The Supreme Court Judges did what they did intentionally. Their evil judgement on Imo was not by mistake. It was well planed and executed. There is nothing any of us can do about it.

For same reason they dared not mention meeting the constitutionally mandated geographical spread - because they know the numbers make no sense - the man gave himself more votes than there are voters! Ihedioha never approached the court to uphold his votes because none of his votes were canceled. Hope's votes were cancelled and he had to approach the court. Hope could have approached the court to challenge the massive overvoting in Mbaise but no, he faced his own votes and asked the court to accept his votes.

The Supreme court ruled on nwosu's case long after the elections, as at the time Ihedioha was announced winner he didn't satisfy the constitutional spread to do so. He was fraudulently declared winner by INEC

Any non-fool knows that the ruling party appoints INEC officials and controls their funding as well as controls all state machinery. Yet it is Ihedioha that controls INEC!

All elections have errors and shenanigans. But that’s why the bar for removing an incumbent is high. After all the games and maneuverings the UMPIER declares a result. It is VERY IMPORTANT not to change that result unless the documentary proof is unassailable and the reasons crystal clear. INEC declared Ihedioha the winner and Hope 4th place. That’s the baseline. They were not equal - one was the incumbent, the other came FOURTH! You don’t lightly change that!!

It was during my final year in school that a friend of mine asked me this question ‘Karo, you living here in this hostel, where almost all your neighbours have things that you don’t have, doesn't that make you feel depressed sometimes’?

And I remember telling him that if there was one thing being my parents child thought me so well, it's to be contented with what I have. We had this discussion on and on and everything I said revolved around that.

But today, I want to answer that same question now, even if no body is asking. Sincerely, I wasn't interested in owning the things my neighbours had while I was in school. And am not talking about plasma TV and DSTV here(I think that was like the most ordinary thing in my hostel and I had non) am talking about cars and it's like.

I would say to myself every morning, Karo, you have a goal, you have a destination and most importantly, you happen to know this goal, you know where you are headed and you will get there at your own time.

That was my way of defining success for myself and for as long as I could remember my purpose, I had absolutely no reason to look at my neighbours and feel a certain level of shame. I understood that they had their own path and I have mine.

Too many are times we dwell ourselves too much in other people's success stories that we subconsciously drag our minds into depression. We so easily look at other people's lives and begin to feel less grateful for our own journey.

All that should stop!
And for that to happen, you need to tell yourself what success is to you!
That when you see your neighbour’s achieving things in their journey, all you can feel is genuine happiness for them and hope for your fulfillment.

It was therefore, with profound respect, clearly preposterous to award him electoral victory in exercise he has deprecated and maligned as being invalid.”

Six, “Although the first appellant claimed that his 213, 695 votes were unlawfully excluded in the third respondent’s final result, the statement of his excluded votes in Exhibit AGA339527, the one on record, mysteriously omitted any reference to the votes scored by other candidates in that election. In my respectful view, having thus failed, neglected or omitted to plead the scores of other candidates in the said election, this court wrongly declared him as duly elected.”

Seven, “True indeed, DW 5, in his INEC form EC40G, Exhibit 63 RB1, 63 RB19 shows that elections in those polling units were either cancelled or did not hold at all. Unfortunate for defence was that the said first appellant misled this court into accepting those duplicitous and fake results which he had tabulated as shown above that was how 213, 695 votes were added to him and 1, 903 votes were added to the first applicant. The net effect was that although by Exhibit A1 Form EC8, Exhibit AGA2 in the affidavit in support of the application, the total number of accredited voters in the state was 823,743, the total number of votes cast came 961, 083.

Wonders shall never end! That means there were 159,340 votes in excess of the total number of accredited votes. “In the circumstance, I think that the humble view, that this court has inherent jurisdiction of redeeming its image by setting aside the said judgement, is not out of place.”
