Alright. This is more or less what I was trying to get at. Your earlier posts seemed to suggest that there is already a viable democratic pathway in the country to fix the current issues.

Democracy by it's nature provides the opportunity to try different options every 4 years, during which we ought to learn what works and what doesn't. And the only barrier to fixing issues is our refusal to learn and continuing to do what does not work.

We may continue to not learn to be democratic, but the consequence is increased suffering to the extent we may die, for that is what happens to those who refuse to learn. And I don't think we Nigerians want to die, hence my faith in us.

This person will never lack and never starve.

I am inviting you to the Natural History Museum so you can walk around the 28 galleries across five floors to see the 80 million specimens so you can learn and decide for yourself if you are convinced of evolution or not. But to be honest, whether you learn or not is no skin off my nose because you are not the only human nor the most important on this earth such that your opinion should matter to me much.

Oh, the Natural History Museum is awesome. They not only describe the millions of years evolution took, they also allow him to see fossils of species million years old and how they relate to what he sees today.

Of course he might choose not to believe his eyes, but the evidence will be before him to see.
