I don't think they will be stupid enough to overturn Roe v Wade, Americans might be divided but there are things that unite them more than divide them, abortion rights is one of it, even conservatives will want to retain abortion rights but fingers crossed

Also I loved solicitor general, Elizabeth Prelogar line of argument that what Mississippi is trying to do is an attack on people's liberty and she clearly made the justices know what could be at stake if they support such a ban that other rights are not safe for example marriage equality will be under attack remember that Alito and Thomas never supported Obergefell.

15 justices over time followed precedents and understood viability but the hard right 6 conservatives on the court don't seem to understand this because they wanna sound political and let SCOTUS lose it's legitimacy.

Julie Rikleman and Elizabeth Prelogar nailed the arguments today very brilliant litigators but this will not convince the current justices we have in SCOTUS right now.
