Yes, you have to pay that. It is a one-off payment though. I used WES (IQAS gives better ratings for lawyers though). I did not drop my number, so you can send me an email instead. bozz007: Thanks alot. I'm seeing something about first time applicants paying additional N10,000 for 50th anniversary. What does that even mean?? Anything to milk to populace I guess...smh
Which body did you use for your ECA?
I will hit you up on that contact number soon.
Thanks. |

Pretty straightforward. You can check the school's website and download the instruction on transcript... or better still, send me a mail, I can send you the form and fee schedule I downloaded from nls website and also the contact number of someone who can help you. bozz007: Thank you, was it straightforward getting law school to send your transcripts to WES? |

Thanks so much joo2018: I did mine like this: Production Officer (NYSC): 2015 Production Officer: 2016 - 2018
You have to consider how your company will address it in your reference letter. |

Another question abeg (who dey ask question no dey miss road )...I was retained after my service year, same company, same job description. Four years in total (1 year as a corper, the other 3 as a direct employee of the company). Under work experience, I am claiming all four years - 2015 till date. I didn't differentiate the nysc year and the rest. I hope this is okay mas and sirs ? |

Exactly my permutations too, 441 thereabout without spouse's ECA. The additional ECA will come in in march and shoot the points higher, I just wanted to be chilling in the pool first incase there's a miracle draw and it's around this current score. mcstan18: Hi. It is 409 because you selected Bachelors degree as your highest level of education. Just below that you'd see the "two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees..." option. WIth that, your CRS score should be a little above 440 which isn't bad. You may also wish to boost your chances at getting an ITA by having your spouse complete her/his ECA or IELTS |
Travel › Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 7 by boco2126: 9:48am On Feb 28, 2019 |
Thanks Ifeoma. Spouse has ECA which is still in the works, will add that when it is finally completed, say mid march. Didn't see ''two or more certificates'' in the drop down. After Bachelors what is next is masters or professional degree Ifeoma77: You should have chosen '2 or more certificates' or something like that. That's where you short-changed yourself. Edit your profile and add your additional qualification. Also, what of spouse? Any points from them? |

My people, good morning. We are filling out our express entry profile but the CRS score I see is very low compared to all we have been simulating since we started this journey. Could this be some error? Work experience is 4 years, work hours is 40 per week. POF is CAD19500 (we know it is less than this) for a family of 3. IELTS is 8,8.5,7.5,7 for LRSW. ECA Report came out as Bachelors Degree (4years) and 1 year post graduate diploma, so I chose the option of Bachelor's degree or three years post secondary school ish (or something like that) as there was no two or more certificate on the drop down. Age is below 30.
What is the issue as the CRS score is 409 and I am shook! Somebody help me please. |

Congratulations Barryston. I can feel the joy from a mile away. God be with you in our country. Barryston: ALHAMDULILAH ROBBIL ALAAMIN!!!!!!!!!!!
TIMELINE I sat for IELTS 4 TIMES and on numerous occasions I thought of giving up for so many reasons for people like me who resides in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State…you either travel to Calabar or Ph to write IELTS it was never easy for me…but I was pushed by @bronze25 to keep trying..
1st IELTS; L.6.5,R.7.0,W.6.5,S.7.5 2ND IELTS; L.6.0,R.6.5,W.6.5,S7.0 3RD IELTS;L.7.5,6.5,W.7.5,S.7.0 (at this point I was going crazy…I even lost it a night to the 4th exam…) 4th IELTS; L.8.0,R.7.0,W.7.5,S.7.5 Then CRS stood at 462 at this point and the round of draws on the 15th of November 2018 was 449 (Naso ITA no drop on time…my wife was almost crying and she didn’t eat until when ITA dropped around 9.30pm)
ITA- NOV 15,2018 AOR- DEC 8TH 2018 MED/BIO NOTIFICATION- JAN 17TH GHOST UPDATE- JAN 18TH RPRF REQUEST- FEB 1ST and I paid on FEB 2ND PPR MAIL- FEB 5TH at around 1.35am Family size is 3, and my Visa office was in Ottawa. |

It is actually a 7k hike per adult and 5k per child. So, for a family of 3 for instance, you get to pay an extra 19k! So unfair considering the long wait since late November. Just less than a week to our appointment and this kinda news ! I got the call too this morning. Abeg does anyone have 19k he/she is not using Na dash I dey find oh 234ng44uk: 5,000 Naira price hike for both kids and adults. QLife market don sell. |

Congratulations to everyone who has clinched IELTS, wrapped up ECA, gotten PPR and ITA within this period. I celebrate with you. May our joy be full! I'm still on the ECA journey, and DELSU has been a major challenge. It has been one story or the other...almost a month since I paid 25k for verification (after paying 30k for transcript) and several sorting in between. But, I'm not even about to temper with this testimony God is preparing for me, so I'll not complain. There is a reason for this interlude...let GOD take control. #Canada2019 (someone put this up here and I like it too! ) |
