Na so, that's how the state has been fraudulently empowering some lazy country men and women, especially from the North. How many Southerners benefit from such scam?
We know those who don't need govt loots to survive. They work hard to survive and build their communities and can beat their chests any day to say that to anyone who cares to listen.
We really do want you to believe it was Northerners who received these loans. That way you wouldn't notice your Southern neighbour bought a Benz with a loan he now does not need to pay back.

Sensible people would get some facts instead of just believing crap!

I give up. I don't know why something so simple is hard for u folks to grasp. I'll let the experts below explain it to you
You don't understand your so called experts.

The first line in your post says "it is a reasonable assumption that we do exist".

Or should we assume that you that doesn't exist would not feel pain nor be annoyed if I kick your ass that doesn't exist and slap your face that doesn't exist or just call you that doesn't exist dumb?

Yes I agree that the polls are always in flux, but it’s shocking that Latinos would ever consider picking a Republican over a Democrat, even in a snapshot.

But who knows, maybe all that would change if Trump is convicted sometime before Election Day
Oh, look. Dump is winning the Breitbart polls!

Guy! How many people are employed in the rice industry in Nigeria to justify the 80k price and make 200 Million people suffer? Sincerely, there is no justification in that.
How does the number of people employed in any industry justify the price of what that industry produces?

And what is the farmer of rices' business whether you suffer or not?

I got better things to do than debate people who won't acknowledge reality.
REALITY is that you have NO WAY of being SURE anything exists outside you. And "you" consists entirely of thoughts and memories. And since we are NOT SURE the true nature of thoughts and memories, their existence doesn't necessarily mean you exist!
The food you ate today did not exist outside you before you put it inside your mouth because neither you nor your mouth actually exist.

My Lord, I blame you for repeatedly entertaining this non-existing individual.
Politics › Re: 50 Million Soldiers To Plant Agbado: Tinubu's Plan, What Happened? by budaatum: 5:59pm On Mar 20, 2024
jmoore:
Imagine the size of land that will be cultivated if 50 million soldiers plant agbado. We will be exporting excess to earn billions of dollars in forex.

Why is Tinubu not implementing this plan he promised?
Perhaps because he has not been able to convince soldiers to put down their guns and pick up hoes, since soldier can point gun and collect money while hoe requires the sweat off their brow.

For crying out loud why some people panik when opposition believe the Iragbiji drug lord aka bobo Chicago not only rigged but snatched & ranaway . Why panic also when some opposition say no one should congratulate tinupoo grin

Should we then follow the emulation of
"Believe", you say, despite no evidence?

My Obi lost and I don't believe it's because àgbàdo rigged elections, just as I don't believe dump lost because Biden rigged elections. Can't say that about Putin though, considering the evidence, and despite anyone's choice of belief.

Please study the postings below and decide for yourself if someone who's OK and has been on this thread from the beginning (like he has), will still ask this question!
No one with a brain will study only what you've posted.

What they'd do is read the entire thread and conclude it's pointless trying to converse with you who is not certain you yourself exist and claims to know nothing since it's like discussing with a flatearther.

Politics › Re: Why Do Police Call Someone To Came Again To Close Paper by budaatum: 3:06pm On Mar 20, 2024
It is because most Nigerians are intimidated by police and can't or don't fight for their rights.

If police are held to account before a judge in a court, they'd think twice before extorting.

Pity is, the judge would need to think twice first, and that is not often likely.

This economics of employment is at times funny in Nigerian context. Even the employed can not feed...it is well with us.
Well, I guess that depends on what we mean by employed.

Imagine I buy a car made in USA by Americans who were employed to design and build it and transport it to me after all the good life has been driven out of it.

The only employment I'd get out of that is mending it and changing it's oil every so often, while the Americans who made it earn a pension on top of the wage they already earned making it.

Can you see how my unemployment might be because I export jobs I ought to be doing for myself?

Damn! I'm so unemployed that I don't even process my own crude oil, but export the job to be done abroad and buy petrol from those I pay abroad to be employed.

The filing contended that all of Trump’s attempts to reverse his 2020 election defeat, from pressuring his vice-president, Mike Pence, to stop the 6 January 2021 certification to organizing fake slates of electors, were protected activity.
It would be funny if the supreme court agreed with dump and he then goes on to win in November.

After swear-in in January, he could just declare himself king dump and be immune from impeachment.

Hopefully the Nigerian govt is among those that are wise enough to do the needful.
The needful, which is not to congratulate Putin who imprisoned and killed the opposition and ran against puppets.

I hope Nigeria does not congratulate Putin, because what might follow is the emulation of Putin!

Why don't u just go to a hospital first and let the doctors check you to determine what u need ....no doctor in nigeria will order an MRI because of an head ache at first checkup...... they will first place u on strong pain killers, check ur BP and look out for heart issues cos it can cause headaches and other possible pointers ..... Head ache is like the body's go-to signal for virtually anything going wrong

Even private labs that just want ur money, I doubt they will just do an MRI at patient request without a referral from another doctor
They might even check his eyesight too.

This means importers can now access foreign exchange at official market rates.
So, official market rate still exists apart from the general market rate?

“In light of the preceding, please note that the restriction on foreign exchange for importing dairy products and its derivatives to all entities except selected companies has been lifted.”
I'm very certain it can not possibly be subsidised for selected companies, as Nigeria is not wọwọ like that.
