Most of them that don't talk that I know of usually have their IDE on one side and place the live server on the other side of the screen so as they type each line of code you can see the effect on the live server and whenever there is a mistake they want to correct it comes as a side note on the screen.

Not being good with English shouldn't be an excuse, in my opinion. You can just be showing the effect of each line without even saying anything. How will one just type position, display, margin, padding, justify-content, justify-items, align-self, align-content, float, border-box, and their respective values before showing you what happened, without telling you or showing what each of those do?. If na like that, even me ma go start dey YouTube tutorials too. I will just come and copy a code from a project I have done already earlier, which is not cool to me.

Am I the only who have observed this about most Indian YouTubers with web development tutorials?.
They'll just be typing code on their text editor as if they crammed it or they are copying from somewhere. No live server for their audience to be seeing the effect of each line of code on the webpage.

I don't know how others see it, but to me, it's a very bad way to teach someone. They'll finish writing the code under a selection before showing you how far the work has gone. They'll be like- padding, this, margin, that, width, this, height,that.lol

Do you know how many ghost workers that are in government ministries and agencies? Do you know how bogus their expenditures are?

Those agencies were created to please sone god fathers and create conduit pipes for helping greedy Nigerians smuggle lazy Nigerian youths into government work and also steal from budgetary allocations.

Scrapping those agencies will free up nothing. Less than 3 trillion Naira in a year which government spend on them.

It is the same way they approved cr.azy salaries for our legislators that they approved cr.azy allocations to this MDAs. They lobby every year to get their budgets approved and have allocations kn time. They do nothing at work. They resume lately and close early. They are there busy sleeping with themselves.

There is serious rot in all our government system. I worked in CBN in 2002 and I felt I had seen it all until later years.
The level of corruption and stealing from local government to federal is alarming. We don’t need too much ministries and agencies to run ruin as a county.

Go and read the Orosanye report. I don’t know why government don’t make such report public. If you haven’t seen it, visit the constituency for force of your senator and request for a copy. They all have access to it.
We need to run a lean government.

Don’t pity those that would be asked to go when the agencies are scrapped. They are already millionaires, up to the lowest grader among them. They steal on a daily basis.
I am sure a lot of us have families in all these yeye ministries or we plan to join them, that’s why we have emotional attachment with them.

The US Federal Reserve (their own CBN) is a private company. And it makes profit yearly. The same thing is application to some European central banks. They were not created because of federal character.

These are parts of the reasons no government can perform in Nigeria. Employees cost is too high. Upon that, they still pad their opex and still more than 75% of it.

If we like, we can bring Obi+Tinubu+Atiku to rule as joint president for donkey years, Nigeria is going nowhere if we don’t close eyes (daju) and make some lasting changes on this country from local government to federal. We are too hypocritical. We hide other ethno-religious and emotional banners to do a lot of things in Nigeria and it has not helped.

With the use of IT and it’s infrastructure, even those 106 MDAs can still be reduced further to, like, 65. Automation and ERP systems for running government are plenty in the market. Government does not need to invest in servers and cybersecurity expert. There are blockchain severs that can be leased. AWS is there. Azure etc are there. Go and read more about Estonia and its government is using IT to run the country try. It is only marriage that you can’t conduct online in Estonia. 99% of what you want to do with their government is done electronically. Estonia does not have ministries and agencies scattered around like we do here.

We only created redundancies, nepotism and corruption and we call them ministries.

I repeat, NIGERIA IS GOING NOWHERE, IF WE DONT CHANGE HOW WE DO OUR THINGS. Enough of all these emotional attachments to everything we do.
