Russia did not save Europe from Hitler. Europe was saved by combined effort of many countries including the British and Americans. If it was Germany Vs Russia one on one, Russia would have lost that war. The mistake Hitler made was fighting on multiple fronts at the same time. Even the Polish had their own resistance fighters also fighting then too. Same with France and other countries. Russia just had the population to waste on the war.

And Russia did not withdraw after the end of the World War 2. They instead started occupying the former German held countries under them and that was how they built the USSR and why Eastern Europeans still hate and are wary of them till today despite shared history.

So next time say what you know please.

They can produce and the government will buy it at subsidize rates too.

It is cheaper to subsidize locally refined petrol than imported petrol.

That doesn't mean it is a dumb reason. The government has not made any commitment to buying at a subsidized rate from the modular refineries yet. Until then their fears are justified. Also we know a lot of the subsidized fuel imported to Nigeria end up in neighbouring countries anyway so even the modular refineries cannot sell outside the country until we get rid of the subsidies.

That was why I brought up low orbit and deep space. And showed you the ISS isn't really in space but still in earth's atmosphere.

Earth's atmosphere (including low orbit) is different from space or deep space. What people call space.

The way you navigate a craft in deep space is different from when you navigate a craft in low orbit because of gravitational pull.

The ISS is still in earth's atmosphere known as the Thermosphere..

And in that same article it says that the ISS orbits at 400 km from earth. Because it's called low earth orbit does mean it isn't part of space. Ogbeni is something wrong with your brain? Well, 1st of all, the Space stations are not in SPACE that you are thinking of. They are still in earth's orbit. Therefore the gravity of the earth can pull it down if not properly handled. So gravity works against it not for it.

I have already told you that gravity does most of the maneuvering of the ISS. And the propulsion is just a simple nudging. Nothing special about it. It's the same nudging propulsion that is used to move to move astronauts in space.
