aadoiza:Let me, please. And I'm calling on my good friend Amujale to check out my factual assertion. There was really no Space X. The entire thing was staged in an MGM studio with the help of Disney and Sony. In fact, there's really nothing like NASA. Just a couple of guys - and they are indeed guys - with a camera making movies to fool everyone, though I bet you thought you were smart, lol. |
Kobojunkie:Perhaps. But there it is for us to understand in such a way that God is glorified by our doing, notwithstanding. And God continue to bless Daddy Freeze and the dead King James for making us think. |
Kobojunkie:You've chosen a very important verse. And what I'm about to write will sound like devil worship, and if you dare believe a single word I write here you will burn in the hottest part of hell with me! Go back to Adam and Eve naked in the Garden of Eden. “Did God really say, ‘You must not eat from any tree in the garden’?” "And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. We read in chapter 3. Try abandoning all you've been told to believe. Shouldn't you wonder why a Lord God Almighty would want His creations to be ignorant and not know good and evil and be naked in the Garden of Eden? Does that not sound more like Adam and Eve were slaves, and what an evil person would do to them? Can ignorant people who do not know about good and evil do what God told Adam to do, which is "Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth"? Can ignorant people be blessed? In fact, is it not true that we often claim that our Northern brothers and sisters are kept ignorant just so their leaders can better exploit them? And why, for Christ sake, would a God who doesn't want its creations to know good and evil give its creations the ten commandments which is precisely a lesson in good and evil? Would the same Jesus who used his Knowledge of Good and Evil to conquer Satan when he was tempted on the mountain advocate that one should not eat of the Fruit of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil and remain ignorant and naked. Can ignorant people respond to Satan as he did? You might note that the serpent did not lie, and Adam and Eve did not "surely die", and their eyes opened, though some would claim they did die despite going on to live for almost 800 years, we read, after expulsion from Eden. But of course, that's not what is taught. And God forbid that we refuse to believe what we are told to believe and assume Jesus the Morning Star and Bringer of Light and opener of the eyes of the blind taught exactly what the Serpent commonly known as Lucifer the Morning Star and Bringer of Light taught, thereby freeing us from our slave master which is blind ignorance and certain early death! I'm claiming the Fruit of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil is not so much the Bible itself, but a proper understanding of the Bible, hence, "the fruit" and not just "the tree". But if Satan can meddle in the Garden of Eden, it can meddle in how scripture is understood and even in how it's been interpreted. It sure is devilish to merely believe as Satan is said to believe and tremble instead of seeking to understand. Thankfully, the Bible is just the tree. And one must cultivate trees to get fruits from it. But as I said, you will join me in the hottest part of hell if you believe a single word I've written here instead of seeking understanding. For it is indeed written that "people die because they lack knowledge". And believing does not mean one has knowledge, as we find when we go to school. |
Kobojunkie:I beg to differ, and think Freeze is very wrong (as much as I love what he does, which is, make people think by challenging their misconceptions). As hoopernikao said "Interpreters and bible readers are the one who carried such meaning", but instead of blaming ourselves for the errors in our understanding, we pressume our understanding is perfect and it's the book that is in error. You should try reading the Bible in the even worse translated Greek and Latin then see how far you got. Then imagine how little Bible knowledge we would have had if King James hadn't bothered to have it translated into English and mandated its reading in the English speaking world. We'd all have been reading a book in Arabic, I bet you, and understood even less. The Bible is a rather big book and the KJV is difficult to understand. Many judge it and all other versions by what they are told instead of allowing the Holy Spirit and the brain in their heads to assist them in their own understanding. That same KJV Freeze said promoted slavery is the same book some used to advocate the abolition of slavery and its now being read by both the one time enslaved and the former enslaver, and the enslavers have used it's principles to make their nation paradise just as the enslaved would, once we begin to fully understand what we read in it. |
Dtruthspeaker:Glad to hear. Not to have the last word, but in my own opinion, there's so much more to Jesus than literally believing what we read and are told about him. He, for instance, never believed the stuff that was believed in his day, and was crucified for daring to think and reason different to how those around him did. And when we become as little children and abandon the childish things that we are told to believe and start to use the brains that God has put into our heads instead, we too will be mightily blessed. Anyway, I'm certain this won't be my last word here as Offpoint asked a thinking person's question and I'm interested in your response. Might I suggest however that you cut down on the insults and condemnations and lies, as its not exactly Jesus fertilized fruit. |
Nuel4:Respect your Buhari view. Thing with Trump, and his supporters it seems, is he's quick to take credit for the good times but the bad is always someone else's fault. www.nairaland.com/attachments/11465735_exc4l53x0agh3ek_jpegaaecdb5ce3d2ff5e841fe64dd8c4ffa8 |
Nuel4:There are some who say the lockdown was a plan to destroy all Trump had done. He could have prepared better for this pandemic. Obama left him with a plan in his handover notes but he couldn't even bother to read it, and did nothing until it was too late. He even refused to accept that was a pandemic and when he did he touted bleach and Chloroquine as a cure and blames WHO and China. But we both know I'm lying. If Nigeria was in the situation America is now in, I trust you'd join me if I were to say Sai Bubu! Or wouldn't you? Be honest now. |
Dtruthspeaker:Love the reverse psychology, lol. You can't stop me even if you tried really really hard. |
Guestlander:This sounds exactly how I'd write it, and have. Bet they won't have any of it though, despite current 20% unemployment.
|
Dtruthspeaker:Must be difficult for you to admit that you lack comprehension. I'll pray to God on your behalf. |
Dtruthspeaker:You see my fruits? One thing Jesus did was heal numerous people of their inability to use their senses. He "spat on the ground, and made clay of the spittle, and he anointed the eyes of the blind with the clay, and sent them to wash in the pool of Siloam so they may wash and be able to use their senses" instead of creating unseen crap inside their own heads and lying that they sense it. I'm so sorry, but I assumed you were a truth seeker, but it seems you are just another one of those people who create crap inside their own heads and believe it. May Christ spit on mud and make clay and rub it in your eyes so they may open and you learn to use your Jesus healed senses.

SLAP44:Please rephrase! We Nigerians are too corrupt to be taxing anyone highly for now. Those who tax us do not come from Mars. We Nigerians elect them from amongst our corrupt selves! |
SLAP44:I agree. So long as you continue to be irresponsible and don't monitor how your hard earned money that is collected as tax is spent. The British have a name for your attitude. The call it Taxation Without Representation, and they shed blood to gain that representation.
|
MinorityOpinion:I blame the people if its the latter. If they are paying tax, they should monitor how their hard earned money is spent, and if they don't they are irresponsible. |
SLAP44:First, I'm going to assume your area democratically elects its rulers. So why assume you would all be so stupid that you would elect rulers who would "tax you to death"? Are the majority of the people living in your area so brain dead that they would not rather elect rulers who would tax them moderately and reasonably? And secondly, If you keep your area tax free, please tell where you plan to get the money to fix your communual roads so you all can move around easily, and build gutters so your own collective poo don't stink you all to death, and fund the schools so your area is not full of ignorant people who would elect rulers who would tax you all to death? |
Dtruthspeaker:You have obviously not learnt all that Christ had to teach. His independence of thought, for instance, and him not believing like the Pharisees, the Sadducees and satan who trembles all do. A waste of Christ is what I call it. |
Dtruthspeaker:And Paul told you to call anyone who does not believe as you do, satan? I guess you must have adopted the Pharisee in Paul then. Here them accuse Christ of demon possession just like you accuse me for thinking independently like Jesus too did which is why they killed him before lying to you that he died for your sins.

proeast:In Yorubaland, we say, ajẹ ke lana, ọmọ ku loni, ta ni ko sai mọ pe ajẹ lo pa ọmọ. Translation: The witch cried last night and a child died today. Who doesn't know the witch killed the child. There was once a tramadol addict in my village who stole my cattle. His son died, and he too died shortly after. Now no one messes with me least I kill them. I hopefully need not tell you how stupid we Yorubas can be of we believe that. If "Mbaise people retaliate now" based on the information we have here someone must indeed pay compensation to those they retaliate on! |
Dtruthspeaker:I guess you killed Christ for nothing then, since nothing much changed after you killed him. If only you hadn't killed him and learnt from him instead. The world would have certainly become a better place. Try it. Try letting good abound in your heart towards God's creation instead of assuming I am the devil and see how much better the world would be.

Amujale:Incidentally, this is the reasoning in Britain, where they do not wait to be rewarded in Paradise, but want their reward here on earth. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4MwCUNgVdjE budaatum: |
ghettokid1:And let ignorant people like you spew the unthinking rubbish you spew on here? No chance. You can try to make me though if you have the balls. |
Dtruthspeaker:You have shown me nothing at all Dtruth. All you have done is repeat what you've been told to believe instead of using your own brain to reason. If you did use your own brain, you'd wonder what benefit killing Christ has done to the world that has only increased in its evil doing since Christ was killed. And if you were honest with yourself you'd admit that all that stuff about him dying for your sins is a rather pointless belief if you continued sinning. |
ghettokid1:Thankfully you can't blame me nor Buhari for you not performing with your own brain!
|
Pity they "sacrificed him" instead of learning from him, though in reality they murdered an innocent man and convinced themselves God wanted him to be sacrificed! I'm sure no one would accept that the killing of their school teacher is a suitable sacrifice for whatever reason, but I guess we must just believe what we are told instead of reasoning with the brain that God must have put in our heads! |
"We don't know who killed him", but "because of how brutally he was killed", let us just say "Fulani herdsmen killed him", because there is absolutely no way anyone in their community could possibly kill someone so brutally! Sun and their irresponsible reporting. And readers with their no brains! We'd expect the culprits to be caught when we've already concluded Fulani herdsmen done it! Dream on, I say!

TheSourcerer:That's Naijapeople for you. We will not sacrifice for what we desire but want others to be our messiah and die for us. If you stand there protesting long enough, they'd even say you are mad. Least, that's what they call me for making our library the best local government library in my State of Osun, instead of building myself a big house and driving a huge car. Thankfully, after 20 years of it, I now have people in my hometown who appreciate the books and the opportunity it has provided them to expand their knowledge, and my own reward is a reduction in the number of stupid people around me. |
TheSourcerer:No! He never worked for government because he could not be corrupt. He was a self employed lawyer and his clients were poor people who never had money to pay him. |
feedthenation:Hypocrisy, perhaps. You should hear China laugh at America. https://www.cnn.com/2020/06/01/asia/us-protests-hong-kong-china-intl-hnk/index.html https://www.cnbc.com/amp/2020/06/01/chinese-state-media-hits-back-at-trumps-sanctions-threat-on-hong-kong-beijing.html

TheSourcerer:As you might find, if dad had spoken against the government that pays him, he might have struggled to put food on the table to feed you if he was the only one speaking against government. My dad spoke against government and we starved. I am very proud of him though, and I went on to refuse to collect fraudulent government money for books I freely donate to my local government library. www.nairaland.com/attachments/10212087_5781581015088247121777951761277895664611229464170n_jpeg2c7d297bd230399d4decfbf22c2bd804 They asked me to bring them to the local government so they can access the value, inflate it, and I'll sign for like 100m and collect half while they keep the rest. I told them to fuq off, deposited the books in the library and walked away, and imported five more lots of books. Now, they see me as a mad person they can't mess with, lol. There are different ways to protest, is my point. |

And finally you've gone off the track and into pôtôpôtô. And the fruits (Ridicule, Mock, Slander of God- the Delightful Specialty of Your Depraved Evilness) i spoke of, has begun, As it was written!
