Hello Mr emmanuelewumi,

Please what about the security of my initial investment in MMF compare to TB?

And I think you said I can cash out anytime without penalty ?

Please can you recommend one for me....I am particular about security of my investment, returns and ease of management ( like on internet because I am not on the ground )

I don't know of first bank MMF but I have the funds in FBN TB

Thanks
This is the trend for you to read more about MMF

Why dnt we use interlocking bricks/blocks to build houses in nigeria.has anybody seen one will it not make building houses cheaper?
I have seen an estate in Abuja (I think its the Navy post-service estate phase II) built with the interlocking bricks and I have also seen some buildings in Jos too. Using the interlocking bricks is not so popular I believe is because of the technicality in building/arranging the bricks, its not just anybody that can do it and get it right.
I agree with you on the cost, it may be cheaper considering materials but the precision needed in moulding the bricks and the technicalities in arranging it is something rear to find in Nigeria

All I see in the email is notification of someone that wants to send a message. No message seen
When you reply the notification, you accept that the person should send the message since the notification say the person wants to send. All you need do is reply the notification telling the person (s)he is permitted to go ahead and send the message..
Note: when you reply, the person will see your email address and even if your reply is on the negative, and since (s)he can see your address, he can still send anyway so if you don't want the person to go ahead and send the message then DON'T reply the notification.

Why do most Nigerians believe they are no sensible enough to handle what those in other countries are doing including Iran? Why do we wish to be them without getting our people to think like them? I see that no matter the kind of leadership we get in Nigeria, it will take decades to get the average Nigerian to think like his mate in developed countries.

But we have driven planes that are even riskier to operate.

Can someone answer me please? Why do Nigerians wish to be developed but are not getting themselves ready for development? Why do we think we can not operate a Nuclear Power Plant. Terrorism, right? Iran nko? Turkey nko?
When you asked these questions, I said to my self this guy has forgotten so soon who Nigerians are. I started typing a response but changed my mind and deleted it.
Now you are the one responding to (answering) your own questions. Your quotes below is just a tip of the iceberg to the numerous reasons why Nigerians think they are not ready for NPP.

In our lectures yesterday, something strange happened grin grin grin

I didn't expect that in this our early stage of nuclear, we should have issue relating to loss or theft or incident until yesterday.

In one of the slides of our course in Accidental Exposure, Nigeria was listed as a country with one incident which is the loss or theft of Gamma Knife. Gamma Knife is a gamma radiation source which shouldn't be placed un-shielded from people.

All Progressives Congress leader, Bola Tinubu, has asked the Federal Government to print more naira notes in order to save the economy from collapse even as the Covid-19 pandemic continues to bite harder.

Tinubu said this in a statement he wrote in commemoration of his 68th birthday.

The former governor of Lagos State said the United States Federal Reserve had printed more dollars in order to boost the economy

Up north...I schooled and lived in Kano briefly and while overseas I had many of them as coursemates
Pls give us statistics so we can understand what you mean by "loads or many of them".
How many students are in your class?
How many are Nigerians?
How many are from northern Nigeria?

Kano....and BUK to be precise....by the way zamfara a Nd Kano or Kaduna are not the same...

They use different means to get them Into the Universities and other higher institutions up north.

Most of them are quite intelligent....while overseas I had many from there as coursemates while we're very good others weren't..

This is what I know from first hand experience and not hear say
So is zamfara NOT part of the North?? While I was in the University, a school of about 15,000 students, there were only 7 students in that whole uni that were from sokoto state.
The population of school age children that are out of school is by far far far more than those in school. Based on that stats, your use of the adjective "loads of them" makes it sound like 40-60% go to school whereas that's not true

But then loads of them do go to school by any means both home and abroad....

I schooled in the North briefly and abroad too and I know this
He (Sanusî) also mentioned that only 24 students in zamfara state passed SSCE with 5 credits a whole state oh and just 24 candidates passed and you say loads of them go to school?? Where did you school in the north? Mind you they are referring to core north here oh.. people from middle belt do go to school but core North don't care

You can use cladding panel materials.
Yeah, thanks for that idea.. I have actually been thinking of using the common PVC we use here in Nigeria for ceiling but then I had some doubts it could serve.but when u mentioned cladding panels ( before now I was thinking it's only the external panels used especially on public buildings are called cladding panel) I had to check again and I understand that the cladding PVC could also be the PVC ceiling boards.
Again, I have seen plastic materials like that in toilets abroad but I kept wondering till now how they fixed it because It didn't look like the common ones we have here in Nigeria

Good day house, I plan to use a concealed cistern for my toilet due to space, the toilet/bathroom is small. Now the problem is I don't want to permanently conceal the cistern tank should in case there will be need for maintenance in the future. What other materials can I use for my toilet walls aside ceramic tiles? I mean material that can easily be removed and replaced during maintenance but will be water resistant to serve as good finishing for my toilet wall
