Daddy freeze is not asking for much, he is only asking for biblical citations from the new testament.Tithing is on the old testament, if you must obey tithing then you must obey other Jewish principles. You can't obey one principle and negate the others. Bible is the standard,reacting emotionally is not the way out but citing a part of the bible where Jesus or the Apostlesame paid tithe.Most pastors are begging the questions (petito principi).
