codedguy1:I tire ooo, |
kendrick93:Excellent. I love this comment. Certain Ronaldo lacks end product when he came newly, gradually he developed into a beast, his breakthrough season, was in 2006/07 season |
afrodoc2:For Sanchez unfortunately we can count our loss and terminate his contract |
codedguy1:200k per week. 10.4 million per annum. |
larride:Come on , my dear. I am not downgrading de gea. Neither am i saying he has ego or is complaining. But we we need to sacrifice people like him for normalize the dressing room, put a cap on our wages, which will only attract hungry players who are ready to fight to us. Not mercenaries, who are after huge pay check, who after getting their fat contracts, loses motivation. With DDGs current pay, he is among the highest paid GKs in the world, if not even the highest overall, why holding the club to ransom, together with pogba and Herrera they even corrupted small Rashford. Dont you know that this is capable of destabilizing the dressing room? If he is a Man united great (which he is) i expect him to put the club first, even considering how much he even earns now. how many times have u heard, Scholes, Giggs, G.Neville, Keane and Butt holding the club to ramsom because of wages? Iniesta? Xavi? Did DDG give more than these icons?. Please my brother tell me why a section of united supporters lost affection for Rooney, he held the club to ramsom and embarrassed the great SAF. He later forced Moyes to give him a ridiculous 5 year deal, we dont want such scenario again. If he is responsible he should settle for a slight increase or same salary considering how poor the team performed this season and how bitterly disenchanted the supporters are. I dont like bashing big and loyal players, but All 3 goals he conceded versus Barcelona he has a hand in all, Yes including Coutinhos long range effort. The game that started our league decline vs Arsenal he contributed heavily to the loss, versus City, Against Chelsea when we are completely in control of our fate he let them back in, versus Everton he conceded ridiculous goals. This may be a sign he need to go. And like i said, if he becomes good elsewhere, good riddance. Bastian Schweisteiger paid his due at Bayern, they shipped him out one year afyer he led Germany to world cup glory same for Lietchteiner at Juve, they didnt retain these players to watch them as monuments of history and fond memories while the team suffers. Those 3 keepers are ordinarily below DDG. But currently not many mangers will pick DDG ahead Oblak at least not after the world cup. |
afrodoc2:Thank you very much. We can write off next season and build for the future. Bring in unheralded fighters. Firminho and Mane 2 of the famous front 3 came quietly when liverpool were not in Europe at all. Salah did not join liverpool as a top draw club at that time. Ditto Son, Alderwerield, Vertonghen, Eriksson, and Hugo Lloris for Spurs. Most "big" players now have ego problem and disorganises team structure. The best are players like Umtiti and Dybala who have much to prove. My brother, We all like these players and will want to win with them but discipline is totally lacking. Fergie would have binned these players long ago. We need to sack massively. My opinion though. Another thing is from Pogba, Lukaku and Smalling/Jones we can get 200m. Degea should also fetch good money. |
larride:You no like DDG pass me. But i wont pay him 250k. Ederson, Allison, Oblak who are currently better than him dont collect that amount. Yes he has paid his dues, like casillas, Valdez, Cech in Chelsea etc, but these teams got rid of them. He is one of the reason we didnt make top 4. We need to move him on, he may become outstanding somewhere else and we get a shit keeper, but it doesn't matter. We need big statement moves like these to recharge the squad. The team lacks discipline and players are feeling too comfortable. Ferguson shipped out Stam and he went on to be fantastic elsewhere, but that didnt stop him ditching Roy Keane, Beckham and Van Nistelrooy, when their ego got better of them and has the potential of ruining the dressing room. That will make others to sit up, whenever a player misbehaves, he will be reminded how big legendary players were forced out of the team, that will make him know he is not above the club. Its unfortunate but for me, DDG is a big liability now, both in terms of performance and atmosphere. Pogba is an epitome of disunity and indiscipline, i dont care about his talent. |
Itsmedozie:Why Is it not possible? For me we need total cleansing. Totally new identity. Ship out ALL deadwoods, if not expect another useless and inspiring season |
larride:Why in Gods name should Damian, Jones and Smalling stay. Why Why we just offload these people and free ourselves of these deadwoods.Pogba stayyyyyyyy? If pogba stay, we are finishing 6th. De gea should be going also, getting rid of Degea, Pogba, and Sanchez will reduce our wage structure and rejigthe commitment of the players. Pogba as Jose put it is a virus, his attitude and character stinks like rotten egg. Pogba is a clear example of a juvinile deliquent child., even at 26 |
Itsmedozie:Its necessary now |
Itsmedozie:What i need is total clearance |
larride:We should seriously be looking at 10 players to ship out. OUT.. 1. Valencia. 2. Young. 3. Smalling. 4. Jones. 5. Damian. 6. Matic. 7. Mata. 8. De gea( yes he has to go, his wage demand is too much.). 9. Pogba. ( as far as i am concern, pogba is a useless player.). 10. Sanchez. 11. Rojo. 12. Lukaku. LAST CHANCE SALOON. 1. Lingard ( he is fuc..king 26. 2. Martial. 3. Bailly. IN. Samuel Umtiti. Daniel James. Brooks. Dybala. Ndombele. Wan- Missaka. Ben Chillwell. . Promote. Chong. Garner. Gomez. Greenwood. Bring back . Pereira, Tuanzebe and Fosu- Mensah. SQUAD. ,Pereira, Romero, Tuanzebe, Umtiti, Lindelof, Bailly, Fosu-Mensah, Shaw, Wan- Missaka, Dalot, Chillwell, Pereira, Fred, Mctominay, Ndombele, Dybala, Herrera, Martial, Gomez, Garner, Chong, Rashford, Brooks, Daniel James. AND... lower our expectations, anybody who complains of salary more than 150k/week should be sold. And then continue blooding academy talents. |
DeadPresidents:Jamie Vardy, Kyle walker, Keirian Trippier, Tim Cahill, Wes Morgan, John Stones, James Brooks(i want us to sign this guy), etc are some of the players that rose from championship and immediately bedded in straight in premier league. |
elampiro:Spot on. Many dont see this. I agree with Mourinho, pogba is a virus |
diggz:Yeah bro |
elampiro:I said that pogba is useless, some people are arguing it. Ok oo. For me He should be booted out Old Trafford asap. |
chidexxy007:Pogba na mumu walahi |
diggz:Lol. Was very very busy with things |
slimghost:Yes pogba of today. He is useless |
I want to beg u guys to agree with me that Pogba is a useless football player. Rashford on the other hand is a disgrace to United football academy. Welldone Baily, Lindelof, Shaw and Lukaku |

Man Utd next manager: Ole Gunnar Solskjaer ‘will be named as interim boss’ OLE GUNNAR SOLSKJAER will be named as Manchester United’s interim manager. By Jack Staplehurst / Published 18th December 2018 Mourinho replacement needs to understand the club says coach Play Video Player Information About Brightcove The former Red Devils goalscorer is set to take over at Old Trafford if United can negotiate his release from Molde, according to ESPN FC. Solskjaer is currently in charge of the Norwegian side but looks set to succeed Jose Mourinho on a temporary basis. Ed Woodward told Mourinho this morning he would no longer be United manager. But the Red Devils are preparing to appoint an interim manager until the end of the season. And it appears ex-Cardiff boss Solskjaer, who was a fan-favourite during his time as a player at Old Trafford, will return to the Premier League. Mourinho was unwilling to work under a director of football amid all the difficulties he and the club have faced this season, and Sunday’s 3-1 defeat at Liverpool proved the final straw. Solskjaer, though, is unlikely to have an issue with that set-up, it is believed. The 48-year-old has worked at United beyond his playing days before, having coached the first-team strikers under Sir Alex Ferguson in the 2007/08 campaign. Solskjaer was also United's full-time reserve team manager from the summer of 2008 until the end of 2010 before he left to take charge at Molde. After a successful spell as boss at the club he left to join United as a player, Solskjaer was appointed as Cardiff's manager in January 2014. He failed to keep the Welsh club in the Premier League, though, and was sacked by September after a poor start to their Championship season. Solskjaer took over at Molde again in October 2015 and has been in that role ever since, earning a win percentage of 55.9%. With the former Red Devils forward set to return to Old Trafford, it is suggested Ferguson's old assistant Mike Phelan will come in too as Solskjaer's right-hand man. Phelan was let go by David Moyes when he succeeded Ferguson after being told there was no room for him in the coaching set up back in 2013. United are currently being led my Michael Carrick while they look to sort the managerial situation, and they are preparing for Saturday's Premier League trip to Solskjaer's old side Cardiff (5.30pm). https://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/football/748824/Manchester-United-next-manager-Ole-Gunnar-Solskjaer-named-interim-boss-Jose-Mourinho-News?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+daily-star-football+%28Daily+Star+%3A%3A+Football+Feed%29 |
