This is beyond hearsay evidence. Educate yourself on the news before abusing someone
.

The SSS initially submitted parts of its findings to the regulatory body, the National Judicial Council. Officials said the SSS moved in after the council merely recommended two of the judges for retirement, and not prosecution.

The council also refused to cooperate with the SSS as the agency launched wider investigations into the cases for more evidence. The source explained that judges whose homes were raided include Adeniyi Ademola, and Nnamdi Dimgba of the Federal High Court in Abuja as well as Sylvester Ngwuta and John Okoro of the Supreme Court.

Well well well!! Back to the universally acclaimed unknown source of information who is oh so reliable that we must not know them, their affiliations and put their testimony into perspective! Right! undecided let me humour you, your unnamed source quotes the DSS as having discovered the judges owning assets here and there! They didn't say for a fact that whatever these assets are they were corruptly and/or illegaly obtained! Besides these cash stashes claimed to be found could easily be argued ad having be planted by the DSS! So still, no case here! Especially with the fact that the invasions and arrests were without warrants

The searches have uncovered huge raw cash of various denominations, local and foreign currencies, with real estate worth several millions of Naira and documents affirming unholy acts by these Judges... DSS

In one of the States where the Service operations were conducted, credible intelligence revealed that the Judge had Two Million United States Dollars ($2,000,000 USD) stashed in his house.

When the judges collected Bribes and destroyed the law, where was Fani Kayode's voice. The same person who stood side by side and watched the past administration rape this country did not cry out.

Please, FFK, you are part of the problem.

I pray Nigeria becomes great because the corruption sunk too deep.
My search for grey matter lodged in your cranium only yielded purtid fecal matter! shocked now that is enough evidence to incriminate you on the charge of gross stupidity cool [you would notice this charge has similarities to that of the DSS! Matter of fact, it was inspired by them!] Now as absurd as this sounds, you have to agree with me that you're grossly stupid since you agree with the DSS that the judges are corrupt on hearsay evidence by a judicaialy indicted (on charges of contempt of court) and therefore biased DSS undecided you agree?? Cheers! wink it's official then! You're stupid! grin

I hate comments here calling for respect of Court rulings. What happened to our humanity and sense of justice...everybody is clamouring rule of law but forgetting that thousands of lives were lost owing to this man channeling of arms fund for other purposes?..will releasing of dasuki not be a slap in the face of those who became orphans, widows, widowers as a result of Boko haram menace that was left to fester because Dasuki and his master were avaricious? The clamour for the govt to release dasuki from a certain part of the country is nothing but due to unbridled hatred for the person of the president. In a saner society, dasuki and his masters would have long be hanged or faced the firing squards and their corpses incinerated with chemicals for war crimes. Even America that is referred to as champion of democracy will not even bother taking Dasuki to court, they would have forgotten him and his accomplices at Guatanamo Bay prison....infact no American court will even dare make such pronouncement for their release let alone a regional court that has no power over a sovereign state. Didn't Obama promised to close than Guatanamo? 8 years on and his govt winding up, Guatanamo is still there. Do you know how many terrorists like Dasuki and war crime perpetrators are detained indefinitely by the American government - the supposed proponents of rule of law and human rights in Guatanamo and yet the American citizens never protested for their release? I guess reality stared Obama on the face. America is one country that relegate rule of law to the background when it clashes with national interest. Was Killing of Osama Bin Laden not extra-judicial? And worst still, America trespassed on a sovereign state to carry out this 'crime' against the rule of law, yet there was no outrage nor condemnation of the ever Washington sponsored and vociferous American and European human right groups. Maybe I am not aware, please tell me if there was any. And yet many Nigerians who are queuing behind Dasuki simply because of prejudicial hatred for the president rejoiced an even bought the films about bin laden's death. How is Dasuki different from Bin Laden? He who kills and one who makes the killing possible are they not guilty of same crime? PMB needs to be firm on terrorists and saboteurs like current philippino president is on drug peddlers and calling international criticisms bluff. In reality, any leader will take any measure whether legal or not to protect her citizens and shouldn't bulge in face of myopic denunciation from within and without. That was why when Hitler was hell bent on plunging Germany into further genocidal war owing to his false sense of Aryan supremacy and insatiate urge to became emperor, in the second world war, Detrich Bonheoffer; a young German pastor-theologian who was hanged in 1943 for his participation in the foiled assassination attempt on the life of the German Fuerher with this conviction: "we must become a monster to destroy a monster" for a saner society.
For Pmb to succeed he has to put on a monstrous image to tackle the plethora of problems Nigeria has even if at times flouting court order for rule of law can sometimes be a clog in wheel of justice and progress. Lest I forget, China recently refused to recognise the judgement of ICJ in favour of Philippines on disputed international waters. Yet her citizens have not com out to attack their president for calling bluff ICJ's ruling. If we can continue to clamour for bring back our girls, what stop us from championing the cause of justice for victims of Boko haram whose blood hung squarely on Dasuki's and his Master's neck?
I will refrain from calling you stupid (though you would have earned it) your whole missive advises us to choose and pick what rules and judgements to obey on the basis of self acclaimed social righteousness and interests be it personal and national! Personal interests are just that ..... "personal" and national interests are never universally national neither are they necessarily correct because if a million people say a stupid thing, it still remains a stupid thing nontheless!! And neither is social righteousness universal!!! The state is separated from the church for that reason and also yes, by law!! Stop advocating stupidity by nitpicking legal rulings to obey because you have the force of might behind you!! That is a recipe for outright anarchy of "might is right" if this isn't stopped, where it would lead to, both you and i wouldn't like

The observations are general about the overall conduct of the election and did not in any anyway question the eventual outcome or the legitimacy of the winner.

They also observed correctly that all the party complained about inducement which mean that all of them were guilty. Going forward, I hope INEC can take a look at the observations and correct the loopholes in subsequent elections.
Oh but it did! It sure does!

]He further stated that “as the head of an international observer team, we were not allowed to go to the collation centres at a particular time. That is something we need to complain about. I asked who gave the instruction; who gave the order? It couldn’t be INEC.

“It could be, as they call it, order from above? But the security men told me that ‘sir, this is the order given to us.’ In every situation, one person is allowed to be there. Even when we delegated Victor (his assistant) to go in, he was not allowed to go into the hall.

He said, “He (Victor) was allowed to come within the compound, but was not inside the nucleus, where the whole the exercise took place, adding that “we should be there; we should get the result sheet. We should have a copy but we don’t have copies for now.

Jonathan was a failure in all ramifications.

The worst thing that could have happened to a growing economy like Nigeria was to have a dunce as president in the most fruitful years of our nationhood.

Now there is famine and people are still asking for food while celebrating an ineffectual buffoon who refused to store grain for the days of want.

How did OBJ and Yar'Adua manage to grow our reserves but Jonathan couldn't despite unprecedented higher earnings?

Even if he was too dull to grow the reserves, must he be irresponsible to have depleted what sensible leaders before him worked hard to store up?

Even if he was too irresponsible to deplete the treasury, must he be an enemy of the state to have borrowed so much money with only 2nd hand trains and the same 4000MW electricity that OBJ already achieved, as evidence of all the monies expended?

There are people that are just too lazy and irresponsible to understand the issues. When Jonathan was in power, a section of Nigeria excluding Gworza, Mungono, Jere and some other parts of Borno state were under the control of Boko haram. Nigeria was declared polio free then because these parts of Borno state were inaccessible for anyone to verify if there were cases of polio or not. Buhari's government has dislodged Boko haram from these areas and now we know Nigeria wasn't really polio free in the first place. Don't we have it better now that there is security in those areas and kids can actually get vaccinated against polio than when we had a President who lied about Nigeria being polio free purely for the purpose of the 2015 general elections? Its sad that Nigerians don't know who their real enemies are. Very sad indeed.

Maybe you need to take your advice because you come of as either as you put it "too lazy to read" or mentally incapable of comprehension and assimilation!!
