Business › Re: Please Where Can I Obtain Loan by BobUg28(m): 8:22am On Mar 25, 2016

oladejiseun:
please how do i go about this

Very simple, you Just have to make enquiries from some of your friends who had had their way through Micro-finance banks. Their loans are faster, easy to access but has a relatively higher interest rate. Though it depends on where you stays(live). The proximity to the urban area and the equities you can place as a collateral.

I stumbled on this thread when I hoped-in to NL to check on informative business plans which I usually see here. Now I have spent over 2hours carefully reading through your well articulated storyline concerning how you started your business, all the way from Lagos down to the village.

All I can say is keep it up. Don't let the dream die. And be conscious of the advice you take. Good enough, the zeal you have to succeed is still blazing.

An Automated Teller machine overpaid you? This is incredulous. How was it programmed to function? I haven't heard these since the advent of ATM in Nigeria.

Anyways, you can always walk into any of your host bank and deliver it to the Bank manager. Cos I know you will do same if the ATM had short-changed you.

You wouldn't have fall so easily for them. Incase of next time, make sure you confirm the address before sending any money.

Ps: the price of the egg is relatively cheaper compared to how much we buy them here in Abuja. Each crate goes for N750 ,then we sell for N800.
525naira multiply by 100crates amounted to 52,500naira. he asked me to pay 50% of the money when the egg arrives i wil pay the remaining 50%. i decided to pay 26,000naira, but i told him to send his farm address first so i can send someone there even though i didnt know anyone in Lokoja. here is the address he sent, Elims farm, plot 158 off ganaja junctiom along federal medical centre Lokoja, Kogi state. plz anyone in lokoja should help confirm the address.
The easiest place to obtain soft loans are in micro finance Banks. If you have enough equity which could stand as a collateral, there will be very much willing to grant you loan.

The only thing is that their interest rate is on the high side. It's always steep. But if you are actually determined to get a fast soft loan to facilitate and build your business, go for them. It's better than nothing.

Business › Re: Which Business Book Are You Currently Reading? by BobUg28(op): 12:37am On Mar 22, 2016

Ekennovative Thanks for such an exquisite analysis. It's laden with great lessons and advice. I will surely see to reading and applying it.

Please, do you know any step by step rules I can take in applying those principles. I do more of reading but applying them is where I actually find very difficult. I recalled when I read Gorge S Clanson's "THE RICHEST MAN IN BAABYLON", to me, I felt very inspired and I was seeing myself close to riches. But immediately as I dropped the book, the zeal almost flew with the wind

Ekennovative:
1. The science of getting Rich by wallace wattles........Rumored to make Bill Gates drop out of college.
2. The Richest men in babylon by George S clason
3. Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hills........a.k.a Americas billionaires bible
4. Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyasoki

The free pdfs of these books can be assessed online but if you can lay your hands on the hard cover, the better for you.

They all teach diverse wealth principles and have some in common.

The most important thing is not just reading the books but applying the principles in them.

Read them over and over again, and apply them over and over again until you attain your desires.

One of my mentors Dr. Habeeb Olamitoye Read Think and Grow Rich 66 times before he graduated from university and fast forward to numerous years now, he is wallowing in billions and equally raising billionaires.

Remember, the most important thing is ACTION. Don't postpone anything and remember, "Start with what you have where you are"

That was actually another book one of my best authors Praise George. Don't give up bro, just keep reading. Consume enough information as possible because it is your purchasing power in the market square of life.

I have some of his work seated on my shelve and it'd been a nice read though most of the principles he suggested seems like they aren't gonna work out here in Nigeria environment.

"HIS NOT MINISTER OF TRANSPORT"This literally got me cracked up. Young Lad, Your concern should be the motive behind his travelling not where and how many time he travelled. Provided that he travel to meet with the president of other different countries to sign a great deal of business cooperation, I don't have issue with him.

This sounds funny anyway, albeit him being an austere old man who has no listening ear, he still needs our help. Blaming him from now till 2023 will never change anything.

Did Buhari tell you he needs help? Someone who has made himself an EFCC Chairman, CBN Gov, Chief Judge, prosecutor general and all what not. Why asking for help for him You cant be more Catholic than the Pope.

That's one of the things I finds very difficult to do when I'm reading.(particularly when I'm perusing an interesting novel or sth that has got me deeply captivated) It appears to be distracting my attention. It makes me not to stay focused that's why I prefers writing them down on piece of paper, then check it out after reading each chapter.
