It's very annoying when you see a full grown man with beautiful brains as this to indulge in this kind of acts. What exactly is he gaining from it__money, fame, pleasure or what?

With the level of wits he deployed into deceiving ladies and get their nude pictures, if he used it in a better way, it would have yield something that it's monetary equivalent would have surpassed whatever he had made from this dirty business

Most Nigerian Youths truly deserve re- orientation on issues bothering life generally cos I can't see why anyone with right-thinking brain would settle for this kind of crazy business.

You also did not get the prof's message. He said trump was not really the problem, but the racist supporters. It's similar to how the SE votes never mattered in Buhari's triumph to victory in the last election. Trump's racist white supporters now see his ticket to the white house as a license to hate. Soyinka said he can't live in that type of hostile environment. All the extreme right wing politicians in Europe are happy with the results. The racist political parties in Greece, Netherlands, UK, Germany, e.t.c Racist white people can't differentiate between a black(Christian or Muslim), hispanic, indian e.t.c or a muslim. We are all dirt to them as far as they are concerned.

I myself have no problem with trump's victory as his win would ensure more jobs for us in Canada. He is pro-pipeline and hydrocarbon. He prefers Canadian crude to any other. The same canadian crude Obama called dirty oil. I am glad I live North of the US border, but we can't ignore the swastika symbols showing up in American school, graffiti's everywhere saying Black lives and votes never mattered, lynching pictures and threats being spread across some Universities, high school students chanting build the wall in school's cafeteria e.t.c and he hasn't even been sworn it yet! I hope he comes out and denounces some of the actions of some of his supporters.

Something drew my attention to this thread. It wasn't that I haven't seen governors who visited their home town after their swelling-in programme but there is something peculiar about this particular Obasieke of a governor I needed to see.

Right now, Almost all the houses we see in the background pictures all have washed out paints with corrugated zinc and cracked wall. But let's watch out, in the next 3yrs these houses would be transform to a structure that would leave our agape.

Its amazing how most Nigerians act sometimes. They tend to make out problem from what seemed not to be one. Trump said he will evict migrants from the states if elected the US president in one of his campaign promise.

Common sense should have informed Prof that such comments from Trump is a calculated gimmicks to garner the votes of most American Racists.

We agree that Trump is uncouth, radical and name it.. but that's was what sailed him. Remember, this was his first time in the game of politics, he need to make controversial statements that will leave his name in the lips of most Americans .

Comrade John, Nice read so far. Keep keeping on. Don't compromise yet. Dig deep to find out what stopped customers from patronising you. It might be that your price is a little bit steeped unlike before..or that most of them are not actually getting what they desired for.

Make an extensive research about 'how to retain a potential customers' , how to make customers feel valued, and how to get customers come back.

Again, try subscribing on websites like;

1. Small Business Know How,

2. Entrepreneur. Com,

3. Rich Dad Company etcetera...

They may help a great deal judging by the daily newsletters they would be sending to your mail.

Again, there's one more important thing that have helped me so much in our own business.
I always try as much as possible to get my customer's phone number. I have a WhatsApp portal where I have them all in a group. On that group, that's where I usually give them al the necessary information they need to know about our business; the things that added money, the products that comes with incentives and promos..

So if you can also get their contacts, call them once in a while or message them via WhatsApp, it would equally help build your buyers-sellers intimacy.

If there's anything I like about the APC, I think it's their saavy use of the media.

You realised N2.7trillion, yet people are dying in hunger everyday. This failed Apc government are always too quick to come to the media and make claims of any little achievement they made. Someone should educate the presidency on the importance of being conservative.

It's the responsibility of the tenants to contribute money to grade the road. But if I'm in the landlord's shoes and you(the tenants) forced me to pay the money, I don't mind increasing your house rents which may not be cost effective and I will also gain it on a long run.

First of all, i'm happy for whom you are and the blessings of God upon your life. IMO, I don't see anything wrong getting married at 25. Provided you're matured enough to raise a family, what's the big deal?? Even, stimes early marriage diverts our attention from mingling with different kind of ladies which is a sure way of getting away from Hiv and otheer related StDs.
