Evening guys, i have noticed everyone has been so focused on filling the striker spot. However, we are oblivious to the fact that our wingers are not contributing their quota to goals.

Our wingers have been wasteful, one can only hope it gets better next season. If not we will be singing same song . Getting a striker is good but thats not enough as it is.

Our midfielders are very wasteful, only Mata I think scores without needing many chances, the greatest culprits are Lingaard and Mikhi, that should improve, goals can also come from defenders, Vidic comes to mind

Lukaku, another person that have proved himself in the premiership though in a lower team. My only fear is that he might come to united and disappear. Plus I don't know the kind of relationship he z got with Mourinho. I hear people saying that they don't like his style of play. When we signed Chicharito, his passing was atrocious. But he can bang in goals. His passing and all round play only got better after his stint with real Madrid. So Lukaku is still an option plus he z got the strength to bully defenders.

Lukaku is strong and can bully defenders and unlike what people are saying he rarely miss scoring chances, my problem with Lukaku transfer is the 85-100m quoted by Everton for him, they seem to sell flops to other clubs at very unrealistic amount, remember lescott, Stone, and Rodwell. We can't afford a flop at that amount after the likes if dimaria and depay .

I don't like Italian strikers and with the poor quality of the league currently we can't judge the young man's ability, fat and useless higuain bangs in goals there for fun, Man city flop Dzeko is the top scorer i can't trust a young striker from that league. Makalele went for 14.8m, Robben for 21m Euros, Sneijder for 11m. Among all only Robben has injury problem. And they are all around 25 years. Give me Bale for 20-25m I can take the gamble, but 85m for a 28year old British injury prone player is plain stupidity. Instead of bale I will rather gamble 25m on Douglas costa.

Meanwhile even with Diego Costa's attitude I prefer him to aubameyang any day any time.

That guy is good and intelligent. we need a cover behind Herrera and Pogba, to free the two of them for both marking and creative work. He can also cover as both right/left back. I am Humble sir, I am new here sir. I started supporting United the period Arsenal won the double in 1998 and almost everybody I know then around are Arsenal fans, because of Kanu and also they win things but I took a different route. UNITED!!!, so it surprises me that some United fans have this sense of entitlement that once we didn't win the league or CL in a season that season is a failure. Even Ferguson have stayed 3 seasons from 2003-2006 without wining either trophy infact we won only the Carling cup and FA cup within this period, not even playing good football. But the team came good later. It might interest you to know that Keane was the captain that time and he celebrated like mad when we won the FA cup in 2004 against championship side Millwall the next season we went trophiless and finished 3rd in a league that the only good team then are Arsenal and Chelsea. People listening to Keane don't know him well he is a dic.kh*ad.

I am not among those that worship pep, but he together with Jose have paid their dues as top managers, Keane could not cut it anywhere that was why he has not been allowed to manage any big team. Most of the big managers we know today have done well to deserve there promotion to the big time hence the amount of money given to them, pochetino transformed Espanol from relegation fodders to European football, he did same at Southampton before spurs came calling, Ferguson lead Aberdeen to break the old firm club Scottish league duopoly, and won the old European Cup, defeating Real Madrid all with little Aberdeen, after that he lead Scotland to their first world cup before United employed him, Wenger won Ligue one with then unfancied Monaco.

Pep joined a Barca team that have not won Laliga for 3 years running, he started by promoting Pedro and Segio busquets bringing back Young pique from man u for only 5 million euros. Let important senior players like Ronaldinho, Marquez,Deco, thuram,zambrotta and van bommel to go, bringing in Dani Alves, we know what happened that season....wait! Before you start listing the players he have, xavi iniesta and Messi, but he integrated them fully into the team without spending much. He won the lot.

Now Jose whom many try to criticize even if he raise the dead. He started as a full manager at relegation club Union liera, just like Keane, and finished comfortable mid table, then Porto called him due to his exploits, at that time Benfica where champions, he lead Porto to league,cup and UEFA cup treble in his first season, the following season he took unfancied Porto to win the champions league as well as the league again without spending millions, this catapulted him to stardom, he KL left for Chelsea and won EPL in his first season with the league Cup, with record points not equaled to this day. He repeated the same a year later after Fergie outfought him the next season(who won't be?) He was sacked by the Russian(Scolari and Ancelloti suffered the same). He left for inter that has been in the shadow of Juventus and ac Milan for decades and won the seria A at first attempt. During his second season he lost his best player and top scorer Zlatan to Barcelona in a swap deal involving Etoo, inter received about €45m, he brought pandev and Lucio for free, he brought Diego milito and Thiago Motta for a combined fee of 17m pounds. Have you seen that Jose doesn't really spend loads of money everywhere he goes.

The team has achieved it's season objective and that is all that matters what Keane and his likes say is irrelevant.

This is a team in transition, and have not been that successful since SAF left and have qualified for champions league just once since then, winning trophies while still qualifying is worth celebrating. AC Milan is a very big team and have not qualified for even Europa for some time now and have not won anything meaningful. So are you telling me that they won't celebrate if they win Europa and qualify through that medium even if it means finishing tenth in the seria A? One step at a time brother. The board is probably happy that the 2 previous managers failed woefully while wining nothing and are pushing man U to total obscurity, but now they are back to the big time and can give out money for transfers knowing they will get quality unlike van gall that brought in delay, Schweinsteiger, schnerderlien and di Maria.

You have to qualify for the community shield to be able to win it. Premier league and F.A cup winners play to determine who is the best. Since there is a trophy presentation and medals handed out, why will it not be a trophy. Chris smalling was sent off in the FA cup final and missed the community shield match, so its a competitive game in the English FA calendar. Downplay our trophies this season all you want, it doesn't removed it from our cabinet.
