PoliticsRe: 2015: Jonathan Seals Deal With Muslim Leaders by Caleboha(m): 8:30am On Jul 14, 2013
I don't have a problem with GEJ playing the fool on a gentle-man's agreement, expelling the spine that kept him still in 2011 elections- OBJ and exercising his civil rights to contest in 2015. My biggest problem is that we're yet to create an opposition strong enough to make him pay for his folly!

PoliticsRe: Boko Haram Denies Cease-fire With Nigerian Government by Caleboha(m): 9:27pm On Jul 13, 2013
There are no genuine links to boko haram, no sources, no feedback. The only reliable means of communicating with them is the barrel of the gun, explosions of grenades and gun powder. JTF step up ur game, we will force an inevitable cease fire once Shekau's head is on a platter! grin
PoliticsRe: What Has The Black Race Done To Promote Overall Development For Mankind? by Caleboha(m): 10:50pm On Jul 12, 2013
bolaino: hahahaha, splendid, in your quest to defend the black race u've succeeded In making fun of us, how does the pencil sharpener, pastry fork, mop, etc help in the overall progress of the world? And I hope u're aware that most of the inventors u listed above were african americans, not indigenous africans,
Sick xenocentric dude, hoping to infect us with your filth and poor self esteem, STFU!!! How dare you ridicule that listhuh Blacks have been to a grt extent within d dependent bracket, but to say they've made no contributions all these years potrays obstinate ignorance and stupidity undecided
CelebritiesRe: Grace Tinuke-Oyelude - The First Miss Nigeria: by Caleboha(m): 4:02pm On Jul 11, 2013
braine: Wow! She still looks good!

Look at the dressing back then, its not like what we have these days with almost naked ladies.

This is what I know has the real African beauty.
Beauty's got everything to do with how you look; clad and unclad!!! This may not appeal to your pretentious rules of morality but it is fact. Imagine a miss world with a huge belly button, shapeless hips and flat butts comfortably hidden in a floating attire....its a misnoma, an abberration. It was ok then, but the world has moved on, come along son!
PoliticsRe: Sule Lamido: APC Is Political Fraud by Caleboha(m): 3:47pm On Jul 11, 2013
Well....what can I say? This guy was smart with all the questions and refreshingly political. I was once an APC fanatic but I got disenchanted and shamed by their senseless criticisms and show of desperation! Soon I realised that APC was merely a neo-representation of Buhari's political tool box. Totally submissive to his sentiments, emotions, instability and childish enthusiasm. I've given up! If we ever hoped APC will be formidable enough to unseat PDP, too bad...they can't! APC stalwarts lost valuable points criticizing the state of emergency, talking down the Nigerian military and the FG during the baga massacre and saying very little when nearly a hundred policemen were slaughtered in Nassarawa. Every democracy needs a solid opposition. Some day we will get it right but not with APC undecided

delegiwa: A predominantly moslem country but opposed to strict islamic rule...
A democratically elected Head of State whose policies leans towards islamic rule...
A very politically active populace(75% of them are youths) and not afraid to show it...
A highly organised, powerful and pro-secular state military...
A political party bent on islamising Egypt...
A recipe for disaster...
Thanks for the complements! Your nuggets here provide an exquisite summary, very masterly....its in my note already
Foreign AffairsRe: 42 Killed And 322 Injured In Egypt by Caleboha(m): 11:28pm On Jul 08, 2013
BetaThings: As soon as some thing happens in a muslim country, you guys instinctively think of Islam
Before the Confederation cup and during there were violent protests in Brazil
Did you mention Christianity? In a country with that huge "Christ the Redemptor statute?"
When did Liberia, Sierra Leone and Cote d'Ivoire emerge from their crises
And Congo DR?
have you ever considered that in Mexico, a country with over 80% christians, criminals are running police/govt out of town?
And yes in Nigeria, when Johnathan sent soldiers to break your subsidy protest in 2012, what did you do?
You guys ran away! What would have happened if you have been unNigerian and stood your ground?
What religion would you have mentioned?
Log, mole!
. Allahu akbar is the word on the lip of every fanatical muslim once he feels passionate about a cause. Often times an intense show of aggression follows, massacre and blood bath. This justifiably gives Islam a violent colouration! If the protesters in Brazil, rebels in DRC, Liberia, or Sierra Leone went about screaming In JESUS name as they carried on their nefarious acts your point will be valid

Foreign AffairsRe: 42 Killed And 322 Injured In Egypt by Caleboha(m):
Years ago Mr Alsadat supervised a military parade along side his loyal deputy Mubarak. He had just signed the Camp David accord- a peace treaty with Israel after suffering an incredulous defeat in the 1972 war. Extremist, loyalists of the muslim brotherhood in the army fell off the parade and killed Alsadat in cold blood! Mubarak escaped by d whiskers- his escape will be the greatest undoing of the renegade soldiers and their sponsors for when Mubarak had found his feet again he executed the culprits, retired every soul in the military with extremist tendencies and spent 38 years after showing Egypt what it felt like to be off d hooks of fanatism and to live in peace with the west and the world. Muslim brotherhood got back in the fight, Mubarak fell. Its been nearly 2 years since he left the scene of power but his shadow still trails the everyday life of Egypt! cool

Hausa muslims slaughter yoruba muslims like rams in conflict situations. In kaduna whr I live, yoruba muslims quietly blend in with christian communities to avoid the hostility of the hausas. You just left a fold void of tribal bias for one riddled with intense inter-tribal distrust and animosity. I wish you luck though
Foreign AffairsRe: Egyptian Army Overthrows President Morsi by Caleboha(m): 10:49pm On Jul 03, 2013
Ola one: In democracy, the only legit way to remove your president is through elections. Your vote is your weapon, they say. Why some learned NLanders are in support of this arbitrariness is not clear to me.

This is a bad precedent for budding democracies around the world.
In any democracy the constitution dictates how a leader should be removed and the people decide the contents of their constitution. No two constitutions are the same no matter how similar the countries are because every nation has its peculiarities

SportsRe: Keshi Will No Longer Select Players Alone - NFF by Caleboha(m): 10:04pm On Jun 30, 2013
Sweet link up plays, possession football that is fun to watch, zeal, passion and desire. Confed cup unveiled the rebirth of Super eagles. These players we heavily criticize as inexperienced formed the framework of improved midfield games we saw. Their attack sense is poor but they'll form d bedrock of a formidable super eagles! I love talented players, I adore skill and versatility, but passion stands tall! These players have shown passion more than any recent SE squad and they hold a lot of promise- we owe them this chance
RomanceRe: Habits That Produce Extraordinary Relationships by Caleboha(m): 11:22pm On Jun 27, 2013
Pedro JP: Just want to back ur comment. I guess all these stories of being in a relationship is all about falling in love. Go and check anywhere, to fall in love simply means to have a romantic and sexual relationship with someone. But as a christian, we are urged to flee from fornication simply not to fall in love but can engage in mere relationships. My problem here is dat,our African christian ladies would want to change the meaning of being in love hence u will hear them say " U can be in love without having sex" " I'm in love with him but he never touched me " while their Western folks will let u know they have a sexual relationship with someone once they accept that they are in love cos they know the meaning of being in love. I just watch and laugh at some who would want to be in love without sex. Simply stay single till u are ready for marriage
....And when you're ready for marrige don't fall in love till you get marriedhuh LMAO

HealthRe: Resident Doctors Begin Nationwide Strike Action Today by Caleboha(m): 1:28pm On Jun 27, 2013
Joanna Sedley: Yeah, if your are a nurse, pharmacist and the rest then you are a med school dropout and not intelligent enough etc. This line is getting old and childish, people should just grow up.
@topic, i sincerely hope they know what they are doing, cos healthcare trends are changing. Nurses are gaining ground in most developed countries and you know we like copycatTING in Nigeria " they are doing so so and so over there, i think we should give it a try here". The strike is becoming incessant irrespective of whatever it is they are agitating for.
Let's play the scenario on how probably our politicians reasons, they are there cos of what they will gain from the government and now for the doctors to give them headache " "these guys are becoming a pain in the axse, let's start training other personnel to perform some of their duties" they make the law and bam bam that is it.
Remember when the CHEW's were introduce hahaha, nurses started struggling for supremacy over them, every other personnel relaxed and now they are getting degrees in community health. These professionals diagnose , prescribe, treat people at various communities using standing order, what if a law changes that and they stop using standing order.
Doctors should take note, in these case, you are not the one with the scapel the politicians are. As far as they are concerned we are all dispensable, they can take your job and give it to a willing opponent.
My perspective though.
The sky is wide enough to take everyone! National cake in naija runs into trillions of dollars, some are content just staring @ it, some want a bite! If you're so impotent, dull and indifferent about your stake in a prize that rightfully belongs to all keep ur smelling mouth shut! Nurses, lab scientists, cleaners, technicians, typists, plumbers....whoever u are, go on strike if ure convictions are strong and stop poking! Mandela is critically ill and the south african health system effectively shoulders the burden, a far cry from the Nigerian situation, yet we sit here taking a swipe @ anybody who shows discontent at our deficiences as a nation!
PoliticsRe: Fani-Kayode - Jonathan Will Divide Nigeria If He Loses In 2015 by Caleboha(m): 9:55pm On Jun 25, 2013
Someone's there imagining a bloodless split. Mumu! Blood will flow freely, bodies will roast and stink with no more graves to bury them! Here we are subconsciously consenting to the horrifying fate handed us by the CIA. A generation has arisen that knows not the fury of war and the bitterness that trails it. Gladly kids, women and men alike beat the drums of war. Only very few will live to see the other side of conflict and then the joy of pyrrhic victory will be blurred by incredible losses! It is pointless considering the option of division in Naija at this stage of existence. If you think otherwise ask Sierra Leone, ask Liberia, ask Uganda, ask DRC. If Naija goes to war there'll be no ECOMOG cos we're ECOMOG, no AU peace keepers, cos is entirely made up of naija! Long live Najeria!!!

SportsRe: Nigeria Vs Spain - Player Rating by Caleboha(m): 11:21am On Jun 24, 2013
You didn't rate the boss- Keshi. He loves tiki taka football and has successfully raised a team that will contend the midfield with the spaniards- a tremendious feat! He biggest flaw though was fielding an impotent attack and failing to realise that most of the deadliest assaults we suffered was from the right back- no thanks to poor recovery from Efe Ambrose. I'll give him a 5.5. He shouldn't turn his back on patroitic experienced foreign based players again, we paid dearly for it. If Osaze wants to play, give him a chance! Was Ike Uche's poor showing at AFCON enough reason to rule him out totallyhuh Martins really wanted to play and was disappointed he was called upon. Overall, Keshi has smtn good up his sleeves

When things wanna go bad they do and very often its like a waterfall, you can't stop it. This tournament was ill fated for the Eagles but we never read the hand writings on the wall! Why would Victor Moses get injured just before the qualifiers and Confed? Why is Emenike's injury this protracted? Why was Onazi injured just before d tournament? Then the only player who showed promise rakes a very silly sprain in an albeit minor scruffle- Oduamadi...it was always going to end this way

PoliticsRe: Patience Kicks-off Re-election Campaign for Jonathan by Caleboha(m): 7:01am On Jun 23, 2013
kaeto: the north doesn't even have a choice because the pdp primaries will be a very smoot run for GEJ. With the support of the entire ss/se/sw and 90% support of the north central and the other states like adamawa, nasarawa, sokoto, katsina and bauchi where GEJ holds sway the pdp, i don't see why losers from the north chose to be deliberately blind. Opposing GEJ in the primaries will mean destroying your future political dreams just like atiku now is suffering from political leprosy and isolation. The north should be patient untill 2027 because no body trusts or is comfortable with her anymore, that's all.
APC, please make me happy! Here's my wish: Buhari drops his presidential ambition, endorses a refined Northern candidate like Shekarau. The rest of the party agrees. Let's see how GEJ will survive 2015!!! His luck only soars cos Buhari still insists on running despite his highly defamed persona amongst many southerners. Nigerians are wiser now! We know not all hausa northerners are fanatics. We'll all love a president who can intelligently make decisions irrespective of tribal or religious affiliations.
