First, it helps to read. The UV messes with the DNA or RNA structure of the virus itself. Not heat. Normal ambient temperature is say 25 C. Typical hot days are around 32 degrees. The human body's internal temperature is around 37 C. So how come the internal heat does not "melt" the virus? Obviously your assumptions are asinine.

As for the dead covid party guy, here's from the NY Times'

They never said the papers were invalid, what they're saying is that those paper comes with terms and conditions, one of the most important conditions is that the student must attend a school physically and not remotely. They do make exceptions for one online class per semester but you cannot take majority of your classes online. The problem here is that my people once again FAILED to READ!

The problem here is that the US government declares that all foreign students whose institutions are going online will be required to leave the US. The visa was conditional on attending classes in person, since that's no longer attainable even the option of remaining in the US to study online is not an option else the declaration would not have been made. Therefore the initial visa will be rendered invalid thus requiring the foreign students to leave.

However you slice it or dice it, that's the whole point.
