festacman:
Mr. President,
- Focusing on taxation without any clear plan to boost the productive capacities of existing businesses as well as create enabling environment for new businesses to create jobs is antithesis of economic growth. No economy grows on taxation alone.

- Leave the pursuit of FDIs for now. Come home and rebuild the building blocks of the economy.

- Quit wooing UAE like a beautiful bride. Come home and focus on wooing local investors to invest in sundry areas of the economy.

- Forget the beautiful speech at UNGA. Come home and give beautiful economic roadmap.

- Forget ringing bell at NASDAQ stock market. Come home to ring the bell of local industries and SMEs by carefully packed incentives and ease of doing business initiatives.

- Run back back home and roll out your all-encompassing economic plan to revitalize the economy as contained in your manifesto.

- Quit chasing shadows. Go after the substance for time is running out.

- There is fire on mountain at home. Run home and quench it, my president.
Please, who are you and where are you?

I don't care about your political leanings, let me host you. I reside in Abuja and I'm a very concerned Nigerian youth. Let us have beers together. Let us trade ideas. Let me know you. We both will never regret it. I promise you, with this audacity and intelligence you have to address issues bluntly, I'll be your very good friend and we'll both like this friendship.

Please mail me!

Wike needs to be expelled
Anything short of that and PDP will be a joke.
The man has done too much damage to the party for any reconciliation.
If the party is foolish enough to try to appease him, they'll end up looking line clowns
Much as I agree with you, there's nobody in the current structure of the PDP who can wield the stick and expel Wike.

NOBODY!

Tareq1105:
Atiku would not rest until he bury PDP. Not until then, he would not go back to Dubai.

He never consider anyone better than him in PDP and Nigeria as a whole.

He thinks he's better than every contestant but failed to realize that Nigeria and Nigerians don't want him.

Unfortunately for PDP, no one can challenge him except Wike bcoz he had helped most of them in time past and most of them don't have his kind of money.
Lol.
You're right baba!

Even where money is concerned, Atiku no longer has the kind of money that can move mountains. After the clampdown on INTELs, and given his expenditures on all his political endeavours over the years, Atiku is very financially depleted.

On the other hand, you can comfortably say that where Atiku's money end's right now, is where Wike's own begins.

Atiku might still have the ears of the North to an extent, but where the middle belt and South are both concerned in "PDP", there's currently NO Nigerian politician who has the resources to pull the required weight.
Politics › Re: FG Reads Riot Act To Contractors Handling Abuja, Port Harcourt Roads by BoldBrainz(m): 6:38pm On Sep 21, 2023
GOFRONT:
Those Chinese contractors called CEECC I guess.

Setraco shouldn't be anywhere near there.
CCECC is a registered construction company with the CAC and they execute their projects with very proper negotiation channels. Their administrative structure does not give room for sharp practices such as this. They're even more reliable than SETRACO.

I know because I have worked as a member of an FG supervision team meant to liaise with both companies on different projects, one along the Ebonyi-Cross River-Cameroon road corridor and the other along the Cross River-Akwa Ibom-Port Harcourt road corridor.

It is easier to steal under Setraco, than it is to steal under CCECC.

David Mark is a very good choice
David Mark does not have the political clout or even personal zeal to discipline Nyesom Wike. Take it from me!

Whoever came up with this suggestion, is yet to understand how much Wike has spread his tentacles in the 8years of his governance.

I called bluff on all Atiku's steps prior to elections as regards this Wike's issue and there wasn't a single instance I was wrong. Only person who can pull the strings on Wike and make him calm down, is his wife. And currently, there are only two people who can convince her well enough to make her talk Wike to submission, and David Mark is not one of them.

You keep displaying your ignorance here, you were in awka and you confirmed it’s 7000 capacity, show us proof.

Your 4yrs in the university is a waste if you actually relied on what one of Obiano aides says

The news is all over the media, then commissioner of housing Engr Michael Okonkwo made it clear to everyone that the convention is 10,000 sitting capacity even when Nigeria society of engineers visited

Dude, like I said before, you have no argument

Awka Icc is the biggest and most sophisticated in Nigeria and is a fact
No vex bros, abeg take my bet! Free 10K. You don't need to abuse me, since you missed the part where I said I was in Awka myself to confirm things.

I get 10K to troway! We'll call on Mynd44 or Nflpmod to be the middleman on this one. Abeg accept the bet offer and let's both present verifiable facts as regards this issue. I no dey like stress.

Just as it should be.

If you can’t stay loyal, don’t f**king start it. 🤧
Even "Love" has no weight where "trust and loyalty" abide.

In the underworld, love is a distant concept. Trust and loyalty are the two virtues that cement business dealings and the assurance of your life. You have to be a fool to betray loyalty where guns and ammunitions are our source of daily bread. You'll be buried where no living organism can ever find you.

Tinubu is not where he is today because he prioritised love above loyalty. The people who were involved in his past life know better than to betray him. For him to hoodwink 220 million Nigerians and have the rest of the world stay quiet, was only a product of "Loyalty".

But humans always undermine that concept.
Politics › Re: Edo Deputy Governor Shaibu Begs Obaseki For Forgiveness by BoldBrainz(m): 5:10pm On Sep 21, 2023
This is not me endorsing or supporting Obaseki's display of outright wickedness, but if there's one thing you don't want to do as a person, it's to deeply offend a core and unempathic Niger Deltan!

Like the fulanis, we don't forgive or forget. That we often tend to be quiet in the face of provocations (unlike our brothers in the East), doesn't make us weak. We pick our battles wisely.

Nyesom Wike is the only Southerner to openly fight a Fulani man and his kin in recent Nigerian history and get away with it. The records are there for you to check.

can you look at an embalmed corpse
Very comfortably.

I've injected morphine into several cadavers before, because I found it thrilling. An uncle of mine is a HOD in the Anatomy department of a Nigerian University and we're close enough to the point I've even had to watch him extract organs from the human body. One time, I even held a human heart in my palm.

Provide us with pictorial evidence and not theory
Lol.

Landlord, why should I provide you with pictures when you have refused to use even the google search engine that's in your phone? You're so blinded by your belief that your mind has foreclosed on the idea of other possibilities.

Simply google "Top three convention centers in Nigeria" and you'll find your answers.

I can comfortably bet a 10K with you that the Convention center in Awka is actually a 7000 seater capacity and not what you believe it is. We can stake our bonds with one of the moderators here. I make my major source of living from information trading. I make it a point of duty to personally research and verify details that I find to be of importance, because that's what I even studied in the University for 4years.

The International convention center in Awka is a 7000 capacity seater in reality and not the 10,000 seater capacity that some media platforms carry on the news. I was in Awka myself to confirm this, after speaking with one of Willie Obiano's aides prior to the commissioning.

Bros.. How can you be desperately looking for a job at the mortuary? I have never heard this before in my life
Weirdly enough, efficient morticians are paid even better than most civil servants, with allowances to boot. And that job isn't as terrible as the societal stereotype paints it.

Outside the good pay and commensurate allowances, families of resident corpses are often very generous when they want extra care for their loved one(s).

The only take is, you must be psychologically strong. No sissy works in a mortuary.
