MadamExcellency: You can block someone on Twitter and Facebook but you are meant to swallow all the hate from every troll and bigot. There's a popular Facebook group named RantHQ, with thousands of Nigerians as members from all over the country including the Diaspora, owned by one Suzan Ade Coker, who in recent times, has had to even accompany Femi Fani-Kayode on public appearances. 85 percent of the Admins in that group are Yorubas. And if you see the level of hate, bile and venom existing mostly between the Yorubas and Igbos in there, you'll understand that what is happening on Nairaland is only but an offshoot of a larger whole. Why am I bringing this up? Nairaland is like that Facebook group, where threads and attendant comments cannot be blocked or removed by individual users, except the moderators. But when these Admins and even the platform owner, lack the required self-will and conviction to instill proper disciplinary measures, the best anyone can do is stay away from the forum. |

With the "molue" you used to carry Bolanle, the extent of your wide mouth and prominent veins, you literally have all the requisite criteria for a bus conductor or "kabu kabu" driver in either of Lagos or Ibadan. But if they give me a choice between a bullet to the head, listening to this your song and IamDBull's microphone embarrassment, I'll grudgingly listen to this your gabbage.. . |

IyaTola: Yes there are miser women in Nigeria. One of my closest friend is big time miser.:
1. She switches off data usage on phone right after sending whatsapp text and will turn in on only when she has to initiate a talk again. She doesn't wait for your reply. She knows that the other person will get impatient and call her back.
2. If she makes a call, she wont disconnect as and when the conversation is over. She will check the call timing and disconnects only when the timer is at X minutes 55-59 seconds( call rates was at the rate of per minute)
3. She will break a soap bar into two halves to avoid using too much of it and finishing it soon
4. She will try to bargain even at malls where good's prices are fixed
5. She will sit on her knees for hours during the daytime if she is in her room during her menstruation in order to avoid using sanitary pads. She had seperate set of clothes meant for wearing during this time which would get stained with blood. She preferred washing them instead of using pads.
6. She had wavy hair and during some event she will straighten it with iron-box. She didn't buy a hair straightener nor she wanted to go to a salon to get it done.
7. Inspite of the hostel food being inedible somedays(due to terrible taste), she will never miss it. Once she found a fully grown dead cockroach in food, she removed it and continued eating.
So basically she is more miserly than you are. You don't like spending much money. She doesn't like spending ANY money!! Did you describe an actual human here, or is this to be considered as some sort of joke? |

Lasses and Gents of the Nairaland Community, a US dollar is now worth 950 Naira in the Abuja open market, as I write this.
So while you're all arguing on who saves the most money amongst both genders, be just as reasonable to save those monies in foreign currencies, for your own good. |

Gamesmart: Who is talking with you about slay queen?
You are castigating a guy for scamming someone that scammed him, without castigating the first scammer because you obviously son't think women should be held accountable.
You can easily answer my question instead of trying to deviate and distract:
So because she is broke, that entitles her to dupe a man?
And according to your repeated write-ups, he should be held accountable for not working hard to understand her circumstances while she is held accountable for nothing, including her actions and behaviours? Guy, no stress me abeg! Wetin I dey type and wetin you dey understand be like red oil and cold water . I don't know if you're deliberately misunderstanding my points just to rile me up, or if this is you just being you. Whichever it is, e don do abeg! I wan go buy weed chop. |

Gamesmart: So because she is broke, that entitles her to dupe a man? Look, I quite understand the tidal wave this your argument is sailing on, and I assure you, I don't have the energy or temperament for this back-and-forth right now. I have not sought to justify her failure to keep up her end of a mutual agreement. That much was made evident from my very first comment. However, there is the need to put all factors on the table for logical examinations, if we want to reason like the humans we are. The girl is nothing close to being a slay queen. She's hungry looking with an unkempt haircut that is not even doing her worn out polo any justice. If as a guy, you happen to see this sort of girl and not recognise the fact she epitomises the concepts of lack and hunger, whatever behavioural anomalies you experience with her, is solely your cup of tea. C'est fini!! |

Her script should be remarked. I am sure they made a mistake in her physics score. I was going to point out the supposed anomaly, then I saw your comment. Now I'm more intrigued that a woman is able to connect the dots between Physics and Further Maths. You're quite something.. |
