Give other producers of cement license to make cement and see the current price drops down in a two-week market window. You'll also see an increase in quantity and quality.

Give licenses to modular refineries and see that the cost of producing fuel is not as Dangote posits in his books.

The market is all about competition. The goal of all manufacturers is to make profits. Increasing your price only drives consumers away to where the price is cheaper. And you'll lose if that price meets quality.
