Happy bumping. ..Nothing wrong with noodles.But you can start adding vegetables to make it more nutritious for your body as you are expected to double or triple your vegetable and fruitsintake.Yes, you can start taking your pregnacare immediately. You can take your first scan at 7weeks or so to or to confirm the viability of the pregnancy and make sure it's not ectopic. Or if you can afford to wait till 11weeks for your dating scan. Some hospitals welcome from 8weeks, others insist on 12weeks for the antenatal. Started mine at 8weeks.

@britneystacy, i'm also team blue(s). I did a 4D scan @11wks plus whn I spotted and ws told by d sono guy that his 60% sure. I also did another tday as I attended my first ANC and I got d same result. Technology don advance go far ooooo.

Hi everyone. I'm really excited this evening. I did a second ultrasound today to know my babies' sexes. Both babies were very active, but baby A was more active. He gave us a very clear view of his genitals. Baby B didn't let us see. I'm just praying it's a girl. But any one it is, I'm too grateful to complain.

Your ultrasound centre equipment must be very sharp to see babies sex at less Dan 16 weeks oo. Congrats to you already.

Rejoice with me friends, family, well wishers and clients. Finally it's a wrap. I gave birth to a BOY and GIRL TWIN this afternoon via VD, no tears, no complications. I kept cool all through. The twins are doing fine as well. Thanks for the prayers everyone. It's Jehovah God's doing and it's marvelous in our eyes. BS later!!!

we have been there....if me Mrs Hygiene can ignore a dirty a house due to extreme weakness of first trimester, I think you can ignore or get someone to help. Mine was weakness +hunger+no strength to even eat+no sleep at night+ high temperature +serious abdominal pains . Once you pass 13weeks, it will greatly reduce. Now I eat every 2hours and can sleep for Nigeria.....Hang on , its a phase and it will pass.

I sincerely don't know anyDoc that would recommend exercise at this stage of pregnancy where chances of Miscarriage is at its highest! . House chores is enough exercise for you at this stage abeg. When you born, you go do am.....happy bumping

Shoes pain me remain where most of my clothes dey. As I was testing some on Sunday looking for what to wear, was almost in tears when it dawned on me that I may never wear some of them again. I no even rock my money comot for some of them. And to realise how costly they are now cos of exchange rates ..... . Hmmm. ..it's is well.

she fit born before EDD sef. I was given oct.30 as my edd (dating scan n LMP) and i gave birth on 23rd oct. So no qwalms. Sorry for quoting u. Safe delivery to you all.

I kno sha. Am praying my baby comes at least 5days before EDD. 10days to EDD, I intend trying all the natural ways of inducing Labour that i read about.

Saw the doctor today and he told me to stick with the LMP date. I'm just going to chill, go for a scan next week when I should be 12 weeks gone according to LMP. Then I'll stick with whatever date it gives me...

We deyhere oo. No worry, you no go port . One week to 28August, you go try all the natural ways of inducing birth na...from unripe paw paw to pineapples to tips stimulation to kpekpusing etc etc

I can't say for sure. It depends on the directions of the DG of NYSC.Before now, they were mobilized once they are cleared from their schools. I think mobilisation is on going now, find out from your student's affairs department if pregnant women will be mobilized .

At the hospital, I was directed to the labour room, dh couldn't follow (hospital policy)...was further directed to the Dr. In charge, on pervy looking guy sha (God forgive me) and he asked me to get ready to be "checked" to know how far I have dilated...now for d life of me I never ever ever knew that "checking" involves the Dr going down low, I thought is just something that involves d use of machines and stuffs like dat just like in Scans that will determine how far apart u are...so in essence nothing prepared me for d pain...I screamed like say tomorrow no dey...trust d Dr him yabb nonsense commot for my body...he nicknamed me "big baby" ,...he was like "Madam what hv u been doing at home since ure already 6cm...after that he inserted his whole fingers and used a plastic stick to break my water bag that was when it finally dawned on me that this sh!t is real....they gave me a bed and told me to totally UnCloth....i was still having contractions but they were not painful ( I can whitstand pain to a large extent naturally)....that was how I stayed until 3am when they decided to "augment" me...the contractions became stronger and a bit painful but still manageable...

Why is this mummy doing us like this na after waiting for over a month for this Birth story, she still the cut am Mummy Nnetriplets it is not fair ooo...Biko come and complete our story oo and tell us how you settled the olive oil issue with DH. Say me well to the baby

Those days, they were just in camp but didn't do any activities with us. As in jogging, drills, endurance trek and stuffs. Afterwards they were posted to their place of primary assignment (PPA) with us.

But I think I read it somewhere that pregnant women and nursing mothers shouldn't be allowed in the camp anymore. I don't know if they implement it though.

Yes, you are very right. Pregnant and nursing mother's are not allowed in camp again. Some camps even permit married ladies to leave camp if they don't want to stay...

I'm good dear. I'm just happy my strength is returning in full force. But the frequent hunger pangs no be here o. I get hungry every hour at most 2hrs. And it's not as if I eat fast foods and easy to digest foods. By God's grace I eat quite healthy now. Unlike when morning sickness was troubling my life. If I don't eat early enough it'd be as if I'm going to die. God!

Am happy to hear that. Omo, you are not alone on the hunger issue oo... am hungry every 3hours. Now if I don't eat once am hungry, my head turns to a pounding and grinding machine till i eat. Once I wake, I help my self to a plate of cornflakes or fruits if there is any in the house before I make breakfast. But someone doesn t have clothes to wear again ooo

God butter my bread small na. How ugly will i look by third trimester na? . Bump shows when I have eaten but in the morning it is so small. My feet still swollen.
Any mama that has checked baby's sex? I want to try again this month end so I can start shopping next month, early before the rains get too serious. I want to pick my babies things very carefully, don't want to rush.

Hello, fibroids do cause pains. Got a num of dem with this preg, one entirely covering cervix, in fact my tummy looks so lumpy its annoying, sometimes d tins tighten up like hard balls , 31 weeks now so.......cant just wait!!!!.
