proudevil: Please help, what can one build on a quarter of land. Actually, you are in a better position to answer your question. Is the land by the road? Shops can go. Depending on the area/location (which only you knows here) you can build 3to4 single rooms ensuit or 2 one bedrooms or 1 two bedrooms Anything you want to build, a good architect can help you bring out a plan |

sellers4buyers: It will be difficult to give a specific number of trips that can be done yearly considering the fact that Commodities trading is a seasonal business. But for the sake of this post I will use Soyabeans to give a minimum possible number of trips per year.
season commenced in November and ends in March but I exit in February.
if we do one truck per week from Procurement to delivery and payment
Minimum possible monthly will be 4 to be on a reserve side I will like to use 3.
if we trade for four months I. e Nov-Feb we will do 3x4 which is 12 circles using a specific capital of let's say 4m Now I see why the ogas here are doubting you. You previously said you have been doing business for 4years, I believe you should have records but when a question was asked, your response (bolded) above sounds as though you are speculating. In as much as business may not be the same year in year out, records and statistics are kept for a reason. |

Think9ja: Good evening to you nairalanders.
Assuming I'm to give this building plan as a contract to a mason, how much should be my budget?
The mason will be in charge of everything from the foundation to the parapet. He's the one to bring iron bender, carpenter and he's the one to pay for every labour involved. How much should I budget?
Note; The project is in the Masaka/Uke axis of Abuja.
Thanks
mufutau55 topsy23 takoro13 Since you know that Masaka/Uke axis is in Nasarawa state.. You can budget ±2million |

moneywoman74: House please is FBNquest no longer functioning? I have sent in my withdrawal form to them twice for over two months without any reply from them. I tried to withdraw from my FBNedge which was not working also, called them severally on phone without their lines working. Please someone should give me a hint on how to reach them.
Thanks Try sending an email to their customer service on ccu@fbnquestmb.com and you can copy some of their account officers like Babatunde.Sanni@fbnquestmb.com or chiagozi.eze@fbnquestmb.com or samuel.yisau@fbnquestmb.com or oluwatobi.tanimola@fbnquestmb.com I have also observed their phone lines aren't going through but usually when I send an email to the customer care service and copy any or all of the officers above, and they respond in good time (I usually send the e-mails during work hours oh.. ). |

*Unregistered Investors For E-Dividend Payment* Unclaimed dividends increased from N109.1 billion in Devember 2016 to N130 billion in December 219 (SEC, 2020) You can however search if you or your loved ones have unclaimed dividends using Security and Exchange Commission Portal and claim your dividends with these steps. Step 1: Input your first name and last name into this link https:///exQBBrd to get a list of your shares from SEC. This will give you a screenshot of all the companies you have shares in, and the registrars in charge. *Note:* if you have changed your name due to marriage or other reasons, search with your previous name and also try different format of name e.g those with prefixes e.g 'Olu', 'Oluwa' etc Step 2: Take note of your registrar’s name. A registrar, is the company that keeps the shareholder’s details for other companies. So, your shares could have data with different registrars. Step 3: Download and fill your registrar’s form which is beside the company's name on the website. Step 4: Submit your form. Some companies require you to go to your bank and get a bankers confirmation, so they can initiate the e-dividend form for you. Once this is done, your account will be credited automatically with the e-dividend going forward. *© Gboyega Ojuolape* *PS:* You may check for your late parents names who died intestate. |

Theconglomerate: What you should be asking the fool is if it is illegal to rent out a residential titled property,if it serves the purpose of a residence to a tenant. Let him answer this and I will know whether to proceed with his stupid ass or not. If it's an apartment for residential purposes, it is residential and even if you rent it out, it is still residential and nothing commercial about it stop confusing people by trying to portray it as if when you rent a residential building it's considered commercial. Yes you are collecting rent but it's still residential. |

LegitBitcoinBuy: Good day bosses and to the boss ladies in the house, I have been following the thread quietly for while now, I have come for your advise on a financial decision I am about to make.
I have 4m in my account and I am still trying to save it up to 10m to be used for a specific project in 2 years time.
While I am still hustling, I would love to put the 4m in a risk free investment that can earn interest from now to 2 years time.
What would you advise me to do? And based on your knowledge in the financial system where would you advise me to invest the money?
Thanks in advance Are you sure you have been following for a while now? All the while that you have been following do you mean you didn't pick any idea of a risk free investment? |

Adetayolalekan: Cesc Fabregas says he will always be an Arsenal man at heart despite four-and-a-half years and two Premier League titles at Chelsea, a club he says he also loves. The Spanish midfielder enjoyed eight years with the Gunners between 2003 and 2011, becoming the club captain before a move back to his boyhood club Barcelona. After three years there he returned to the Premier League at Chelsea, with many seeing his decision to join the Gunners’ London rivals as a controversial one. uzedo1: Most price of commodity will be reduced, more job opportunities will be created and so many hidden benefits. I get your point now. We need to diversify power generation in Nigeria.
But if I may ask. Since you're widely read, I believe after you post graduate studies, you can also bring power investors to Nigeria, instead of settling down to engage in your former place of work. By so doing, you have brought little change in the country even though people might not notice it. Power generation for commercial purpose is on the exclusive list in Nigeria |

You can upload a picture for clearer understanding. He actually meant concrete facial My self I do wonder why they use the word parapet for concrete facial when in actual the concrete facial and the parapet are not the same and should not be used interchangeably. |

mrphysics: After a hectic lecture day which ended by 6:15pm, I insisted I must go for sports. There's this pitch 10m from my residence. It's been a place for evening physical exercises where I aim to sweat and also to maintain good mental and psychological health.
So today, I decided to take some pictures. It's a sunny day in Nantes France. With temperature similar to what can be obtainable in Nigeria. The maximum temperature for today was 19 degrees with 12 degree minimum temperature. So it's a good day in terms of weather. Every other has been constant: water, electricity, internet, security, etc. This sport arena is it own and maintained by the government or private |
