Bro try to finish with this degree. Computer science is very wide u can go for some professional courses which will help u more. Graduating with third class doesn't mean u won't get a job, instead of starting all over again enrol for professional courses.

Or11:
If you want a career in IT, get your third class degree and go for a professional course in programming or and IT related course that interests you. Cisco, Java, Oracle, mobile app developments are one of the courses you could do. There are people without degrees but have professional certificates doing well in IT. As long as you have a skill you are good in, companies will employ you even in international companies.
Op, follow this advice.

Am in a depressed state and am so ashamed of myself. Currently schooling in a federal university studying computer sci. Seriously I feel really bad to have wasted 5 years without achieving nothing or a degree. Even spill over still wouldn't do no good cause I don't want a 3rd class degree or every worst. Can't take the risk again.[ insult is free i deserve it]

instead of graduating with a shitty degree am thinking of starting all over again from 100lvl to study computer science or anything related in a federal university. 4 years Max

Right now i feel like an abomination and a disgrace to my family. Have tried visiting the HOD's in my school unfortunately, I was informed students from the same school can't switch to same school [Different department] i dont know why i think it's best known to them.

Mind you am in my mid 20s with no achievement or any money making skills.

I have interest in mastering programming or becoming a tech savvy guy or a security expert but i can't. aside the coding aspect physiologically am not balance. Secondly, am limited.. Am very ambitious i need help and opportunities. Am tried of fighting alone/ holding back its eating me up silently... I only smile or engage myself in a social gathering to cover up my pain.

Even if am to start all over again I'll prefer a university that offer a 4 years course I don't know which Federal university one can study comp sci within 4 years.

Please I need advice and help The truth is school is frustrating and tiring.. I need a degree my battle can't be in vain.

I know someone would have pass through my line of sorrow or even worst. Your suggestions, opportunities and help will revive me back...

Regards,
Please try to graduate first, do your nysc and acquire some practical skills during service. If you are interested in master,do postgraduate diploma and try to get get good grade so that you can do msc. Do not try to be a professional student.

GistMore:
The Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN) held a protest in Lagos State yesterday Thursday July 11th where they vowed to sacrifice 21 million of its members if Federal Government fails to release its leader, Ibrahim El-Zakzaky.

El-Zakzaky has been in detention since December 2015 after the Islamic group members had a clash with men of the Nigerian Army in Zaria, Kaduna state.

The South-West Coordinator of IMN, Muftau Zakariya, who spoke to newsmen during the rally, called on the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Tinubu, to prevail on Buhari to release it’s leader.

“We are ready to die if our leader is not released. If they are ready to kill us, we have 21 million lives to offer. I know that Nigerian soldiers do not have 21 million bullets to shoot at us.

It’s true that there are 21 million Shi’ites in Nigeria, and if they kill our leader, which country will they have to rule by 2023. Buhari got to the office because the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, assisted him. It was Tinubu that started the movement and spent his money to ensure that the party assumes power. We’re calling on Tinubu, to talk to the President, who is a member of his party to free our leader. If he allows the President to continue to kill our members, there will not be Nigeria in 2023. We’re not happy over the continued detention of our leader.” he said

This article came at the nick of time. I was about to write a post about FRSC and the Nigerian Police as regards road users. Is there any updated handbook we road users can buy or access to educate ourselves about the various offences and their respective charges as at 2019?

I travelled from Lagos to Onitsha few days back and I was stopped several times by the police and FRSC. At one of the FRSC checkpoints, I was told 2 of my tires have expired. The manufacturing dates are 2012 and 2013. They added 4 years to the manufacturing dates to arrive at their conclusions. I bought the tires recently and they are in superb condition. My argument is if tires expire, the manufacturers will indicate. How do they arrive at such conclusions?

Secondly, I was stopped at a police checkpoint. My offence was that my particulars didn't carry my names despite I told them I just got the car and I tendered police report and a court affidavit as evidence alongside the purchase receipt. I argued that the law gives me few months to get a change of ownership done. The Sergeant disagreed, he challenged me to provide the law that said so. Seeing I maintained my ground, he delayed me for few minutes before letting me go, not without giving him a "roger".

Though we later sorted ourselves in the "Nigerian way" but I will really like to know if there's a federal traffic law handbook or a to go place to source for updated knowledge regarding Nigerian traffic law and offences.
Exactly,on expired tires I told some frsc guys that tires have no expiry date. in Nigeria highway code which is available online, only worn out tire was stated as offence, nothing like expired tires. I wish I am a lawyer, traffic law will be my priority.

Acceptance of one's pin by machine is the only identification exist at pay points. Few occasions I have used it, no one has ever asked for my ID card to confirm it with the name on the ATM card.
Although how Rose lost her ATM card and pin to the criminal without reporting to her bank immediately after it was stolen from her until the criminal used it to withdraw begs for an answer.

Banks urge customers to keep their pin secret, whoever withdraw that money most have been very close to the victim. And had it been the thief withdraw from ATM machine what would happen to the bank that owns the ATM Machine?
Bank would have produced footage at Atm machine and criminal can be identified.

I know Most of You don't know the meaning of Nigeria dollars, yuan swap with China.. And why American government is desperately smoothing the relationship with Nigeria.

Soon you will be buying that techno phone you bought at N80,000 for N12,000.

The Central Bank of Nigeria have finally signed the currency swap deal we have been expecting for the past 2 years into existence with the Chinese government.

The importance of this is that since almost 70% of the goods we import come from China and Asia and 12% America why must we use Dollars to transact with China? from now instead of using dollars at N350 to 1dollar to import those goods, we can now buy Yuan at 47 naira to 1 Yuan and import those stuffs directly.

Instead of buying these goods in dollars in China, we will now buy them in Yuan which is 5times cheaper than dollars.

As usual, another giant stride which Print Media, Electronic Media and Nigerian looters will not report or allow you to understand this victory over supremacy of dollars in our daily lives and economic activities.

Up coming reality is that from tomorrow, try to monitor exchange rate. Some of those guys who hoarded foreign currencies to make gains will off load them in order not to have heart attack over their huge loss arising from the currency swap deal with china.
Dollars and pounds will flood everywhere with no buyers, as the buyers will draw naira from their accounts in banks with presence in China.

Many NIGERIAN banks will be seeking to have their representative office in China like first bank saw to the future and already have office in China.
Inflation will go down drastically because of the price of commodities that will drop.
it has little effect on price of goods from China. it may strengthen naira against dollar because there will be less demand for dollar but price of goods will still be quoted in dollar.
presently 1dollar=6.88 yuan
1yuan=52.41 naira and 1dollar=360 naira.

if a price of phone is $100 in aliexpress, you can either pay in 100dollar or 688yuan. in naira, buyer pays between #35800 to #36000

The fact that all lands belong to state is a settled matter. That law was tested in the case of Lagos State vs FG over Banana Island and Lagos won. FG cannot force and state to surrender her land for any policy or scheme whatsoever and from what I have read so far about RUGA, there is no intention to force any state.

The scheme will kick off in the 12 states that have voluntarily made lands available for the construction of the settlement and all these states are in the north. So, I don’t really get why we are making so much noise about nothing.

If we are all interested in finding a solution to the constant farmers and herders crisis, then we should support this policy in as much as it is limited to consenting states. The level of misinformation about the policy by political propagandist is just amazing. Someone even posted falsely somewhere yesterday that over 200 new Fulani LGAs will be created nationwide. We must be able to read in between the lines when we come across some of these misleading information.
In the next 100 years, ruga will become village, town,or city. Individual or group of cattle owners should buy or rent land for ranches.

I think protocols need to develop in all tertiary education. For examples:
1.Minimum of 4 lecturers should take a course and their questions should carry equal marks
2. University should employ professional counsellors as course advisers. In assigning counsellor to each student, sex should be taken into consideration.
3. No student should meet any lecturer for help alone. If a student needs personal help, he should write HOD who will delegate departments secretary to ask 2 lecturers preferably of the same sex with student to talk to student.
4. Course coordinator should not been among lecturers taken a course and he should ensure each student has access to his answer paper.

The rate at which lecturers are terrorizing students is alarming in some institutions.

1. Her story simply didn't add up. Reno Omokri logically broke it down.

2. Why did she wait this long to come out. Ese Walter saga should have emboldened her to speak if she was truly raped.

3. She claimed she was raped multiple times. This was her biggest flaw. If the first one was rape, the rest wasn't as long as she wasn't living with the man. She was at least 17 and can reason.

4. Why didn't she report to her parents. At least to her mother if she was shy.

5. How could he rape her in her own parents house with relatives present and there was no ruse.

MY CONCLUSION:

She wasn't raped. She "unwilling" allowed him to have sex with her multiple times but she was disappointed with him as a so called pastor.

It haunted her and she felt so ashamed and chose a rape claim as escape route.
1.His opinion does not count
2. Shame
3.She was young, naive and confused. She was psychologically traumatised and attached to him-Stockholm syndrome
4. Her parents may not believing her accusing the pastor.
5. Very possible. Most rapists are acquaintances of victims.
Conclusion:
Rape is most under-reported crime in the world. All accusations must be taken seriously and properly investigated especially if victims have nothing to gain and are doing fine in their endeavour.

This only happens when labour and trade.union fights for salary neglecting meaningful issues like Inflation, Power and Energy supply, Infrastructure etc.

somebody is thinking. labour leaders are myopic and lack basic understanding of economy. they keep on fighting for increment in salaries while government keep increasing taxes and levies. labour should embrace welfarism not materialism. Burning issues like inflation, power, infrastructure, security , health insurance , ease of business, etc should be major priorities in negotiation.
