchovies, salmon and herring). They are best source of omega3 and are less likely to be contaminated with toxins as toxins become concentrated in older and larger fish.
2) fast 11 hours every night. The body needs this break to repair metabolic functions.
3) perform active acts of kindness. Instead of sitting sedentary on the bus, you can give your sit to a fellow passenger.
4) take vitamin "y" every week. Yoga has direct and powerful impact on your heart.
5) love a pet. Pets seem to have a positive impact on stress, cholesterol levels and blood pressure.
6) list something you are grateful for every day and read the journal once a week.
7) get busy. People who have set at least twice a week reduce their risk of heart attack by half compared with those who have sex only about once a month. Sexual activity is about as taxing as light exercise.
cool open your windows and let in the air. Use fan to circulate the air to reduce air pollution levels.
9) clean with kitchen staples. Many cleaning products contain chemicals that have been linked to stroke and high blood pressure. When possible, clean your kitchen with items you would cook with, such as white vinegar, lemon and bicarbonate soda.
10) toss your plastic containers. Chemicals in plastic leach into the food in these containers. Use glass, ceramic or stainless steel storage containers instead.

If you have strong connection that can get you better something abroad, then travel. But if are travelling to where you know nobody, just to start from square zero, abeg stay for 9ja and invest, you will pick up before you know it. And also you should put your age and marital status into consideration. Beware of those rats here that want you to contact them privately. Contact them at your own risk.
Family › Re: Child Molestation - I Was Molested Twice As A Kid by bobkezel(m): 10:01pm On Mar 03, 2015
I had so many experience of it when i was a kid. Our househelp used to invite other househelps also. But it didn't make me to have any abnormal sexual urge, and i never regretted a bit of it. Now i am grown up I run into some of them once in a while, they are married with kids. Although these acts are very wrong especially when a female is the one being molested. As a guy, u are at the giving end so there is no need to be making so much noise about it. I bet u enjoyed it as much as i did.

johnydon22:
Our morality comes from our humanity, by contrasting your feelings to that of others you will learn to be good towards all... The human nature is moral and good.

Our intellect guides our thinking and empathy guides our act... Morality do not depend on any book or creed. Those books too are also a product of humans and greatly influenced by their culture.
e.g- You do not need to rush and check in the bible or koran to check if stealing is good or bad, You know taking someone else's thing is not moral.

You do not need the bible or koran to tell you slavery and enslaving is bad even though both clearly never forbids it infact the two books endorsed it in a way.
So our morality stems from our humanity.. our intellect and empathy.

Like i have always tried to tell theists.. Goodness doesnt depend on reward or punishment.
If you are good because of the promise of heaven, you are only good because you want reward thereby you are only good for your own gain at the end.. We call it "Selfishness" and is that real goodness?

If you are good because of the threat of hell, you are only good because you fear hell therefore you are only good for you own gain at the end saving your own skin...its called "Selfishness" is that real goodness?

I that try to be good without expecting any reward or hoping to escape punishment and you that is good cus of reward or fear, Who really is moral?

Real goodness entails being good because you know it is right and want good to happen. cus you believe the earth and humans deserve goodness.

The idea of God was brought to make people not to accept responsible for their actions.
I am responsible for all my actions be it good or bad..

And this issue of forgiveness is that not a deceptive concept to rid people of their guilt?
Take for instance i stole from you, i regret my actions and come back to seek your forgiveness and return the item and you forgive thereby you already cleared your mind of it and it doesnt hurt anymore cus you already forgave me cus i came to you.

I stole from you, i regret my actions then i go to my room and mutter some prayers, come and out and say i am forgiven when you that i took your item is still hurting and doesnt even know i did it.

Which is forgiveness and which is moral?

We do not need forgiveness from any deity or gods we only need forgiveness from ourselves and one another..

Come and tender your own opinion on this
now this is wisdom.

Family › Re: Their Children Saw Them Having Sex- Should They Be Bothered? by bobkezel(m): 11:15pm On Feb 10, 2015
Actually there is no big deal. And they might have seen such before, children of nowadays. But the parents have to talk to them first. You can ask them to explain what they saw. If they can explain it vividly, then let them know, it is meant for mum and dad alone, that they should try it, and you give them good reasons they shouldn't try it. But if they can't explain what they saw, then let it be.
Your carelessness caused all these. Next time dont be in a hurry to.......

sonnie10:
Run from anything chemist and provision/cosmetics retail shop. The store keeper will finish your money. That type of business in that capacity is very difficult to take stock. Secondly, how do you know if accurate account of sales and inventory is being kept. You would just end up opening a store for someone else. No matter how honest they seem to be, money is tempting especially when there are no checks and balances.

Lets say you want to try it, imagine having to count and record individual items of different varieties in a revolving stock, it is practically impossible.

When I say run, run away from that idea as fast as you can.
you are right sonnie10. i know people that run chemist as side biz albeit they ar not on a 7 to 7 job. So they hav a lot of time for the biz. I didnt consider the stock taking angle. Thanks for pointing that out. @op hope you are also learning as i am.

Hello toofine, as you work 7 to 7, your wanting to start a biz of urs is good. My suggestion is dis.. U can start a chemist shop, den hire a nurse to be selling for you. After work you can go to the shop and spend some time, though it is time consuming as well. You can mix cosmetics and provisions in the shop as well.

God, i bursted out laughing, and was confused at the same time.
