P.s. Nigerian wives do not normally have a "wife's place", so I'm presuming a husband and a wife who live together, as opposed to the husband going to rape his wife at his wife's place. But even then I doubt he'd have a case to answer for in Nigeria that is not yet sufficiently enlightened to recognise spousal rape as a crime.
