Long time poverty had made him to become delusional, how much is N36k that will warrant celebrating. But wait a minute, what is the business of the police in all this, the man is not denying any liability, he's only being an idiot, at worst in the eye of the law, he's a debtor, this does not warrant criminal arraignment. the average Nigerian policeman does not even understand his beat. Abuse of process. |

nature2abdul: Give it to the Nigerian Police, once you killed one of them, you are deemed to have crossed the line - you are already a goner (in capital letters). I can bet it that all the 7 captured Armed robbers will definitely pay for the life of the deceased sergeant with their own worthless lives. No controversy. 1 Like |

Nigerian police wasting public funds on vexatious and fruitless prosecutions since time immemorial. How do you establish 'Abduction' under the circumstances described in this case. This is sheer waste of precious time and scarce resources. This is a matter of the hearts. the nominal complainant should go and learn how to retain her husband. For all you know, the matter may have turned spiritual. As expected, the other woman is desperate and will definitely give her a run for her money. If she still wants her husband, she must be ready to fight for him but definitely not with the assistance of the police or the court, because the matter is beyond them. |

This man just parroted what CNN has been analyzing all day, for his further information the two states are - Florida and North Carolina. He's deceiving himself. Contrariwise, Trump will win this election, just mark my words, not because I do want him to win, but my gut feelings indicates that he will win. Following America's mainstream media, it's a no-brainer to 'predict' that Hillary will win. 1 Like |

Shameless fools. You think Nigerians collectively have short memories. The bottom line is that if you people had done well, Nigerians wouldn't have voted for 'Change' in the first place. Your maladministration made the option of APC became attractive. |

Good day V.O, My sister a US Citizen, is about filing a petition for my siblings and I under F4 Category.I want to find out if there is provision for a principal immigrant's unborn child whose name was not included as at the time of filing to be included later in the future.i.e I have 2 kids already and one is on the way and will be due by next year by God's grace but my sister is bent on filing the petition now because of the uncertainty a Trump Presidency could bring to immigration laws . If the petition is filed with the name of my 2 kids now, is there a way or any provision for my unborn child tobe included in my application in the future. Thanks for being there for us all. |

Alexgeneration: You don't have to resort to the use of ad hominium in your argument. And I don't think you read the op's write up and if at all, not with open mind. The case you cited is not on all fours with this particular case. If the situation is the way the op painted it, especially the fact of the man's printing the vexed name of the said dog on its body and conspicuously displaying same at the hausa section of the market, then, you cannot completely rule out that the act does not portend the risk to provoke. Human maturity/tolerance should not be unduly tested. The man has only been arraigned and not yet been pronounced guilty by the Police, the Court is properly equipped to look into the case and make proper pronouncement. I wouldn't fault the Nigerian Police on this. my take. |

Let me start by thanking the VO for taking time to respond to all inquiries despite his/her busy schedules.Having said that, pls I need your candid advice as I'm at a cross road now. What is the success rate for immigrant application under F4 category. Let me introduce myself a little.I am a public servant here in Nigeria in my late 30s and my twin sister is a U.S Citizen (formerly a LR) and she intends filing for me and my kids under F4 immigrants application. My fear is the long time it takes to get immigrant visa under this category (which means I won't be able to apply to go to US throughout the waiting period as my request would be turned down based on my pending application). I was denied a US Visa last year and I'm thinking of reapplying for a b1/b2 visa soon (If I get a b1/b2, I will only go for visiting anyway). Would you advise I continue applying for the B1/B2 untill I get a visa or my twin should start the process of petitioning under F4 category and go through the option of the long wait (I heard the waiting period could be more than 10 yrs).Going through the F4 immigrants petition could be worth it if the sucess rate is high because I won't mind relocating in the long run with my family if the opportunity presents itself. My question is ''is the long waiting period worth it at the end of the day i.e is it a surer way of getting a US Visa or I should keep trying the B1/B2 Category? Pleas help a confused sister. Thanks |

They've finished developing Lagos. The next country to develop is now Indonesia, ironically with dire consequences. We all know their concepts of development is nothing but diabolical. All hail the Jews that had perfected the arts of giving excuses for their failures... to them, somebody else and not themselves are always responsible for their failures. Why did you not win the civil war .... the Yorubas did not just lay down and allow themselves to slaughtered - For that the whole generations of Yorubas are 'cowards' and 'betrayers'. Why are you not doing well politically as a people.......other Nigerians hate them. But my friend, what is the place of your greed. A people being fueled essentially by greed. I Get Before Others. 16 Likes 3 Shares |

Most of the churches in Nigeria are not being set up for the work of God, but as businesses for the so called 'men of God'. Whereas the main mission of churches is meant to be the winning of Souls, in Nigeria, like any other businesses, it is the winning of accounts. little wandered preferential treatments is prevalent even in the Nigerian churches especially the charismatic churches. If you follow them, you just confirmed your visa straight to hell. one has to be weary of their antics. It always give and give, for the promotion of their own well-being. once they are done with you, they drop you and move ahead. 9 Likes 1 Share |

[quote author=Mustay post=44668725] The tenants too are picture-wise, reality-foolish Just take the case to court as this picture itself (libelous) can backfire. There is nothing libelous here as they have 'the defense of truth'. So long as they are stating the true position of things as relate to the matter between them, the man (Cheater) cannot complain about the manner they chose to broadcast his act of cheating. 'If you cannot stand the heat, then don't come to the kitchen'. If he doesn't want bad press, then he should clean up his acts. You said 'take the case to court as if its that easy'. As things stand today, if the matter is taken to court, you will be lucky if you are able to get judgment in the court of first instance in the next 2 years, then consider the time for the appeal............ |
