It's less risky to sign 2 players for 50m each than a single player for 100m.

It applies to all big clubs. We have also signed players who are not superstars and performed well. Top clubs will always go for established players. The same way you are complaining now is how arsenal fans are saying why didn't they sign Caicedo for 6million when he was in south America instead of the 80million Brighton would want currently or Chelsea fans saying why didn't they sign Enzo from River plate for 20million instead of the 110million they paid.

It had positive cash flow for the first half of this year , had minimal debt, had significant cash reserves. As with most tech websites, it survived this long by coasting off of investment capital in the hopes of getting even bigger and then becoming profitable.
