So I got my e-account number made my first investment today.

To our more experience folks.

The confirmed gist I got from reading the thread was that interest are compounded to the capital quarterly. [s]Someone also now said it is now compounded daily.[/s]

I want to know which it is?

So I can calculate my effective interest rate.
Interest are compounded quarterly.

Im just coming across this and I'm interested. I have some enquiries for anyone kind enough to answer.
What is the minimum you are allowed to invest and minimum time before you can cancel your investments?
Also, i hear its very safe. But can someone give me an idea of the percentage of profit(averagely) that I'm expected to make?
I will also advise you read pages 1-20 and as many other pages as possible to get answers to many FAQs

verify information before you comment, go online and see for yourself.
4% per month, multiple by 12months of a year gives 48% per annum. What is there to verify again??

I have 500k savings and I need to borrow another 500k. Instead my 500k is given back to me @10% interest and another 500k @10% interest. The smartness there is that digitally you will be seeing ur 500k in ur account which you cannot touch until you have paid the debt completely. They argue that it is in the form of collateral

But in actual sense, the true collateral is tied to ur benefits. The company will pay cooperative first b4 they give you what is left, if you decide to leave the company.
But at the end of the financial year, you are paid dividend on the 500k you kept/as seen in your account right? If the dividend is up to 10% of the 500k then you have nothing to lose but if it's not, then the interest on the 1m loan can not be said to be 20% but rather lower than that, though more than the 10% perceived by your colleagues.

Are you willing to give out your login details to the person to use and fund your account via the apphuh (Be security conscious oh).
But If the person is doing a direct deposit/transfer to the Stanbic mmf bank account, then you have to furnish him/her your account details (name and number) to fill the bank teller appropriately.

I thought there is a limit of N2.5m, or is there a way to increase that beyond? I am curious to know.
As a curious person, you can try out the tips given if it works fine, your curiosity has been solved. If it doesn't work out, you can let us know so we learn from you.
skyangel:
You can update your redemption limit though your online log in (not mobile app)
Just log in to your online account, you'll select redemption limit, update, type in 5,000,000 or whatever amount you want to update to, answer your secret question and update. It is that easy.

Hey guys,

I know of someone who invested 50 million in Stanbic MMF

Now my question is this, is it a smart move investing such huge amount at once in Stanbic MMF ?

Thanks
I depends on what you perceive as smart move. It also depends on the risk appetite of your uncle.
There are good businesses with good returns and high risk factor. But if your man wants to play safe, MMF can be said to be a smart move.

The login details I will be provided after registration. Is it both for the app and online (web)

Or will I be provided separate login details ?
Can you access your account online (web)?? the only platform you can access your account is the app hence the login details is for app only atleast thats what I know for now..

Hello everyone,

I tried logging on to my account on fbnquest.com but couldn't gain access to my account? Has anyone else experienced this today?
They sent a message yesterday that they will be doing some routine maintenance or something like that now and they clearly said you will have difficulty accessing the account via app but in a situation of urgency, they gave out contacts you can reach .. didn't you get that mail??
