Okonjo-Iweala is a bad luck to Nigeria economy
Your ranting ignores the fact that her stated fiscal policy, allied to CBN's monetary policy has made Nigeria pre-eminent in Africa economically. Has attracted a record $8 billion dollars in foreign direct investment (FDI), etc. Intellectual midgets come here and accuse her of low intelligence and cluelessness, yet they will be hard pushed to walk in a straight line unaided.

Talking about unproven accusation which is said that was the reason sanusi was sacked what happened to the freedom of speech
Freedom of speech stop where malicious lies rears it's ugly head. Try out this experiment. Go to the nearest market (preferably in Kano or Sokoto )and shout that you are a suicide bomber. Come back to this forum and tell us what the market traders made of your freedom of speech. It is right that the freedom of speech entitles you to offend other Nigerians, but your speech must not be pernicious or hateful. Conceptually, we must respect others, if we expect similar courteous response.

A simple question of fact Where is the FG share no diversionary slogans.
Yes the governors insisted in getting their share and the FG made their budget on a lower benchmark so WHERE IS THE SURPLUS
Surplus? Methinks you are being mischievous. Recurrent expenditures on things like salaries alone swallow up most of the cash. Yet the federal civil and public services are embarking on strike soon if their remuneration is not increased again by the rate of inflation. Does oil subsidy ring a bell, SURE-P, etc? GEJ must raise more money from tax or some thing for his manifesto or it will not be implemented. Put it another was, bankrupt Greece generate more cash than Nigeria. Food for thought. It is right to be oppositional, but lace your criticism with facts.

dejt4u, OP I don't think you are okay at all. what did soludo say that you termed "shameless". is it a taboo for him to air his views cos I am very sure he knows more than u in that regard.
he never said anything rudely and all what he pointed out are what the presidency needs to address. If u re being hired always endeavor to use your initiatives before u run your mouth.
Are we not living witnesses to the disaster that Oceanic bank, inter continental, citizens bank, etc which Soludo oversaw turned into? Are we not aware that despite debt pardon, running to $70 billions by the Paris club, IMF and world Bank, that there was no infrastructure to show for all oil and non oil earnings during OBJ/Soludo years? How could you forget that NOI was the finance minister at the pertinent time? NOI was angry that Soludo was trying to rewrite history. You, like most Nigerians have short memory. Was it not thirty years ago that buhari was killing people by hangings, firing squad, willy Nelly unjustifiably? Yet today he is the messiah who will fix the oil price, fix the petroleum price, pave the streets of ABA, lokoja, suleja and 40 cities across Nigeria in gold? Soludo lied, was rude to NOI, and should apologise for his pernicious lies.

This rebuttal to Soludo's hatchet job is timely, pithy, frank and conclusive. Of all the responses to the former CBN governor, this one got to the heart of the matter. I expected a response from NOI next week. But this response 48 hours after Soludo's critique of NOI's management of the economy, suggest to me that NOI was expecting this and had a response ready. Hopefully Soludo will get NOI's epic rebuttal and rethink his strategy. After all NOI was Soludo's boss, while the former was CBN governor. Soludo must resist any attempt to commit career suicide. It takes two ..........

Why don't the KOKO master, kokolee, bangalee sell one or two Bentley to offset his debt. Anyway, he is a star. He should not have allowed himself to be swallowed up by the 'gold digger' rapper. Next time, he should play it like Rihanna. Collaborate on your own turf. That way, you retain your mojo, whilst keeping it real.
PoliticsRe: Buhari Vs Jonathan: Beyond The Election By Charles Soludo by callmenow: 9:43am On Jan 26, 2015
Professor Soludo is wrong to write about Nigeria economy without reference to the challenging times faced by this administration. Lest we forget, OBJ administration was arguably the worst administration that started the vicious circle that has hobbled the current administration. What was the state of power, water, healthcare, education, roads, Internet, essentially utilities and infrastructure? What about the human rights abuses in ZAKI biam, odi, etc? Nigerians here are strangely applauding mediocrity and graft.

Soludo has tried his damnedest best to insult our collective intelligence. OBJ and Soludo sold off anything that was not bolted down to their cronies. Soludo and other OBJ advisers 'invested' our money in choice properties across the world to the detriment of Nigeria masses. This very Soludo is living in a 12 million dollar House as we speak. To Soludo, I say riddance to bad rubbish. You are as corrupt as OBJ. After all Ngozi okonjo-iweala was a minister during OBJ administration, and therefore Soludo's boss. Yet he is using coded allusion to suggest that she is now clueless, because he is no longer in the corridors of power. Gloating that he was seeing OBJ everyday. JONATHAN is right to delegate, as done in Europe and US, not the cabal foisted on us by OBJ and yar Adua.

As for APC vs PDP. APC is relying on the fact that people are fed up with PDP, is not necessarily conclusive. APC has no costed manifesto, but toxic wish list which will clobber nigerians for a generation.

The original including that of the other classmates were also published. Why don't you post a copy of that. DO you expect his school to print certificat? Are they Cambridge or waec ? they scanned and published the original record sheet.
This beggars belief. No WAEC/WASC in there. What does these arse licking nonces take nigerians for? I am beginning to get angry with Buhari and APC for bringing Nigeria to ridicule.

The 1999 Constitution is explicit in its interpretation of Section 131 of the 1999 Constitution by Section 318.
Section 131 states: “A person shall be qualified for election to the office of President if (a) he is a citizen of Nigeria by birth; (b) he has attained the age of forty (40) years; (c )he is a member of a political party; and (d) he has been educated up to at least School Certificate level or its equivalent.
“In Section 318, School certificate or equivalent means
(a) a Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent, or Grade II Teacher’s Certificate, the City and Guilds Certificate; or
(b) education up to Secondary School Certificate level; or
(c) Primary Six School Leaving Certificate or its equivalent and (i) service in the public or private sector in the Federation in any capacity acceptable to the National Electoral Commission for a minimum of 10 years; and
“(ii) attendance at courses and training in such institutions as may be acceptable to the National Electoral Commission for periods totalling up to a minimum of one year, and
“(iii) the ability to read, write, understand and communicate in the English Language to the satisfaction of the National Electoral Commission; and
“(d) Any other qualification acceptable by INEC.”

Verdict. BUHARI is qualified to contest.

Go and employ the services of a lawyer and take him to court to show you his certificate.

Are you not wondering why PDP and the Attorney general of the federation haven`t taken the case to court since last year that this issue began? It is because they know that they will lose the case if they do.

The constitution is very clear on the issue. He can even present his say he schooled up to primary six and he`ll still contest the election.
the court has been on strike. Otherwise .....

Show u, because u are what? What does the law says?
An otherwise straightforward issue is being explained in riddles, presumptions and evasive suppositions about a sterling military career which no one is in doubt of anyway. The doubt, however, comes from the foundation on which the referenced career was built. I have even read in some quarters that he holds a diploma certificate from United States Army War College. Well, to those arguments, I say as it is said in legal parlance, ex nihilo nihil fit, which means, something cannot stand on nothing or better still, something can only stand on something.
The constitutional qualification for a candidate to be eligible to stand for presidential election is a minimum of secondary school certificate or its equivalent. Otherwise, that person is deemed ineligible. As things stand now, Buhari’s eligibility is being questioned and all we get are emotive career profile responses spanning a lifetime, rising to the very pinnacle of the military as Head of State and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.
