Please I need advice on what to do, I have decided to change my church from the main family church to a new one mainly because I find peace and rest of mind in this new church unlike the other where you can't comfortably sit because gossipers are every where and they are both bible-believing church but my Dad has threatened to deal with me if I change saying he ownse my life and he decides what I do with it and so I can't leave the church but that's where my mind is and I believe I own my life so I decide what I do with it and also have been experiencing unexpected miracle since I joined this church. It is very safe to assume that nobody expected the upcoming Nigerian elections to be this Heated and closely contested, and with it also comes so many unexpected things...People fighting and insulting each others because of politicians. Normally the average Nigerian usually collects whatever he gets during the Campaign season be it Rice, Oil, Chicken or Cash money and moves on. But today people seems to be fighting non stop for their preferred Candidates, even professionals are now on short leash as any little thing can trigger a hot exchange and before you know it, it's Insults and fights.. And now the Pastors are also joining in, each one giving a different "PROPHESY" than the other and Nigerians are cheering the ones that favors their preferred Candidates.

But while enjoying and cheering this so called "Prophesies" people must also realize that non of these are Prophesies, and many Pastors actually don't give Prophesies but "PREDICTIONS" or maybe their own dreams sometimes, which is totally different from a Prophesy. When GOD gives you a message of what will happen in the Future (Prophesy) he usually sets Date and Time that it will happen or come to pass. A Prophesy goes like this "Thus SAYS GOD almighty, from the 17th of March 2017 Nigeria will have Constant Power Supply" But these Pastors don't set Date or Time in case they don't come to pass or maybe it is also not their Faults as they are just giving their own Personal Predictions that people confuse for Prophesy. But whatever it is, one thing is very Clear, GOD Almighty cannot be giving Mixed and different Messages of the same thing. Finally while we Pray for a Very "PEACEFUL" election, we should also not expect GOD to come repair and fix Nigeria for us. It doesn't work like that, we will have to do the work and fix it ourselves and then God can assist us when he sees that we are truly Sincere. All the "Rabababababababhhhhhh!!!! " is nothing bust SHOW! We will have to do the "WORK" ourselves like every other Progressing Country in the world. Godbless you! God Bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The TV station said that contrary to allegations, it closed down the poll because it discovered that some IP addresses were voting repeatedly for a particular candidate, it said that further investigations traced a particular IP address to a software programmed to vote for a particular candidate continuously.

I spent the last two weeks in my aunty's place and she and her family beliefs that there is a punishment from God to whoever waste cooked food. I dnt know how true this is because I have a frnd that also doesn't waste food simply because God will punish her.

Sometimes food just doesn't waste intentionally, you cnt force yourself to eat excess food you have to leave it as left over.

Every of this churches have their own doctrine so why a follower of christ embassy should not marry a RCCG and Adeboye preach that Rccg followers should not marry from other churches.
All what this pastors have together is the love of money and making their own doctrins and their own empire and they have nothing to do with christianity!

One of my dear friend is getting married in a couple of months. We have been lesbian lovers from aeon years. However, she is getting married soon and we've been hardprsessed on whether she is obligated to let her fiance knows she is a lesbian for life, before the wedding day.
Pls note that;
1. They are so much in love. She can take a bullet for him .
2. Though he isnt as rich as she is, she adores and respect him to the moon and back. (She earns well over #500,000 basic monthly salary)
3. Sometime last year she caught him cheating with his ex, and we have verifiable proof that their estranged affair produced a daughter. His cousin told us last week.
4. Even after they did the introduction he hasn't opened up to her that he has a child out of wedlock. (She is still acting like she is oblivious of the truth, hoping he will be bold enough to come straight about it).
5. As of yesterday when I last spoke with her after the weddingcommittee of friends meeting, she is three weeks pregnant though i suspect she is opting for termination of pregnancy. . .cos the marriage committee of her church will insist on pregnancy test before the wedding day.
With all these complications , coupled with the fear of losing him and the stigma that will follow if he calls off the marriage as a result of her lesbian orientation, do you think I should encourage her to let him know she is a lesbian?
