How can you accept to sign such death warrant?

The 25 Law makers in APC are already against you. You will be doing their bidding or else you will be impeached before April next year.

Wike Won Fubara hands down. This man doesn't know the kind of powers he has as a sitting Governor.

Wike should be taking orders from you and not the other way round.

Fubara fall hand big time
If you don't know anything about politics then be silent.

Most of you just come online to spew nonsense. Do you know how Fubara emerged as governor? You are just repeating talking points you copied somewhere.

And where in Nigeria have you seen a former governor taking orders from a sitting governor? At best if there is a good relationship, the sitting governor asks for advice from his predecessor.

You don't understand politics at all.

Overused and overrated comment - "This man doesn't know the kind of powers he has as a sitting Governor."

This one is not like Elechi Nwancho.

That old man finished Ebonyi.

Ebonyi was so backward that out of the 10-12 local governments banks were only available in two (Abakaliki and Afikpo) and in the whole of Afikpo they had just two banks (Eco & Zenith)

No tarred road anywhere.

From Ohaozara through Amasiri to Afikpo is 1hr ride on the bike with full speed, na so dust go cover your body like person wey fall inside yam flour

The account of the former Rivers Commissioner David Briggs has been refuted by the Rivers State Commissioner of Information and Communication who stated that there was no coercion and that governor Fubara willingly signed the document and thereafter made a statement that he will abide by it.

Stop spreading lies. Was David Briggs the only person at that meeting? The Commissioner of Information was also there and refutes the lies being peddled by you and your cohorts.

Keep fooling yourself. The so called agreement apart from being null and void is not implementable. If Fubara does not follow up on the agreement, what can Tinubu and Wike do? Impeach the governor? Then we are back where we started - perambulator as fela would say.
Fubara had to sign (under duress) no to seem to be disrespectful or confrontational to the president, he knew the agreement was not worth the paper it was written on.

This is an eye witness account of the directive (not agreement of President Tinubu.

Alleged Money Laundering: I am dying of cancer, allowing me to come back home – Diezani Begs Tinubu

The embattled former petroleum minister during the regime of President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, who ran to the UK for the fear of the EFCC Diezani Alison Maduekwe has now beged Nigerian government for linency.

Mrs Diezani, who is reportedly suffering the second stage of her cancer, has beg president Bola Ahmed Tinubu to allow her to come back to Nigeria to confess to her misappropriation while in office.

Mrs Diezani was answering questions from the press in London after a medical visit.

The former Petroleum minister, who was accused of stealing Nigeria’s money, amounting to billions of dollars, revealed that she is now ready to open up about the money she allegedly misappropriated while I’m office as the minister of Petroleum.

“I am a born again Christian and currently suffering from second stage cancer, which my United Kingdom’s physiciaadviseded me to continue taking medication for the rest of my life.

” Yes, no human is perfect, but some time, God Almighty allows some of such to happen.
” I have been accused of misappropriation when I was the petroleum minister, which is true! but I would like President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Nigerians to forgive me to come back home and offer my contribution because life is temporal, Diezani said in tears.

“My husband and my entire family members including My Nigeria lawyer based in the United Kingdom knew my relationship with Dauda Lawal Dare, the current Zamfara State governor whow I entrusted over 9 billion dollars for safe keeping while he was the Executive Director of the First Bank Nigeria PLC .

“Unfortunately, it has now come to a point that Mr Dauda Lawal is no longer picking my phone calls and even worked in Collaboration with UK police to put me under Surveillance may be to claim the Money I entrusted to him when I die.

“Mr. President Sir, I am ready with your intervention to come back to Nigeria to explain with written evidence signed by my lawyer to return back to Nigeria, the funds I have misappriated. Diezani beg President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

” Nigeria is my country, my home, and there is no place like home.

” As I am talking to you, Dauda Lawal has blacklisted both my phones and those of my lawyers, simply because he is a state governor enjoying immunity.” Diezani cried out.
Dauda Lawal must not be left off the hook with $9 billion still in his possession. Though he has immunity now but the instrument of diplomacy must be used. He should answer questions.

TruthsFM:
25 former members of Rivers State House of Assembly loyal to former Governor Nyesom Wike withdraws their 'impeachment' proceedings against Governor Siminalayi Fubara.

Their counsel Ferdinand Orbih SAN also withdrew their case filed by Governor Siminalayi Fubara against these former Assembly members against the impeachment.

Governor Fubara counsel told the Court that he was not given any instruction to withdraw the suit filed by the Governor. Case adjourned to January 31.

The fact of the matter is that the ship has already sailed! I will break it down!

1. The Rivers State High Court has already stopped the so-called impeachment plot by Martins Amaehwule House in November 2023.

2. The Rivers State High Court has already affirmed Rt. Hon. Edison Ehie as the Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly.

3. The former Speaker Hon. Martins Amaehwule and his 24 friends already ceased to be members of Rivers State House of Assembly following their defection to the APC, the declaration of the vacancy of their seats by Rt. Hon. Edison Ehie, the Speaker of the House of Assembly, and the notice communicated to INEC by the Speaker on the vacant 25 seats. Their sitting and resolution is no known to law.

4. Governor Fubara and the House of Assembly are already and smoothly running the state as per the 1999 constitution provided.

5. Rivers People, the Constitution and the law are already in favor of Governor Siminalayi Fubara and Rt. Hon. Ehie led House of Assembly.

6. While sympathizing with the Amaehwule and his friends, I enjoin them to lobby their new party for renomination at the pending Byeelection in their respective constituencies.

7. The ship has already sailed. Everyone have moved on!

May Governor Siminalayi Fubara and Rivers State succeed

Which is troubling. Does the governor truly want peace as he keeps saying? If so, then he should match his words with action.

He should know that he was not in the negotiation with amateur politicians. He should not try to punch above his weight.

A word is enough for the wise.

This is the variance (assuming you know what variance means);

The Commissioner of Information and Communication in Rivers State was in the meeting with the president and has spoken on this issue. He has stated that there was no coercion and that the resolutions will be implemented.

And
Mr President, was fully ready and equipped to take a very hard action if this resolution was not reached. - Ajuri Ngelale

So where is the conflict? Comprehension seems to be your problem.

The president's spokesman is only speaking of what the president was ready to do, if there was a failure to reach an agreement. Basically a fallback plan and does not mean there was any coercion.

But that is no longer necessary as an agreement has been reached. The implementation of which is in progress.

Do you still want a translation in your native language? This is English language.

Either we thrash the constitution and allow military or any other type of dictatorship, we we follow the constitution that's supposed to bind us together. Governors are not supposed to be houseboys of the president or a Godfather. Ironically, I admire the way Tinubu relates with his godsons, from Fashola, to Ambode to Osinbajo. He did not pass on our constitution in order to control them. Why he is now undermining the constitution now is surprising to me.
