Business To Business / How I Got Most Of My I'll Get Back To You Customers To Pay Me Almost Immediately by bsmithconcepts1(m): 5:21pm On Sep 08, 2021
In 2019 I lost over 50 leads because I didn't know the secret I am about to share with you.

During the 50% Slash on Business Name Registration I decided to help business owners register their business.

So I did what I knew best I ran Facebook Ads. In a day I got 30 people in my inbox asking me about my services.

In 2 days they were already 53. I was excited. I calculated that if I could get at worst 5 per week at a profit margin of ₦5,000 that's ₦25,000 weekly.

So I stopped the Ads so I can answer to the enquiries on ground. The Ad exceeded my expectations.

That's when the trouble started. After discussing for a while I started getting lots of unexpected responses.

I'll get back to you... your price is a bit high... I am not ready yet... some even claimed they didn't know they clicked the Ad...

I was discouraged but I kept following them up through BCs.

Some told me that they had done it with someone else... At a higher price can you imagine...

Others kept postponing until I lost all contacts including the broadcast list.

Years later I came across the this book on closing sales from BillEddy. And it was at that moment I knew what happened.

Despite having over 50 leads only two paid. And that's months later and not even at my price.

That's when I discovered that the excuses they were giving were objections that required a different reply.

I tried what I learnt on recent I'll get back to you customers... Many paid immediately others couldn't because they didn't have the money.

If you are tired of I'll get back to you customers coming to your inbox, then this is the book you need.

Business / 3 Tips On How To Take Your Business Online And Get Leads by bsmithconcepts1(m): 5:02pm On Oct 22, 2019
Are you tired of posting your product and services online with little or no results? Me too! How frustrating! What tires me most is when people enquire and back out when I mention the price. I remember posting my services on Jiji even after putting my price; they still called to ask for the price.

I was assuming that posting my services online will get customers rushing into my inbox. Taking your business online requires diligence and strategy for so many reasons. Like you won't open your store anywhere, also you don't take your business online.

How then do you take your business online and get leads? I will share 3 tips on how to take your business online and get leads. Leads are persons or business who may become a client. They are more likely to become clients because they have an interest in your business. How do you get them?

TIP 1: CREATE AN ONLINE MARKETING STRATEGY

To do this it is vital we answer the following questions
1. What do you do?

2. Who are your target audience?

3. Where do they hang out online?

4. How do you reach out to them?

You can search Google for resources to guide you in answering these questions. Once you have done that the next thing is to create a content plan. In online marketing content is KING. It validates you as a trusted authority in your business.

Your focus is not a one-time sale but a continuous sale with lots of referrals. So how do you create an effective content plan?

1. Determine the purpose(s) of your content: Is it to entertain, educate, inform or sell?

2. Decide what your content form: It can either be an article, infographics, audio or in video form. Study shows that videos get more engagements.

3. Create an online calendar: Don't post anything, anytime and anywhere. Create a content calendar instead. Trello, Evernote and Hubspot are great tools for that.

TIP 2: ESTABLISH YOUR PRESENCE ONLINE

It is either you are going online for the first time, or rebranding your current online presence. You need to be on most social media platform especially the Big Four: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.

Put your business on online directories like Google My Business, Yahoo Business etc.
Owning a website and building an email list is essential. John Obidi calls this your own property online.

When opening all these ensure your profile picture is a good headshot of you. It should communicate who you are and what you do. It should also be consistent across all social media platform you are on. Your name and description of your online account should communicate your business.

TIP 3: AUTOMATE YOUR CONTENT MARKETING

Do you have the time to post content on a regular basis? Of course not! Yet it is necessary you post content on a regular basis. What if you do not have the money yet to hire an online business manager or digital marketing agency. What then do you do?

Since by now your content plan is ready, automate it instead. Automation will keep your online presence relevant while you are away. Agora Pulse, Buffer, CrowdFire and Hootsuite are examples of top automation tools.

They have free plans to start with till when you begin making money. Then you can subscribe to their premium plans to increase effectiveness and results.

Those are the 3 tips on how to take your business online and get leads. Do you know of any other tip? Feel free to share in the comment section below!

Business / What Is Online Business? by bsmithconcepts1(m): 5:44pm On Oct 17, 2019
I remember when I started to venture into online business; I found it difficult to tell people that I am into online business. Why? Because when you say online business some people begin to think you are into fraudulent activities.

Trust issues are one of the major challenges of online business, I have heard people ask the doubtful question if I take my business online will people really buy?

I will answer the question in subsequent posts. Yet, an online business transaction is increasing on a daily basis. The world is becoming digital and the next generation is more digitalized so taking your business online is vital to your business growth and survival.

So, what is an online business? One thing I can assure you is it is not cybercrime (yahoo) but dignifying in every way.
Online Business also is known as E-commerce or internet commerce, is the buying and selling of goods or services using the internet, and the transfer of money and data to execute these transactions.

These business transactions can be done in four ways: Business to Business (B2B), Business to Customer (B2C), Customer to Customer (C2C), and Customer to Business (C2B).

So when you are connected to the internet you are said to be online. What you do online becomes an online activity. Business owners saw the possibilities the internet presented to their business growth and began to use take their businesses online.

The use of the internet has increased since its invention, that we have created a new world on it. It is called the digital world. Many have taken their lives from the offline world to this digital world that we practically live there.

So as a business owner instead of complaining about how people spend almost all their lives online think of how you can meet them online and do business.

In the next post, we would be looking at how you can take your business (product/service) online and do so successfully. Have you tried taking your business online? What were your challenges?

Politics / Nigeria At 59: You Are Not Too Young To Lead by bsmithconcepts1(m): 7:58pm On Oct 06, 2019
“...your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions” – Joel 2:28b (Emphasis mine)

Did you know that the majority of the leaders that transformed their nation’s state was young? Did you know that our current leaders took over governmental affairs in their youths? Did you know that youths taking leadership mantle is more of God’s idea than of men? Did you know that the highest percentage of Nigeria’s population are youths?

Leadership can be positional even political but naturally, it is visionary. A person with a vision naturally assumes the position of a leader with or without their consent. The mantle of leadership falls on such individual and that is why leadership skill development is an essential pursuit of all men. Why? Firstly, man is by his God-given nature as a potential leader.

Also, every man has a vision, whether it is personal, communal or universal. Every of this vision puts such person in the line of leadership. If it comes to the least, everyone is required to lead themselves. So leadership is a general call for every man, no one is left out. We have the responsibility to take up the call and enjoy the satisfaction and victorious living.

The #NotTooYoungToRun campaign was pushed and got approved, great news for young people who are interested in joining politics in Nigeria. Yet, this opportunity is yet to be maximized because most young people feel they will not be allowed by older politicians. There is something though they cannot stop you as a young person from doing and that is leading.

David was anointed king at a young age, with a rejected king still on the throne. The king did not allow David to assume his rightful political position until his death. Still, he could not stop David from leading; David led youths like himself disgruntled and without hope. And by the time he was assuming his political position as king, they had become mighty men of valour.

During the reign of David as king, there was so much prosperity that silver was common. This means every household was rich, how was this possible? David had a team of great people, which he started to lead when he was young. Also, he was not enjoying luxury when he started leading; he actually was on the run for his life. So he too was in distress, but still, he lead.

You, like David, can lead where you are, all you need is to look for the one thing all leaders have in common. The quote at the beginning of this post highlights it, you need a vision. Visions are not just for the old, meaning leadership is not for only the old. You as a young person possessing a vision can begin to lead your generation to form a better Nigeria.

For some of us familiar with the social media space, we know of John Obidi, Edirin Edewor, and their likes. They are thought leaders in their various fields influencing thousands of people, young and old influencing them to improve their lives and lead. They are contributing their quota in realizing their Nigerian dream; you too can join the train.

You don’t need to become the president of Nigeria before you effect the desired vision, all you need is to have a vision and take the lead. But what about the bad leaders what should we do about them? My advice is simple, be the yeast. The yeast mission is to influence the whole flour, but it does not do so with noise, silently it rises the dough till it is everywhere.

When you begin to lead, focus on your field, pray for our nation and her leaders. Be focused and multiply until you are everywhere, even in the political space. Then we will have leaders that are visionaries not just vying for positions but also ensuring the elections are honest. Leaders who will keep the top government officials accountable and ensure they exceed their promises.

It all starts with you realising that you are not too young to lead and actually begin to lead.

Politics / Nigeria At 59: Dreams Are Not For The Young Alone? by bsmithconcepts1(m): 3:50pm On Oct 05, 2019
“...your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions” – Joel 2:28b (Emphasis mine)

Yesterday I wrote on the need for us to dream again concerning our nation Nigeria. Today I will focus on the emphasis of the above quote from a verse in the Bible. Old people still dream, they have been given the capacity to do so without measure. The older we get the lesser we dream and begin to accept reality out of our unfulfilled desire and dreams.

This is the case concerning Nigeria, 59 years after her independence; her citizens are already losing hope. I am talking about those whose ages fall between the mid-40s upwards. They were the youths who still had hope of Nigerian getting better for themselves and their children. They are the ones who faced every military regime and rejoiced in the transition back to the civilian regime.

They are the ones who still believe and hope their votes count every election. They are the ones who have tried every leader who promised them to change. They are the ones who had dreams for political seats but did not have the connections right, or were dealt with a wrong card and had to leave the political field. They are the ones who are accepting the status quo bit by bit.

I have come to encourage and plead with you Sirs and Madams to dream once again, the Nigerian dream you once had, do not just dream it, share it. As instructed in the book of Habakkuk; make it plain, so they can run with you that read it. Your Nigerian dream needs to be revived; you are not too old to achieve it. It is not too late to pursue it.

Caleb dreamt of the Promised Land since he was given an image of it at age 40, there was a mountain he saw when they went to spy the land. He said to himself “this is mine” but due to the unbelief of others, that dream was delayed for another 40 years. He could have faulted others for spoiling his chances at achieving his dreams instead he held onto it.

At age 80, he had the chance of taking his mountain and he took it. Do you know why? Holding on to his dream and believing it is still achievable kept him strong. He told Joshua “as my strength was 40 years ago, it is the same now.”

What of Joseph, who had a dream at the age of 13 that excited him that he shared with everyone who gave him their audience. Because of jealousy, lust and forgetfulness every time he thought he was closer to achieving his dream something disappointing happens. Did he get discouraged? No, instead he stayed hopeful and 17 years later (in his 40s) his dream became reality.

Your age is just a number when it comes to realizing your dreams, as long as you believe it is possible. Do not let your dreams die as you get older, instead make it burn into an obsession. Your Nigerian dream matter, your greatness is tied to fulfilling it. When Nigeria is better, you will flourish and prosper more. Whatever success you have achieved so far will greatly multiply.

Do you still have a Nigerian Dream? What sector will your Nigerian dream transform? Remember your greatness lies in pursuing and realizing it. And you can be a teacher to the young ones who seem to lose hope in their dreams.

“They told me to face reality; what I saw weakened me. So I faced my dreams and received the faith and strength needed to make it a reality.” – Emeka Ozor

While I was on a tricycle (Keke) back home, there was a question being put forward to the audience on a program in Wazobia FM. Shey Nigeria go better, Yes or No? The answers were, of course, coming in with extra comments. I was most shocked when most of the negatives came from young men and youths. So I asked is there still a Nigerian dream? Why are we losing hope?

Like I said yesterday, evil will only last as long as we let it. I know we have been discouraged by the failure of previous leaders to effect change. I think Nigeria’s problem has grown to the extent where we need four successive 8 years of good leadership before we start getting results. So we are not hopeless, remember it takes lesser time and resources to treat malaria than to treat typhoid fever.

A people without vision (dreams) perish. It is not enough to dream to transform our personal lives; we should also transform the environment we live in. I know it is discouraging when we look at the condition of Nigeria, some call it a reality. But today’s reality should not kill tomorrow’s dream, because dreams have the power to shape reality.

We need to dream again, because, without a Nigerian dream, Nigeria will be left to fate. And fate has been known for its uncertain nature and always giving lesser than the desired outcome. Yes, Nigeria needs a whole lot of fixing; it may seem there is no longer a panacea (cure-all). We need a Nigerian dream, to kick start the process of rebuilding Nigeria.

Dear elders 50+ of age do not let go of your Nigeria dream. You can still run for the political position to effect positive changes. I agree with giving young people a chance; do not just give us a chance; also give us an example to emulate. Inspire youths toward the right kind of leadership by not giving up on your leadership dreams. Abraham Lincoln America’s most honest president became president at the age of 52.

What of Caleb who still achieves his dream of taking his mountain at age 80? Nigeria is in need of dreamers, who like Martin Luther King Jr. will dream of a Nigeria where we will no longer be judged by the language we speak or our state of origin. Like John Knox dream of a Nigeria where righteousness permeates the governmental system and the masses.

Students whose dream career is chosen because they intend to transform Nigeria through the knowledge, skills and resources such careers will make available. And parents who raise their children to become leaders that will bring about the fulfilment and continuation of their Nigerian dream. Working-class & professionals who use their careers to fulfil the Nigerian dream they possess.

A new Nigeria is possible and it starts with a dream. The power of dream is so enormous that it exceeds expectations and desired result. Look at what the American Dream did for America, what of Martin Luther King Jr’s dream? We saw how the dream brought about specific changes in their nation especially in racism. I know we all have personal dreams, but if it does not include Nigeria, perishing still rules.

Do you still have a Nigerian Dream? What sector will your Nigerian dream transform?

Politics / Nigeria At 59: How Long Does Evil Last? by bsmithconcepts1(m): 1:16pm On Oct 03, 2019
Yes, we are good people, but for 59 years evil seem to be abounding will it ever end? Will we ever be victorious? In answering this question, I will use an illustration of the greatest battle of good and evil. This battle has been fought and won before we came into existence.

In the beginning, was God, He created the heavens and the earth. In the heavens He created angels and Lucifer was the most decorated amongst them so beautiful. There was peace and utopia in the universe until Lucifer became evil. He won over to his side some angels and a battle erupted. God set a plan in motion to eradicate evil and it started with His angels defeating Lucifer.

Lucifer being cast down came to earth and then caused it to be without form and void. God spoke order into earth and created man in His image to be in charge of earth. Knowing man will fall, He sent His Son to die to restore man to his rightful place and restore the earth. Man committed treason and gave authority to Lucifer (now popularly known as the devil).

Devil, thought he had foiled God’s plan, but immediately God revealed the next stage of His plan. When angels left heaven to corrupt the plan, God sent the flood antivirus program. It wiped out almost all of God’s creation. With the remaining creation, God continued His plan. By setting apart Abraham’s seed through (Jacob) Israel, He set the stage for the coming of His Son.

His Son arrived as a helpless baby and the Devil influenced Herod to kill all children in his age grade to wipe out God’s plan and he failed again. God plans continued until 30 years later His Son was crucified the plan accomplished. The devil not knowing the plan thought he has won, until the Pentecost and the birth of the Church (Jesus’ Body and Bride).

Christ’s agent of change and today evil is losing far more than is being told. Daily people are being restored to their rightful place as kings and leaders even without their acknowledgement or awareness. The story is not over because years in the future the Battle of Armageddon took place Jesus become triumphant. The Devil and his cohorts are thrown into the eternal fire.

Then existed new heaven and a new earth free of evil, pain and suffering. This is a certain event that will occur. The plan is set in motion and the end is sure. Evil last as long as good people permit it. It is not enough to say we do not want it, like God we need to have a plan and stick to it. The evil in Nigeria will only last as long as we let it.

The only people with power over evil are born again believers. Because by being Born Again they receive the Power above all powers and have the right to effectively use the Name above all names (the name of Jesus). Yes, the church (the Christian) is the best solution Nigeria got. And we do not need a Christian president to solve Nigeria problems just Christian leaders amongst the citizens.

How long will you permit evil to last? Will you as a believer to use what you have to end evil?

meavox:

You are right that we should stop blaming UK, as we have had 59 whole years to sort out the evils that UK put on us. China that is only 11 years older than us has wiped off whatever evils UK brought to it and has managed to forge an ok journey for itself.

I disagree though that Nigerians are a good people. With RITUAL KILLING, greed, selfishness, being unconcerned, dishonesty (lying) about everything, insincerity even with timekeeping, cheating in exams and in trade, rampant sleeping around, even from primary school our girls play the prostitute, and so much STEALING (house help, driver, shop assistant, teacher, nurse, doctor, policeman, pastor, imam, civil servant, LGA chairman, governor, minister, reps, senator, president), then cults, and witch doctors. The good Nigerians are too few.

Last, unless Arewa and Southern Nigeria become two separate countries, no leader can bring out anything good from this Nigeria as the foundations are fraudulent and the constitution a fraud against the indigenous people.

We are just going round and round in worsening circles.

You have stated facts, but Nigeria still has hope. We separating will not change the wrong mindset, nor produce a great leader. We are good people regardless of the crimes. The fact that there are bad eggs does not mean eggs are bad
Politics / Nigeria At 59: In Dire Need Of Leaders! Will You Be One? by bsmithconcepts1(m): 2:52pm On Oct 02, 2019
Yesterday, Nigeria marked 59 years of independence. Many ask the question, are we really independent? In 1914 the nation Nigeria was born, true it was not of our making, but let us be sincere who really decide his/her birth. Our mother the British had their reasons for birthing us and 46 years later we had our reason to be independent.

So here we are now, an independent nation. Still seeking to be free from the shackles of colonialism, still following the path our mother which we claim to be “wicked” set for us. Truly, train up a child in a way she should go and when she grows up she will not depart from it. Maybe we should check the history of our mother’s government. We might not be far from being her spitting image.

How I wish we can continue holding our mother responsible for our current situation. At age 105, we cannot remain forever in her shadow. If her path was wrong then let us forge a new path for ourselves. Our teeth cannot be continually set on edge by the sour grapes she ate. So, let the blame game stop, everyone had their role to play in the Nigeria of today.

Now, let us re-write the script of Nigeria’s tale and create a new story. How can we do this? A famous quote from John C. Maxwell “Everything rises and falls on leadership” answers the question. We are in dire need of leaders and it is not just the political ones. We are good people still we need to transition to great leaders.

Most leaders that brought drastic changes that ushered progress were not in the political position of power. Nelson Mandela was not South Africa’s president before he led South Africa to independence. What about Martins Luther King Jr.? John Knox was not Scotland’s king, nor was he part of the top officials yet in his time he transformed Scotland with a popular prayer “Give me Scotland or I die.”

The leader you are seeking to transform Nigeria might be you. You might not be the top leader but your “little” leadership role effectively played will do so much than you ever imagine. As a youth president; I have discovered that my most effective tenures were not when I was at my best but when my fellow leaders both in my team and within the youths are also at their best.

That member of the youth, that takes responsibility to ensure the progress of the group, makes more impact. Of course, as the youth president, I have authorities backing me, yet my influence is still limited. With every leader in my team and in the membership, there is substantial progress. I know we need leaders in a political position, yet charity begins at home.

True changes occur from down up, not up downward. The head has the responsibility to pass down the mandate, the motivation, and the drive but until the legs move there is no progress. In the case of Nigeria to solve the classwork, we might not need to look at the examples at the top. Though we might see a few, those few good examples are enough.
Are you ready for a better Nigeria? Will you become a Leader to make it a reality?

Politics / Nigeria At 59: Good People! Great Nation! by bsmithconcepts1(m): 3:32pm On Oct 01, 2019
Today Nigeria is marking 59 years of independence. Many will not see reasons to celebrate; others will do so because it is compulsory they do so. As I thought about my country Nigeria, her slogan came into my mind. Good People, Great Nation! Is this just a cliché or is it true? Are we really good people; are we really a great nation? Well, looking at things on ground surrounding us we might answer in the negative.

The truth is Nigerians are good people, but we are not yet a great nation. This is because the good though the majority choose to do nothing about the bad. We have permitted a lot of bad things making them have a stronghold we feel powerless against. We see good people bowing to the bad system so they also can have their desires without a fight.

What good people failed to realise is that we are in a fight. A fight we did not initiate but is an on-going one that we cannot run from if we are to get what we desire. Many dreams of a great Nigeria but only a few fights for it. I am not saying we all must hold peaceful protest; there is something we all can do and that is taking a stand against evil and STAND.

For example, Every good parent can decide not to pay for special centre even if it means that their child will rewrite the exams; or not do “the needful (bribe)” so their child will be admitted into a tertiary institution though it will cost their children one more year at home.

I have discovered that standing for what is right will cost you dearly even your life; if you persist you prevail. A popular quote from the Bible “The violent taketh it by force” has been commonly misconstrued to validate violent activities in fighting evil. Yet, the violent there actually means forceful (compelling, persuasive, influential) a quality of persistent people who stand their ground and are not moved.

Nigeria fight against evil cannot be won by killing every bad, evil person we know. Else the world will be empty. I am not saying we are all evil but good people tend to act evil too. After all, a good person who does nothing when evil is being perpetrated has done evil already. When good people take a stand and do stand, even the “evil” people will consider their evil ways.

Nigeria needs so many things to become a great nation; God-fearing leaders is one of them and most importantly good people who will STAND for what is right no matter the cost even their own lives. Nigeria needs us to become such good people, our children need us to become such people, and we need us to become such people. We are GOOD PEOPLE and a GREAT NATION! That is who a Nigerian is.

Are you a Nigerian? Are you going to be a Nigerian?

Business / Introduction by bsmithconcepts1(m): 5:18pm On Sep 30, 2019
My name is Emeka Ozor, I am an online business consultant and profitable spirituality teacher. My journey began in the year 2011 when I read two powerful books that changed my life. Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren and Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki.

They both gave me the desire to live purposefully and be financially free. And I pursued that desire, I started writing down ideas of innovation and sharing them with friends. I desired to own a business but felt restricted because I did not have the resources to. In 2015, I came across John Obidi on Facebook and my prayers were answered.

That was when I discovered the leverage the internet brought, especially using social media to build my business. That same year I read Business of 21st Century by Robert Kiyosaki where he affirmed that the internet has debunked some business rules and levelled the playing field.

So I spent the next few years, learning, volunteering and practising how to use the internet to build a lasting business that will make me financially free and teach others. With much failures and success, I finally learnt what works. Now I help businesses to use the internet to increase their sales and grow into successful companies.

It's been 90days+ since our president resumed office and there has been banters between his supporters and accomplishing his promises. Some say he's slow others say he has the time to bring about his promises.
My question is did he bring change? I will say yes, maybe it is not the change we expected, but a change that we ignore.
He brought a change in the democratic process in the mind of the people, now people believe that the power to choose is back in their hands.
He also brought a change in the attitude of corrupt individuals, now fear reeks in the heart of every corrupt politician, the fear of not getting caught.
But to me he will not solve our problems, he will not feed us, he can only make laws but he cannot step into situations and solve them. It is best we rise up and in the euphoria of change begin to work towards a better Nigeria. Because no president will do that for us.

Aba your case get as e be o, even if you are the most irresistible babe in the world it still strange. I mean not once but twice, mehn maybe there are alot more psychos in lagos than I think.
On a second thought, I think you should get yourself an electric taser or pepper spray
Well it's more of perversion, especially masturbators who prefer carrying out lustful thoughts on subconscious ladies. Next time shout because they also are avoiding embarrassment.
Romance / Re: How To Control Your Sexual Urge by bsmithconcepts1(m): 11:41pm On Jun 21, 2015
mind if I repost this on my blog as a quote intro?
jniran22:
Outside of marriage, pre-marital
or extra marital sex can totally
ruin your destiny if you don’t know
how to deal with your emotions and
sex drives...There are many false
beliefs about sex which this
article will bring to your
knowledge.
1. Sex will make him/her get
committed to you: Sex is not
powerful enough to make anyone get
committed to you in a meaningful
relationship. If he/she isn’t
interested in having a serious
relationship with you, seducing,
manipulating and controlling him/
her sexually will not make them
change their minds.
2. Engaging in sex with the
person you are dating will make
him/her think that you are a
sophisticated and mature person: At
this point, the question to ask is:
what is sophisticated and mature
about sexually transmitted disease,
broken hearts and unwanted
pregnancies? Maturity and
sophistication is the ability to
restrain yourself and say no to
pre-marital sex. The proof of
maturity is really your ability to
control your sexual urges in the
face of temptation, pressure or
emotional manipulation.
3. Having sex with him/her will
break down his/her resistance
causing him/her to open up to you:
Genuine love is the only key that
can open a man’s heart. Giving sex
instead of that can only lead to
misery. If you really want him,
show lots of care, affection and
develop real intimacy with him. A
man who is in love with you and
trusts you will not find it
difficult opening up his heart to
you. Develop trust. Wherever there
are secrets, trust doesn’t exist.
4. He has contributed to your
life financially or materially.
Having sex with him will only show
how much you appreciate this: Lie!
You are not in anyway obliged to do
this. If the help he rendered to
you was designed to enslave you to
later become his sex slave, then
break off from him. If he makes you
think that you are hopeless and
helpless without him, that is a
lie. Don’t give in to sexual
blackmail.
5. You can keep him/her in a
relationship if you are an expert
in bed: You can never have him/her
under your influence through your
sexual ability. Sexual skills does
not stop marriages from breaking
up, remember? It doesn’t stop
infidelity as well. What keeps a
man faithful to a woman is his
commitment to the integrity of that
relationship. Sexual desire fades.
You cannot afford to build your
life based on this emotion because
it is not strong enough to sustain
a relationship.
6. Having sex with the guy/lady
you are dating will make them
forget the other person in their
lives: If you know he/she has
someone else in their lives before
you came along and you still insist
on dating, you are putting your
self esteem to mud. Why should you
settle for second best when you can
find someone who will treat you
with greater respect and honor? No
matter what quantity of sex you
engage in, he/she is an unfaithful
person and will remain so as long
as he/she gets free sex from you.
Ways to control
your sexual drive
1. Acknowledging your sexual
drive is the first step towards
dealing with it.
2. Cultivate quality friendships
with like minded individuals with
whom you share the same values.
3. Get a mentor of the same sex,
to whom your relationship will be
accountable. You should not enter a
relationship that you want to keep
secret. Secrecy always results in
sin.
4. Take control of your
imagination.
5. If you are dating and you
have challenges with your sex
drive, then spend time together in
outdoor activities rather than
locking up yourselves in indoor
activities.
6. Feed your mind on God’s word,
the bible and any edifying
Christian literature...Good luck

long story
but true.
Romance / The Guys Are Not To Blame by bsmithconcepts1(m): 8:16pm On Mar 08, 2015
I was at a valentine programme at our zonal headquarters last year and the topic was, Am I old enough to date? All the moderators including the male amongst them was advising the girls to avoid guys and not to believe their lies. I began thinking, are ladies the only victims of pre marital relationship went wrong? I voiced my opinion and they answered saying the effects on ladies was more immediate than that of guys so that is why more focus is on the ladies. Due to time I did not probe further allowing sleeping dogs to lie, but I do not mind waking the sleeping dogs now no matter the consequences if there is any.
I understood the answer given but why neglect the guys, or are we not affected by pre marital relationships? We have been painted wrongly, we are victims too. But are we to be blamed? Are our wrong actions pre meditated? Is it really in our agenda to hurt the girl at last? No, though there are exceptions. Apart from the guys who delights in playing games with the heart of ladies(even ladies are guilty) the rest of us mean no harm.
So why do we demand sex before marriage or breaking of hearts? Here are some reasons:
~ We are lustful in nature and easily turned on by female assets, it takes a lot of mental discipline and God's grace for us not to give in to lust.
~ We desire to be loved and have been made to believe sex is an expression of that love because we feel great while doing it.
~ Once sex is given to us we gradually begin to feel dissatisfied because the pleasure is short lived and the lady loses her appeal. At this stage we might retain her if she has other values we benefit from or incase we need her services again if no other source is available.
~ Peer pressure from guys who has wrong mindset and believes relationships cannot work without sex or thinks dating is a game.
~ Wrong mindset about relationships propagated by the media.
These are the primary reasons for our demand for sex in a relationship. So how can you ladies help us make our relationship with you godly and devoid of break up? Understand that we can get lustful sometimes and demand hugs, pecks and 'touchs' please do not give in. It will be easier to help us control it and do not fall for our if you love me speech, because if you do love us you will say no. Do not think it is just hug and peck it is more than that to us. It actually means we are making progress towards sex, and the more you give in the more your no is taken for granted. Also your dressing matters we can already naked a fully clothed lady in our minds when we get lustful, therefore do not encourage us by flashing your assets especially the thighs. A giver may be wanted by us but we do not love them.
What are we to do as guys? Be truthful to yourself, the Bible says the truth shall set you free. Do not deny the feeling but also do not give in to it, ask for God's help if it is overwhelming. Also understand when she says no she actually means no. Yes she could be seduced to do otherwise but it is against her will. Flee from anything that will make you sexually aroused. May God help us live the life he desires. Contributions, questions and comments will be appreciated send to blacksmithconcepts@gmail.com. #raisingtheBAR
