Laziness can be as a result of an easy task that you can implement in some minute or hours but took you 2 days to do, and dizziness is when you have to stay awake all night mostly for remote guys working for foreign client with different time zone.

How do you manage to balance sacrifice, discipline and commitment when working?

Don't take heavy breakfast and don't go hungry. A light breakfast or apples can really energize you.
A good workplace provide coffee for staff these days. Only don't get too used to coffee.
Take a break when you have break-time. You can use the time to refuel

I would chose Benaiah the son of Jehoiada over Samson and David, because David, doesnt even know if its a bear or a lion he killed, while Samson only was able to kill his lion when the Spirit of the LORD came powerfully upon him, but as for Benaiah, the man has big hanging balls, I dont know how he manages to walk with them swing left to right between his legs. As for the teaching job, you can stay a few a career. Although the income might be steady (if the management is faithful) but with 25k, you will soon realize that what gulps your salary is more than transport and house rent. You have dreams and some unbudgeted responsibilities to service.
Best bet, take both. You can be doing real estate marketing as side biz but take up the school job.
My final and golden advice is this, 'give yourself a timeline to progress exponentially or abandoned either or both positions'. Dream big!

Have you ever been frustrated by the nonchalant attitudes at civil offices?
I was at a particular NOUN branch today and the experience is horrible.
Workers did not start coming until past 9am, work did not start until 11am and these people will tell you they have stopped attending to people by 3pm. The same people will travel abroad and will accept humiliating jobs for peanuts and be loyal to it. This same people will be the first set of people to decry minimum wage default. I think the government is not doing enough. They should send spies to their parastatals to report how work is going and make scapegoats. Nigeria needs a overhauling.
